high value for money, great location
Pros:

If you arrive earlier than check-in time, bell desk essentially keeps luggage on the lobby floor secured by those cable locks. If you forget toiletries, there is a shop on the 1st floor.

Lobby is open to the street and ventilates well. Most floor noise was to a minimum depending on if your room has shared walls.

The room itself was a tad dated, spacious, but well-kept. Fitness room equipped with a few machines (2 bikes, rower, treadmill), towels are provided. Water station on lobby and 2nd floor were useful.

Cons:

AC in unit, while it blew cool air, it was noisy. Microwaves on 2nd floor were low wattage, and required a lot of trial and error to reheat. WiFi rarely worked.

Location was close to beach, In down town and walking distance to almost everything. The lobby was nice.

Cons:

The small smelly room. The tiny tub, advertised as a tub, The moldy shower. The peeling wallpaper. The dirty carpeting. The lack of blankets and pillows in the room. The battle to get towels and washcloths. The flooded room next door. And i could go on. The Same or almost the same generic breakfast every day, Eggs from powder Flavorless sausages and meat products

Great value and location and has what you need!
Pros:

It was in a great location, just steps from the beach. It had everything you would need. The restaurant was great. The rental car facility in the resort was convenient. The staff was great and the housekeeping service was excellent and on top of things.

Cons:

It could be updated. Maybe some new carpet would really spruce the place up. There were a few spots in the shower that needed a bit of maintenance.
