C’è tutto. È un riassunto di quello che trovi fuori. In più ha una barriera corallina davanti che è ancora molto bella e ricca di pesci. Ha anche il consolato italiano interno che non è male… una città/villaggio… l’acqua utilizzata è sempre in bottiglia così come tutte le bevande. Struttura che ha i suoi anni ma ben manutenuta e sempre in evoluzione. Personale gentile.

È stato chiesto un cambio camera perché la prenotazione prevedeva un bagno con doccia, mentre ci siamo ritrovati con una vasca con tendina, davvero poco igienica. In più la camera non era affatto pulita. Dopo il cambio camera tutto ok. Struttura buona. Non posso dire lo stesso per il personale della spiaggia. Mia figlia mi ha raccontato che è stata addirittura minacciata, che le avrebbero impedito di partire se non pagava 30 euro per dei teli mare che ha usato un solo giorno del soggiorno, il primo, e che aveva prontamente restituito la sera stessa. Hanno visto che era una ragazza giovane e hanno approfittato per guadagnare 30 euro così. Io purtroppo non ero presente per intervenire. Situazione davvero poco carina. Non è per il discorso dei 30 euro in un resort del genere, ma si tratta di rispetto verso la clientela, che seppur giovane, ha pagato quanto un adulto. Non mi aspettavo tanta pochezza e cafoneria in una location tanto ambita. Sicuramente da migliorare molto sotto questo aspetto.

Al Domina Coral Bay trattamento Prestige ci siamo trovati divinamente. Personale cortese e servizievole, sorridenti e disponibili. Cibo nei tre ristoranti a la carte di qualità eccellente, in particolare modo il Plaisir dove personale e portate sono state deliziose. Da migliorare il check in, in quanto benchè ospiti Prestige ci siamo ritrovati a fare il check in nella main reception, confusionaria e poco accogliente. Ottima soluzione le macchinette private, ottima pulizia delle stanze.

Many Disappointments All Included in One Price
Pros:

A hotel so disappointing I almost booked a different hotel for my last two nights.

The staff is horrible- before the trip I contacted them to book scuba and other reservations using no less than 6 different methods of contact. Reservation Manager Ahmed Hassan was the only one who responded and told me to email a different address. A few days later, I said I had tried and did not get a response, he did not respond and did not offer any further help. The front desk was equally unhelpful. After a long travel day, I was struggling with my a heavy backpack and they had me shuffle all over reception without offering to help. They also were confused and unhelpful about scuba and when I told them the hotel app was not working. By the way, I signed on to WiFi and at one point, a staff member grabbed my phone and turned on data without my permission, costing me $12/day in charges.

Food was terrible. Drink selection was terrible. Taxis through the hotel were 10x as much and they make it near impossible to get outside cabs. Their cabs will also scam you and force you into their perfume store.

Everything in the hotel is far apart and so much is off limits to all-inclusive.

Scuba through the hotel was overpriced- 2-3x what you get outside the hotel.

Buildings were dated and there’s even one part near the cafeteria that’s really just a bad neighborhood, filled with graffiti and boarded up doors. QR codes everywhere didn’t work. The in-app chat feature never responded to my requests.

Pur necessitando di ristrutturazioni, la struttura è bella. Non ho però apprezzato l’incessante richiesta di massaggi, pulizia del viso, escursioni, tatuaggi etc. a cui si viene sottoposti in spiaggia. È un continuo tamponamento e il “no” non viene accettato sempre di buon grado. In spiaggia si cerca relax senza dover fingere di dormire se si ha la fortuna di vedere in anticipo l’arrivo del personale che vende questo o l’altro pacchetto, e a volte anche questo stratagemma non funziona.

Do NOT stay at this resort, you will be disappointed.
Staff are very ignorant and rude, all inclusive….ya ok! Couldn’t even get a bottle of water. The provide non potable water from a slushie machine that wasn’t cleaned once during our stay.
You might as well sleep outside on the ground as it would be comfier then the bed and pillow that they provide.

Only entitled to 2 bottles of water per day to your room.

The food is garbage, might as well be eating dog food.

Pools are dirty, stained and wasn’t cleaned nor vacuumed once. The staff allow children to go into the pool nude, some sanitary!
Regardless, it was a horrible time and I don’t wish it on anyone else.

Pros:

This is not a five stars hotel.. Few things were really not good:
1. The service is not good - some of the people working here were disrespectful to us
2. After cleaning the room one day they left the door completely open
3. The all inclusive points are hidden and when you ask, they point you to all different directions
4. When you arrive, they don’t tell you anything about the resort - eg No one told us that here in the resort it’s +1h compared to the rest of Sharm (so we did not understand why we were always late for things)
5. Food was just okay - below average

The only positive thing about the resort is the sea point and the beach.

Siamo stati nel complesso bene,personale gentile,escursioni organizzate molto bene con guide simpatiche e preparate, spiagge piscine ben organizzate
Nota negativa la stanza,veramente vecchia,assolutamente necessita di una ristrutturazione soprattutto il bagno,cibo nella media per lo standard Egiziano comunque vario,senza grosse pretese qualcosa di trova....
