Me fui enojada y decepcionada del hotel por lo que le paso a mi hijo en el desayuno
Cons:

Estaba desayunando con mi hijo y le cayo agua sucia en la cara en la boca en los ojos segun me dijieron agua de la piscina ya no desayunamos nos malograron el desayuno deberian ver una manera de que esto no suceda porque nos malogro toda la estadia por esta razón me fui bien decepcionada del hotel como es posible que el agua de la piscina del piso 16 le caiga en la cara a un niño que esta desayunando en la terraza del hotel hasta a mi me mojo la cabeza y a unas niñas que estaban detras pero mi hijo se llevo la peor parte bien decepcionada del hotel yo no pienso regresar mas espero mejoren esto porque esta vez fue agua sucia pero puede caer algo mas peligroso

Atención del personal excelente. No recomiendo el spa.
Pros:

La atención del personal al ingresar. Alfredo muy amable, muy pendiente en todo momento.
La habitación muy limpia gracias a Karina.
Silvia en restaurante muy atenta.

Cons:

Spa. Mi esposa fue a realizarse un facial para relajarse y no era lo que esperaba. Decepción total.
