Water pressure in shower was terrible.
Pros:

I would stay there again for a quick overnight stay or 2
Pros:

The hotel was clean. The room was a nice size. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was decent normal breakfast fare. The staff was nice. The man taking care of the breakfast area was pleasant and very meticulous about the breakfast bar being kept clean.

Cons:

Nothing really to complain about. We just stopped for the night.

Other than the broken sink plug in the bathroom, which was very frustrating, our stay was fine.

This is a great hotel for a short stay.
Pros:

This property was a one night stay, as we were headed to Pidgeon Forge the following day. It is conveniently located right off the interstate and offered all of the amenities in the room you could need. The compliments breakfast was good too.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the proximity of the motel parking lot next door.

Price didnt meet the expectations.
Pros:

Good location, breakfast was good, staff were super friendly and kind, kids enjoyed the pool

The Staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel was located right in the area we wanted to be.
Pros:

The breakfast food was plentiful, from cereal, waffles to eggs and sausage and much more. The man on service was so kind and helpful and the breakfast area was very clean.

Cons:

We had stayed in a Quality Inn and Suites the night before in a different city. I believe that hotel was newer and the set up of the room was much cozier and the bathroom was just nicer.

Not worth $115+
Pros:

The location of the hotel in relationship to Ruby Falls was ideal, only about 2 miles down the road. The breakfast was decent. See note below

Cons:

It is definitely not in a glamorous or well kept location.The parking lot is full of pot holes, there are rat boxes near the back entrances to the hotel, (Maybe this is normal for Chatanooga?) The heating/ cooling unit in the room is dated and noisy. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it did not.We found ourselves having to change the functions several times in the middle of the night because it would stop blowing heat and then all of a sudden blow cold air. The little bench piece of furniture that holds luggage has a broken leg, and the bathroom sink does not drain well. Breakfast note: . I noticed the employee placing muffins into the muffin container without gloves on, just bare handling them. He did not hold them from the bottom of the muffin, but palmed them from the top. (No gloves.) This hotel might have been worth $50 but not $115 on a discounted site! The Howard Johnsons was advertising a rate of $45 for their hotel (right next door.) I thought that paying the $115 at the Comfort Inn would get us a much better quality room, stay, view, etc. Also...walls a very thin...you could hear everything from the rooms around you.

DIRTY, FULL OF BUGS IN THE ROOMS AND HALLWAYS, SHADY LOCATION. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE

I can't understand how this property got that high of ratings. The property is located in a very shady, nowhere area. The lobby is not updated nor clean at all. The staff are ok, but not professional at all. My reservation was for a queen suite with two queen beds and a sofa bed, but they did not see that information and asked me to add money to upgrade to a suite, and I did. When we got into the unclean elevator, it opened to a strong scent of weed on our floor, and the hallway carpet was dirty. We were "welcomed" to a room full of lady bugs and other bugs everywhere in the room. on the front door, on the ceiling, on the beds, on the window covering, on the walls and floors. we didn't even try looking under the beddings or in the sofa bed, as we were not going to let our kids sleep in this situation. We immediately asked to cancel the entire reservation. The front desk lady, who was busy eating a hamburger while talking to us in the front desk, called the manager to explain the situation and asked if its ok to cancel, and he did. so we left immediately and were able to get an alternative accommodation at a decent place with a lower rate. I WOLD NOT RECOMMAND BOOKING ANY ROOM OR EATING AT THIS HOTEL. ITS SUPER DIRTY AND THE LOCATION LOOKS NOT SAFE.

Cons:

Got a suite/room with pull out couch to accommodate a teen. Pull out couch was dirty and mattress looked very old with stains. There is no way I would have ever let anyone sleep on that. We checked in really late or would have went to another hotel. Floor moulding falling down in room.
Complementary breakfast was not good. Would not recommend staying.
