Pros:

The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, and everything was delicious. Airport shuttle servive was convinient but it takes about 30 minutes between the airport and the hotel, not 20 minutes.

Cons:

None of the staff I met were helpful. They seemed unwilling to answer to my questions and appeared more interested in talking with other staff members.
