Pros:

the hotel was less than a block from the ocean but was less expensive than the hotels in the same area. We were able to walk to the beach everyday and could walk to hotel for any needed items without it being an ordeal.

Very good stay!
Pros:

I like its location close to bus stops and restaurants. There is a small store on site. The room and bed are both big and comfortable. I liked the city view from the upper floors as well. The hotel is quite old but retains its charm and beauty. Thanks to the well-maintained facilities and cleanliness. It was convenient to arrive earlier because they are happy to store your luggage and the lobby is quite big for everyone to hang around while waiting for checking in, with many comfortable sofas. I got a good rate because I booked this hotel early and it was worth the value.
They have dedicated desks for assisting guests and providing helpful information about events and tours.

Poor customer service and an overall disappointing experience

Before our trip, I called the hotel and was assured by an employee that our request for two queen beds would be accommodated. Based on that promise, I paid for this hotel and canceled other reservations. When we arrived, the hotel denied the conversation and claimed that no employee by that name worked there. The breakfast was disappointing, the beds were uncomfortable, and the daytime front desk staff were not friendly or helpful. I asked several times to speak with the General Manager and waited three days for a response, but I was never contacted
