Pros:

Very friendly staff and so helpful. We were on a first family holiday with a 6 mth old. Everything was made so easy for us with the cot, access to microwave to sterilise bottles and baby pool onsite. Although weather for us wasn’t great all week, we still had a lovely time getting bus to Salou or visiting Parc Samà nearby on duller days. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Pros:

Desayuno correcto y la ubicación también, las aceras cercanas y la riera un poco dejado aunque eso ya es tema del ayuntamiento

Cons:

El comedor cuando está lleno es un poco caótico, mucho ruido y la gente no lleva un orden a la hora de servirse

Pros:

Terrible! Ignorant staff on check-in, unhelpful, not friendly. Rooms and surrounds areas in need of massive refurb and utterly stunned that Melia has its name associated with this place. Would not recommend and the photos are not representative at all! Massively overpriced for a terrible place!

Muy cómodo, con parking para poder cargar coches eléctricos a 22kw,muy amable todo el personal ,desayuno impecable , cama cómoda , el baño es correcto quizás las bañeras ya no se llevan y un poquito bajos las barras sujeta ducha mido 1’90 m por el resto genial .

Cons:

La app de Endesa para cargar el coche muy complicada y tuve que ir a cargar a 3 km y estar 1 hora allí cuando con cualquier aplicación tardas en loguearte 5 minutos, daba fallos por todo . Como consumidor de estas apps un cambio sería bueno o que tuvieran una targeta y te cobrarán los kW ala salida con el checkout . O poder recargarla en Recepción .

Hotel excelente en ubicación perfecta.
Pros:

variedad en el desayuno y todo de calidad. Ubicación excelente porque podías acceder al puerto y zona comercial en un momento, todo al abasto (tiendas, restaurantes, etc).
Un plus también que el hotel ofreciera posibilidad de aparcamiento.
