Brickell Arch, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Miami

Awesome location

Randomly found this property by incident, but the moment my husband and I stepped out of the elevator on the 25th floor,we were greeted by an elegant, courteous and attentive gentleman; he helped us free the wheels of a piece of luggage that had gotten stuck in the elevator's rollers mechanism and then guided us to the next elevator that leads to the guests rooms. Along the way muy husband lost hist reading glasses, but within minutes, that same gentleman knocked on our door to return them that was when we learned he was the Food and Beverages Manager. The story doesn't end there, thought,the next morning, when we went for breakfast, he welcomed us outside the restaurant, offering us Cuban Coffee and patries.Leandro you will always be very memorable to us, we are also infinitely grateful to you for recommending that we have dinner at Marabu Cuban Restaurant, we loved it.May life multiply blessings upon you forcthe very special way you plase and serve others.

Great location for Downtown Miami. Very nice bar and restaurant on 25th floor. Good view of the bay.
Very spacious and well appointed rooms. Only negative was the very poor sound insulation between the rooms. Pool area is good although being in a separate building makes it a bit of a trek to get there due to the lift configuration.

A special thank you to Leandro and Sebastian for your incredible hospitality and attention to detail. I was invited by a friend to watch and celebrate the World Cup, and with Miami being so busy and hectic, I know it wasn't an easy day.
Despite how incredibly crowded the restaurant was, you and your entire team went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, well taken care of, and truly enjoyed our experience.
Your kindness, professionalism, and genuine care did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Leandro, Sebastian, and the entire staff for working so hard and making our visit such a memorable one. We truly appreciate everything you did and can't wait to come back. Well done!

Mare restaurant is very luxurious and spacious, the lamps on each of the tables add a special touch that creates an even more inviting atmosphere. Leandro ( Manager) and Estefany ( Hostess) made our stay absolutely wonderful from start to finish, our dinner was not just good, but memorable, they went above and beyond to made sure everything was smooth and confortable and their positive attitude made a big difference. It’s rare to find such a great combination of efficiency and personal touch, they truly made us feel valued and well taken care of.

Everything was perfect,great quiet location on the luxury neighborhood,beautiful decoration, splendid views of Biscayne Bay,a very calm and relaxing atmosphere, plus and elegant, attractive, with strong empathy and chivalrous Italian Manager named Leandro.A wine list featuring a curated selection to suit every taste, as well as a menu that while not extensive includes dishes that go beyond just Mediterranean Cuisine. What else could you ask for ?

My husband and I went to dinner at Mare resturant,such a lovely place with an elegant desing and great
views.I woud like to thank you to Mr Leandro for being very friendly,extremely courteous and always ready to assist with a smile.
Leandro is a real asset to the hotel.He represents Luxury Collection in the best possible way.
