Friendly staff and great value
Pros:

Desk clerk was friendly and helpful, suggesting a different floor when we said we would like a very quiet room. When I discovered I had forgotten my toiletries, she was very helpful locating replacements.

Pros:

This was our second stay at this location and we have booked a third already. It's nice and centrally located, clean and comfortable, and reasonably priced; and the breakfast is an added convenience and savings. I didn't interact with staff much on this visit, but the interaction I did have, was positive.

Great experience for travelers
Pros:

The atmosphere and overall comfort of the hotel was one of my better experiences, as someone who travels constantly. The hotel is updated with all amenities you could want. The rooms have Type C charger outlets, USB charging outlets, and even a place to store your phone while it charges. The room also has multiple places to charge multiple phones. The TV and remote felt brand new and worked well. The TV also has casting options so you can stream your own apps and watch your own shows. The rooms felt updated and I think the value of the overall stay was well worth it. The hotel and rooms were clean and the noise was minimal. All around you there are plenty of options for food, the mall, shopping, or any number of things. The location was perfect for my travels. Will stay here from now on, when I have to layover in Tucson. Plus, if you’re like me, and you’re driving a truck/car hauler, David’s Bridal let me park in their lot for the night.

No body wash liquid in the shower. A/C is an individual unit in the room meaning it made more noise than expected. Breakfast was chaotic.
