This is not a high end hotel by any means. Ugly 80s bathroom, tired building, inconvenient elevator switching to get to room, amenities are lower tier.

This showed up as a 5 start hotel on Hotels.com but it’s more like a 3 star hotel.

The water was lukewarm and wouldn’t get hot.

Great hotel. Friendly staff, Ms. Dolce at front desk is amazing. Good place to stay on Brickell, still good views from rooms, despite of all new buildings popping up around.

The staff was genuinely helpful, and I really appreciated the cleanliness of the bay view room I stayed in. I absolutely loved the view and enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning. The room service and restaurant staff are very attentive and respectful, making sure guests feel cared for. Even during a busy company event, they managed to accommodate us wonderfully. I do think the menu could be improved a bit, but overall, it was a lovely experience.

This was my third time staying at the hotel. I personally love the place; the location is amazing, close to all the places where I conduct business, and the service is great as well. My only issue on this trip was the smell of weed all over my floor and room vicinity. Even some of the elevators smell like weed.

I called the friont desk several times. Once to complain about the smell in my room and two times as people were smoking weed in the hallway.
