The location of resort is great 2 min walk from the beach. Breakfast was great with lots of options they changed somewhat daily(soups, vegetables, fruits, sausage, fried rice, pastries etc). I loved daily morning activities offered in resort such as beach yoga, mat pilates, meditation etc.
Rooms are in poor shape in desperate need of remodeling. Also, our room was not cleaned well. We found two pairs of shoes under the bed from people who stayed in room before us.

Great location, with the beach just a few meters away, good restaurants all around, including some street food, and the zoo just a few meters away as well.

The room was dated, with peeling wallpaper and water damage. Terrible view of just a roof. Fruit wasn't even ripe at buffet. Parking was $45 a night, and employees parked us in 3 deep behind their cars when we tried to leave in the morning, making us late for our flight. We had to track down all the employees to move their cars. This was the last of several resorts we stayed at on our trip and was by far the worst.

Only liked the location because of the short proximity to the areas of interest.
The hotel front desk representatives whenever they are asked a question, they provided me with robotic answers. Actually, they claimed that even though the information online is not accordance with the welcome sheet provided at time of check-in, they did not input that information online. That response was completely false. Hotel information listed on a rental website was inputted by the hotel, and that is the information the hotel MUST abide with.
Staying at this hotel was the worst experience I’ve ever dealt with in my life!! I was visiting friends and stayed two separate times over a 2 week period. The first time I was on the 5th floor and left a bunch of bath items in the room upon checking out. I was told by the manager none of the stuff gets thrown out, it all goes in a bag to lost and found. That was a lie, I found the cleaning lady and she said oh yea I threw out all your stuff like eh no big deal. She didn’t care. Also my boyfriend had a fancy hiking stick with him that some worker there picked up. It was missing for 2 days. Then finally around the 3rd day it showed up… ironically someone cut out a brass metal piece that was on the top of it thinking it was worth some money.
Then the second time I stayed on the same floor a couple rooms down and I yet again had another horrible experience with the same cleaning lady. I had noticed after I checked out and left the hotel I had 3 fancy dresses missing from my luggage. I reported it to the hotel staff, lost and found and the general manager. No one did much about it and I felt like the whole staff was in on it. Everyone just covering for each other type of vibe. The manager gave me his cell phone number and for almost a week kept telling me not to worry he’s making a report to his insurance company in New York about the incident and they will call me. Nothing Happened. I then tell the manager to give me their phone number so I can contact them directly… he said ok hold on..and completely disappeared. Ignored my calls after…..messages…. Never experienced a more corrupt hotel in my life.

Le choix du petit déjeuner, assez variés et bien préparé. Les horaires sont assez larges pour en profiter. Une organisation simple et efficace. C'est pratique pour ne pas à réfléchir chaque matin à penser quoi manger le matin.
D'un jour à un autre c'est un peu toujours la même chose. La salle est trop renfermée et peu décorée. Cest un peu triste. On dirait une cantine.

Great location. So close to Waikiki beach and my room had views of it too! Close to good food and transport options A bit dated but large rooms & v comfortable bed. So great to have the balcony and view of the beach & Daimknd head too.
Location was great we are right by the beach,staff was great they were very nice, rooms was ok just saw buildings on the balcony
