Limpieza y que las habitaciones se mantienen como nuevas.
Mis dificultades estuvieron en el servicio de desayuno. La falta de previsión para organizar turnos/horarios para desayunar me hicieron quedar en el balcón soportando el viento y después de 15 minutos en que nadie del personal se acercó a dejar por lo menos servilletas, nos retiramos a desayunar en un restaurante en las cercanías, todo frente a la inmutabilidad de la encargada de recibir a los pasajeros en la puerta del sector del desayuno. En los cruceros se asignan horarios para las comidas y nunca hay problemas, quizá podrían usar este modelo, sobre todo cuando saben que el hotel estará con un alto número de pasajeros.
