Pros:

Me gustó todo de verdad que la experiencia fue súper agradable y positiva, céntrico para ir a cualquier lado, el personal del front desk super amables y atentos, nos daban botellas de agua.

Cons:

Que habían niños jugando soccer frente a los elevadores de mi piso(como el lobby) a las 10:30 pm y los papás allí con ellos, haciendo ruido.

Edited reviews, overall stay was fair, rain most if the days.
Cons:

The room was stocked with snacks and other items that were not clearly Identified, as being subject to additional charge. No one informed me that these items came with a fee In most hotel, basic items such as bottle water are complementary. So I was not expecting to be charged for items simply because they were placed in the room.There was no clear explanation or notification regarding these additional charges.

Cons:

Desorganização total. Reservei quarto com vista e recebi um outro sem vista e inferior. Fiz o pagamento total pelo booking, e na saída, as taxas foram cobradas novamente. Atendente super desorientado, exigiu pagamento para o check out e informou que o gerente(que não estava presente no hotel) analisaria e faria o estorno do valor, o que não aconteceu.

Astonishing behavior.
Pros:

Randomly found this property by incident, but the moment my husband and I stepped out of the elevator on the 25th floor,we were greeted by an elegant, courteous and attentive gentleman; he helped us free the wheels of a piece of luggage that had gotten stuck in the elevator's rollers mechanism and then guided us to the next elevator that leads to the guests rooms. Along the way muy husband lost hist reading glasses, but within minutes, that same gentleman knocked on our door to return them that was when we learned he was the Food and Beverages Manager. The story doesn't end there, thought,the next morning, when we went for breakfast, he welcomed us outside the restaurant, offering us Cuban Coffee and patries.Leandro you will always be very memorable to us, we are also infinitely grateful to you for recommending that we have dinner at Marabu Cuban Restaurant, we loved it.May life multiply blessings upon you forcthe very special way you plase and serve others.
