The room was clean and with a nice view of the pool and sea.
No sun loungers on the beach seemed a little odd. You had to pay a local if you wanted a sun lounger.
Some staff especially in the restaurant weren't very attentive.
Amazing experience with heisha at the spa. Me encanto!

Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing from start to finish. When we arrived at 11:00 AM, we were not allowed to receive wristbands to eat until 3:00 PM, which was extremely inconvenient after traveling.
While the pool itself was very nice, the rest of the amenities did not meet expectations. The food and drinks were of poor quality with very little variety, and there were no kid-friendly bar options. Guests are also not allowed to drink inside the pool, which felt unnecessarily restrictive.
We traveled as a large family (five rooms), and the dining reservation process was frustrating. Reservations had to be made online at 8:00 AM, and each room had to book separately, making it difficult to coordinate as a group.
The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful, which added to the negative experience. The rooms were outdated and poorly maintained. Our toilet repeatedly overflowed and would not flush properly.
Overall, this was a very disappointing stay, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Son muy groseras las personas de recepción, el demás personal es muy amable pero las senoritas de recepción son muy displicentes y un poco arrogantes. Una de ellas fue muy grosera con unos huéspedes que estaban cerca a nosotros.

Overall, the hotel has clear potential, but service, organization, and value for money need serious improvement.
Speaking of price, rates can reach up to USD 450 per night, yet the food quality does not match what you would expect at that level. The meals were mediocre at best and lacked variety and refinement.
My experience at Decameron Isleño in San Andrés was disappointing from the start. The reception staff were consistently discourteous, and instead of helping guests, they seemed to challenge or confront them. This created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere right at arrival.
Additionally, if you don’t have your phone readily available, you cannot access the reservation services. Even more concerning, staff may ask to take your phone to check whether you are completing the process correctly, which feels inappropriate and unprofessional.
L’emplacement et la plage de l’hôtel sont les 2 seuls points positifs de cet établissement.
Les chambres font vieilles, le buffet laisse à désirer, la salle de sport est très petite avec 5 équipements seulement et l’hôtel est assez bruyant. Il est cher pour ce que c’est.
