Above my expectations cant wait to book again
Pros:

I will definitely go back the staff was friendly room fabulous and the view of ocean and pool couldnt have been better ..I will be going back sooner then later ...

Good location, not the cleanest but friendly staff
Pros:

The location was perfect, the view was perfect, the staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond. Central location close to many restaurants and super easy access to the beach was available.

Cons:

The amount of parking available was slim, the cleanliness of the room was subpar where we had hair ties on the floor, dust all over, broken frames in the room, hair left all over the bathroom and the shower, a lot of rust on the kitchen equipment

Very run down and outdated. Not clean at all. I couldn’t get the balcony door wouldn’t even open. I had booked at a different hotel and paid less and it was way nicer, but they overbooked.

I didn't get any room service for the whole 8 nights i was there. Theres a sign that says its every 3 days. Doesn't say upon request.

I was excited to stay here based on the pictures online but was very disappointed as it felt dingy, dirty and poorly mai
Pros:

Ocean view with a balcony, fairly close to Daytona ocean center venue, staff was friendly. Bed was decent

Cons:

Musty smell (dehumidifier running in the hall), splatters on the door and bathroom wall.

It was very windy when we arrived. There was wind blowing through the doors to the patio creating a vacuum that made it hard to even open the door because of the suction it created. (The doors seemed to not be aligned properly and had a significant opening on one side). In addition we were periodically getting the smell of cigarette smoke coming through the crack as well. We were told there were no other rooms we could move to and that maintenance would come look at them. No one ever came (or if they did nothing was done to repair the doors. It appeared they had been caulked previously which had broken down). We were also given a blanket to shove in the crack to try to block the wind.

The pool was dirty (understandable from the wind but wasn’t cleaned for a couple days after the wind slowed down)
