Excellent stay! Very comfy!
Pros:

Staff was courteous and helpful.
Bed was very comfortable and I loved that the height of the toilet! I suffer from arthritis so having a taller toilet is a comfort I wasn’t expecting! Room was very very clean. I loved that it was so quiet even though we were in the city.

The bed was great..

Cons:

The tv didn't work, I called the front desk, and they said they couldn't fix it. The shower head needed to be cleaned or replaced. The bath tub was rusted in spots. There were cracks in the tile and broken.

I want my $50 back.
Cons:

I didn’t like how I got charged an extra $50 at the time I payed for a cleaning fee but never was notified about the extra charge. I still haven’t got that back either. Not happy about it

Pros:

Fairly priced staff was really nice

Cons:

A little bit cheap on the accommodations, but that’s what you’re getting when you book one of the cheapest hotels available but overall slightly above average hotel

Pros:

Comfortable and simple.

Cons:

The cadre of teenagers running up and down the hall on the third floor. I complained about them, but not much happened. They did stop by 11:30, but were up and back at it by 7:15.
