I always love the property. That’s why I have been staying there for the last 7 to 8 years. A lot has changed since I’ve been coming there.

Cons:

What I didn’t like about the property was the staff, especially one of the members Kyle he does not have the best customer service. He was not accommodating or not trying to be helpful with the booking information that I had already sent in.

My sister got shock from turn on the stove to cook because the stove switch covers are missing. One of the rooms 511 bathroom door is broken, room 612 bathroom sink is cracked, maintenance just clue it, very ghetto, the same room, the kitchenette plates were still dirty inside the cabinet, the TV remote wasn't working. Room 310 we can barely open the balcony sliding door because of the sliding rail is dirty, the kitchen cabinet missing supplies, dishes soap by the kitchen sink, the stove switch covers are missing. Room 305 the ceiling was dirty, disgusting, the lamp rusty, the balcony very dirty and the pillows so old, can't even put pillow case on them. We requested a crib for for room 612, the crib was so dirty, disgusting, we couldn't use it. Front desk employee's needs to look more professional, they look like they're working in night clubs. The hotel needs more than updates.

I loved the location and also the swimming pools were nice and well kept.

Cons:

I asked for tissue for hours until I finally got some in the evening. Also there were limited towels and wash cloths they were running out of those as well.

The front desk appearance unprofessional. Not friendly two lights out in the bathroom. One small area to have food. It was old smelling. Carpet was dirty. The comforter on one of the bed was stained. Only 1 ive machine on the ground level. I wanted to cancel my second night but i would have been charged a fee

This place should be DE-LISTED from booking.com I have no idea how people can manage to stay here. The ROACH MOTEL

NOTHING, this place is extremely ghetto and unsanitary. The front desk staff is rude, the whole place smells of marijuana, most of the floors don’t have working AC in the hallway, the rooms are absolutely DISGUSTING! Mystery stains everywhere, you couldn’t turn the water on due to missing handles, random drill on the stove, holes in the wall, bed bugs, I could go on and on about this place. We didn’t even bother staying, we left and went to the Holiday Inn up the street which was 10/10
