Cons:

Aufzug von Parkgarage war außer Betrieb, ich habe bei der Buchung einen Babybett verlangt war nicht im Zimmer und habe ich nichts bekommen, Frühstück von 6-9 Uhr das habe ich noch nie erlebt, alle Hotels die ich davor gesehen habe haben Frühstück von 7-10, es gab keine Hausschuhe im Zimmer kein Wasserkocher im Zimmer vorhanden

Pros:

Easy to get to driving and had parking facility

Cons:

Booked with breakfast but refused to offer breakfast as it didn’t appear on the booking confirmation. I emailed the hotel regarding this prior to my stay but was ignored

Breakfast, which I chose/ was included in the price, was till 9 am, on a weekday, and we were not informed correctly on that timing. So we could not have breakfast since we were at the breakfastroom at 9:00

Peu mieux faire...
Pros:

Nous avons mangé tous les soirs au restauant de l'hotel. Malgré une petite carte, nius avons toujours ete servi généreusement. Les plats étaient soigné et de bonne qualité. Bravo au chef.

Cons:

Problème récurant avec le petit déjeuner, que nous avions payé pour toute la semaine ! Et que nous avons du repayer 1 fois en extra ! Bizarre ? La salle de bain, n'était pas faite à fond tous les jours, et que des chiffons sales sont restés dans la chambre.
́Nous regrettons une odeur de graisse généralisé dans tous l'hôtel, notamment dans la partie du restaurant. Ceci sans doute dû à une mauvaise ventilation de la cuisine. L'odeur est tendance dans tous le habits jusque dans les valise fermée.
Le team de réception est agréable sans plus. Dans l'ensemble, cette établissement peu encore mieux faire pour sa clientèle de passage.
