Pros:

The young man at check was so kind and best personally ever!!! I overslept didn't realize breakfast was over at 9am, but I rushed down in hopes of getting something if anything to eat. Eggs, sausage and potatoes were about to be put away. The gentleman was so kind to allow me to get food for myself and husband to take to the room. He made sure I had utensils, condiments and the overnight front desk young man got the elevator for me. That's real customer service!!!!!! Comfort Inn has the best comfortable mattresses. On all our travels I now look for a Comfort Inn.

Pros:

It was quiet you have a little highway noise but mostly room was quiet.

Cons:

Pool was creepy the lighting isn't very good and it was cold. Our shower curtain had a lipstick stain and shelves were broken off. Breakfast was the same each day with little seating.

The smell, the air wasn't working great, unfriendly front desk, dirty floors, hot, humid and dirty pool room that never had towels.

Pool was open and clean. Breakfast area clean and stocked. Front desk lady was very accommodating and pleasant

Cons:

Sofa bed was not usable. Should not be advertised. Definitely needs to be replaced. Could use some eggs on the breakfast offerings. No one cleaned room or replaced toilet paper and towels. So disappointed

Good place to stop and unwind during a long car trip.
Pros:

Staff was very obliging - I arrived slightly before check-in time, but they were up to the challenge. Breakfast was satisfactory, 24/7 coffee off the lobby a plus. Fast food and MAPA gas station nearby.

Cons:

I like bar soap rather than dispensers, but that's just me. Not sure there was a hassock - big plus for relaxing in the evening - I stayed in several places.
