Good value and great location one block from the beach
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, enjoyed the hula lesson and lei making class on site, bed was comfortable and appreciated having great AC in the room

Cons:

Room was a little small and dated like many places in Waikiki

Pros:

I really enjoyed the location of the hotel. It is very close to the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and attractions in Waikiki. The staff were friendly and helpful, the check in process was quick and easy. The room was comfortable and had a balcony. One thing I really liked was that the hotel provides towels for guests to use not only at the pool but also to take to the beach. I was able to leave the postcards in the reception and they send it for me.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit older and some areas could use updating. However, this also makes it more affordable compared to many other hotels in Waikiki. Even though it is not brand new, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and it still provided everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

Awesome - perfect location, amazingly comfortable bed, exceptionally helpful staff and view!!
Pros:

We paid for the partial ocean view and were expecting a relatively small glimpse so we were impressed that not only could we see quite a bit of the beach, we also had a great view of Diamond Head from our high floor room! The location was AMAZING - close to the Duke statue, all the best shops and restaurants and practically footsteps from the sand. Would absolutely stay here again!

Cons:

We had a light switch that didn't seem to do anything - but there was a lamp that wouldn't turn on so I assume they were connected, however we did not mention this during our stay so I'm SURE it would've been rectified if we had of mentioned it. The pillows weren't the best either and didn't seem to have alternate options but I am quite fussy so should've travelled with my own.

Great hotel in a great location of Waikiki
Pros:

Great location, clean, large rooms, friendly staff. Breakfast included is a nice touch. Can rent a car from the hotel which is convenient.

Cons:

A little dated and unfortunately tv and WiFi didn’t work for the last 2 days of our stay.

Very close to the beach, walking distance, zoo and other activities are walking distance too if you don’t mind walking

Cons:

You have to pay for parking even though you’re a guest at the hotel. Bathtub looked old and dirty.

Pros:

防波堤があって波が穏やかなクヒオビーチから徒歩3分程度で、小さな子連れにはとっても便利でした(^^)お部屋で水着に着替えて、タオルはホテルで借りることができ、防水ケースに携帯とルームキー・クレカだけ入れて、後は飲み物やおやつなど必要最低限のものだけ持ってビーチに行けたので荷物の心配をせずに海水浴が出来ました！(飲みの物も水筒を持っていけば、ウォーターサーバーがあるので無料でお水もらえて助かりました)
フロントの人は若干そっけない感じでしたが、ラゲージ預かりの方、朝食会場の方、みんなとても感じ良く子供達にも親切に接してくれました(^^)朝食込みのプランでしたが、パン4種類、オートミール、フルーツ、サラダ、日替わりスープ、ヨーグルト、サラダ、シリアル、日替りご飯、、と今や円安でどこで食べても1人数千円してしまうので、プラン内なら十分なラインナップでした！ドレッシングやスープ、ご飯の種類も4日滞在しましたが、毎日少しずつ変えてあり良かったです！
建物は古めですが、コスパと立地はとても良かったと思います！
