Everything was great accept no towels were ever available had to wait quite a while and the indoor pool was closed all during our stay.

Do not recommend
Pros:

I got to the motel at 1:00 pm . My room was not ready. I requested a different room that is ready because I just drove 3 hours to get to the hotel. I left the hotel to go sit in a restaurant until my room was ready. I told the desk clerk to call me when my room was ready. The desk clerk NEVER CALLED. I went and got a hotel down the road. I called to cancel the reservation and they refused and kept the whole payment that was paid. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

Cons:

TO BE ABLE TO CHECK IN ON THE DAY I PAID FOR AFTER A LONG DRIVE.

My Wife and I had a very enjoyable weekend and would book at Tropical Winds Resort again.
Pros:

The hotel was conveniently located and was a great value for the price. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially since the hotel was pet-friendly.

Cons:

The pool needed frequent cleaning because it was filled with sand.

Peaceful and beautiful view

Horrible Stay..
Pros:

Super bad room. Dirty bathrooms, broken roof. Smell every where. Everything was super bad.

Cons:

It was horrible stay. Super dirty bed bedding, even everything. Nothing was even ok. Never recommend any one to stay here. Bathroom was supersmall and smelling. Broken roof not working tap.

Pros:

Didn't eat in cafe.

Cons:

Advertised a heated pool and didnt have one. The indoor pool wasn't open. The 3 plates in cabinet were filthy dirty. Have someone show up while eating dinner to fix concrete on patio we were checking out the next morning the work couldn't wait. I mean really.
