Hôtel bien situé, personnel agréable, petit-déjeuner varié et chambre calme
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé, juste à côté du tramway, ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer. Le personnel est agréable, accueillant et réactif. Le petit-déjeuner est complet et varié, avec un bon choix de produits. Nous avons également apprécié la bonne insonorisation de la chambre, qui permet de se reposer au calme.

Cons:

Nous avons regretté l’absence de télévision connectée dans notre chambre. De plus, malgré notre demande de service de chambre, personne n’est passé, ce qui est un peu dommage. Enfin, la présence d’un sèche-cheveux et d’un après-shampoing aurait été un petit plus appréciable pour le confort des clients :)

Pros:

Bra hotell som ligger nära hållplats för spårvagn. Extra plus för att det fanns mycket ekologiskt på frukostbuffén! Trevlig personal som blixtsnabbt löste ett problem med vårat rum.

Cons:

Spårvagnen går förbi ofta och låter en del, kan störa den som är känslig för ljud.
