El hotel me encanta, es la segunda vez que me quedo ahí. Bien ubicado, personal muy amable y desayuno muy completo

Recommend Hotel in busy area
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was nice and bed very comfy.

Cons:

The rooftop pool area, they had an event going on which occupied the Sun umbrella so when we were using the pool there was no shade and no other umbrellas available.

Also the room coffee machine they only supplied 1x capsules coffee 1 x decaffeinated coffee which was a shame as it was a good coffee maker!

Me fui enojada y decepcionada del hotel por lo que le paso a mi hijo en el desayuno

Estaba desayunando con mi hijo y le cayo agua sucia en la cara en la boca en los ojos segun me dijieron agua de la piscina ya no desayunamos nos malograron el desayuno deberian ver una manera de que esto no suceda porque nos malogro toda la estadia por esta razón me fui bien decepcionada del hotel como es posible que el agua de la piscina del piso 16 le caiga en la cara a un niño que esta desayunando en la terraza del hotel hasta a mi me mojo la cabeza y a unas niñas que estaban detras pero mi hijo se llevo la peor parte bien decepcionada del hotel yo no pienso regresar mas espero mejoren esto porque esta vez fue agua sucia pero puede caer algo mas peligroso
