Cons:

Es wär nicht sehr sauber, kissen von ihnen voller flecken . Kühlschrank voller schimmel +geruch sehr ekelhaft.
Schimmel im bad und geruch dementsprechend.
War vor 5 jahre mehr sauber.
Hatte vor anreise ein Babybett bestellt , musste bei Ankunft wieder anfragen.
Wir wurden nicht informiert , dass der nahegelegenen Metrosteig nicht geöffnet war . Wie musste jedes mal 20minuten mit kleinkind gehen bis zur nächste Station.
Wir hatten dieses hotel für die nähe zur station genommen.

Insgesamt für 2 nächte ok jedoch nächsten mal suche ich mir ein anderes hotel.

Ik wil graag mijn geld terug, want ik heb dubbel betaald.
Omdat de boeking niet bij de balie lukte, moest ik voor de balie online reserveren en toen ik het probeerde lukt de boeking online ook niet.

Eindstand weer geprobeerd bij de balie toen lukt het wel, maar ondertussen heeft Booking.com toch wel van mijn bank afgeschreven.

Ik heb jullie ook een mailtje hierover gestuurd.
Dus ik zou graag mijn geld terug willen.

Ik hoor spoedig van jullie.

Große Tiefgarage

Cons:

Es war nicht richtig sauber, man hat gemerkt, dass die Zimmer nur oberflächlich gereinigt wurden (z.B viel Staub unter dem Bett und Nachttisch, staubige Lampe mit Spinnenweben)
