We loved the entertainment at DeCameron every night had a different theme with live music, dancers and entertainment.

100/10 very good service in every aspect the food incredible, the atmosphere of every restaurant is very pretty, the pool is very nice especially the kids pool playground. The only bad thing is the women that serve the ice cream she is very rude they should change it

We had an issue with our restaurant reservation and Leydis went about and beyond to help us, she was very friendly and helped us with a big smile and made us feel at home among friends, we will for sure come back

Con respecto a la comida, el buffete estuvo aceptable, pero para poder acceder a otros restaurantes demasiado dificil o el personal a cargo se complicaba para hacer las reservaciones.
Realmente yo hice la reserva por un precio y al final salio cerca de 300 dolares mas.La calidad de las bebidas ni estuvo acorde con los precios pagados. Ademas cuando fuimos a la playa tuvimos que rentar sillas y sombrillas.

During our stay, no alcohol was being served due to government elections. This was not disclosed at the time of booking or before arrival. Since alcoholic beverages were part of the all-inclusive package we paid for, this was a major part of the service that was not provided.
In addition, the restaurant options were extremely limited. On the first day, we were not allowed to use the restaurants at all. On the second day, one of the two restaurants was closed, and the other had no tables available. As a result, the only option available was a very poor-quality buffet.
Because of this, the hotel did not provide the all-inclusive experience that was advertised and paid for. The lack of alcohol service, limited restaurant access, and poor food options significantly affected the value and quality of our stay.
Shower had no water for 1 day so I couldn't even shower and the hotel did nothing to HELP.
