I had an extremely frustrating stay here due to total management failure and unresponsive staff.

When I arrived, someone was already using my assigned bed. When I reported this, the staff refused to take action, claiming they "only knew who was in the room, not who took the bed." They handed me clean sheets and basically expected me to change it myself! They stated that assigning beds is meant to prevent confusion, yet admitted they do nothing to enforce it. What is the point of assigned beds then?

To make matters worse, a limited-edition beer I bought from the Pilsner Urquell brewery was stolen from the communal fridge, even though I hid it deep inside my personal bag. Someone clearly dug through my things. Knowing how the staff operates, reporting it would have resulted in another useless shrug.

While this property is cheap and caters to a younger crowd, your basic rights, security, and personal property are completely unprotected here. I took all possible precautions, yet still had my belongings stolen. Save yourself the stress and stay somewhere that actually respects its guests.

Pros:

Room was basic but I had everything I needed, plus the view was very nice!

Cons:

Very long waits for the lifts. A lot of school groups who weren't well behaved in the lifts, but this is not the fault of the hotel!

Pros:

Gefallen hat uns dort garnichts. Die Auo Hotels in Deutschland sind 10 mal besser.

Cons:

Es war dort dreckig, es war nix klimatisiert bei 36 Grad. Jeder hat geparkt wie er wollte, daher dann kein Parkplatz mehr verfügbar.

部屋のWi-Fiが重すぎて全然使えない。
冷蔵庫にしまって、ラベルも書いたのだが、ビールやジュース　コーヒー等いろいろな物が盗まれた。
また部屋に冷房もなく、扇風機の貸し出しも部屋の数だけないため、サウナのような部屋で寝た
