Buena ubicación pero el precio debe ser competitivo para contratarlo
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado en Waikiki y eso es muy importante. Al ser una ciudad cara recomiendo contratar en desayuno por 15 dolares por persona que termina siendo económico para los costos de Hawaii.

Cons:

La atención del personal es mala y eso no ayuda a tener una buena experiencia en tus vacaciones. El hotel necesita renovación porque está de época con alfombras viejas por todos lados. La piscina estaba clausurada por mantenimiento.

Pros:

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The location was great for visiting Waikīkī. The breakfast cycled through about 4 different options so staying 6 nights it only repeated itself twice. The food was all good.

Cons:

The age showed a little bit and it get like it needed to be cleaned more thoroughly. The room had food items on the floor when we arrived, but the front desk took care of it promptly as housekeeping did not answer the phone.

Cons:

That the pool was not open. I wish they would have let us know because had we known we would have bit booked it. My kids were looking forward to swimming.

La proximité de la ville et des centres d’intérêts

Cons:

Pas de piscine et aucune compensation en conséquence car nous avions réservé cette hôtel car il avait une piscine. Seule réponse pas grave il y a la mer à côté !
Parking très très chère à 47$ la nuit.

L emplacement central sur Waikiki

Cons:

La piscine était en panne . J ai demandé un étage élevé et j était au 6 ème. Les ascenseurs font un bruit énorme. La ville est très bruyante et les chambres ne sont pas insonorisees. Impossible de dormir sans boules quies. Je recommande d éviter cet hôtel.

Wouldn't stay there again for that price....
Pros:

During the booking everything went smoothly but once we got there, a big lack of service and efficiency in the reception (several times), marihuana smells in the rooms several nights, clearly from other rooms, the noise from outside is very loud and if there's a party in any rooftop, forget sleeping, however the room service is very clean and efficient every day.

Waikiki beach
Pros:

We liked the location and the room was comfortable and clean. The reception desk staff was very friendly.
The bar g downside for us was the hotel across the street.
They played really loud (obnoxious) music at their pool from 12:00 in the afternoon until 10:00 pm. We had a nice little balcony but we couldn’t even sit out there because the music was so loud!
We were on the 18th floor facing Lili ‘Uokalani Ave
Make sure you request NOT to be on that side!
We weren’t in the room much but when we were the music was so off putting.

Praktisch gelegen
Pros:

Die Lage ist super praktisch. Es ist ruhig, weil es nicht direkt am Strand liegt, sondern in der zweiten Reihe ist.

Cons:

Die Beleuchtung ist nicht gut.
Die Parkgebühr für die hoteleigene Tiefgarage ist erschreckend hoch, das wussten wir aber vorher.

Our favorite place to stay in Waikiki! It’s convenient, clean, safe, and a great value.

It’s right by the beach and walkable to so many places in downtown Waikīkī!
The staff are super friendly and helpful! Connor and Farrah were especially helpful!
