Pros:

Breakfast and Location were great. Beds and rooms are clean!

Cons:

My kids got sick from the indoor pool. I had to take my youngest with severe asthma to the pulmonologist and they said she had chlorine toxicity from the pool not being very well ventilated.

Clean, conveniently located off of I-24, good breakfast
Pros:

We stayed one night at this location. It served the purpose. The room was clean, had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The bath had a large vanity, but the toilet was crazy close to the shower. Looked like a contractor error!! We did enjoy the black out blinds! Breakfast was from 6am-9am. There was a variety of foods but needed more seating( or we went at a popular time). Close to I-24.

Cons:

The elevator seemed to be pretty slow, parking lot closest to the entry needed more spaces.

This was our second stay at this clean friendly hotel!

Close to attractions! Room was clean.

Cons:

One staff member upon check in was not kind. She was also there another evening and was very unfriendly. Did not speak and seemed to be completely miserable.

Great place to stop for Ruby Falls.
Pros:

The location was great. We stopped here on a trip to see Ruby Falls/Lookout Mountain. The man working the desk was very friendly.

Cons:

There was no extra bedding for the sofa bed in the room. The woman working the desk was not very welcoming - felt like I was annoying her or disrupting her night when we checked in. The man working the desk, when we checked out, made up for her.

Good trip
Pros:

Location, indoor pool, breakfast

Cons:

HVAC unit was very noisy, interrupting sleep
Strainer was missing from bathroom faucet, causing extreme splashing.
I reported both to the front desk and they said that they will correct the issues.

Pros:

It was clean and quiet breakfast was appreciated the only complaint is the bed was too hard for my liking but thats ok we felt safe and had a amazing stay

The hotel was good

Cons:

Didn't like getting an email from Booking.com to finish my booking and then getting double booking. There was no way to cancel the second room. Will not be using your service again. Will not recommend it to anyone either.
