A hotel I look forward to staying at again when I next visit Pisa.
Pros:

A hotel full of architectural character in the centre of the city. The room was relatively spacious and the breakfast generous.

Pros:

Everything was fine. Only slight annoyance was the room window was adjacent to a back yard of private dwellings. Someone was cooking onions and the smell was overpowering with window open. Not hotels fault. But in future would ask to be moved. Only 1 night so not a problem.

Hotel ma bardzo dobrą lokalizację, wygodny parking i dobre śniadania. Lobby jest bardzo ładne i robi naprawdę dobre pierwsze wrażenie. Wnętrza wspólne są przyjemne i widać, że obiekt ma duży potencjał. Ogólnie hotel jest w porządku na delegację albo krótkie zwiedzanie miasta. Lokalizacja i parking są dużym atutem. Mój odbiór był jednak raczej poprawny niż bardzo dobry. Szkoda, bo hotel ma potencjał i przy niewielkim odświeżeniu pokoi oraz lepszym dopracowaniu sali śniadaniowej mógłby robić znacznie lepsze wrażenie.

Cons:

Pokoje są jednak już dość staromodne i moim zdaniem wymagają delikatnego odświeżenia. Ciężkie hotelowe narzuty na łóżkach, materiały i łazienki sprawiają wrażenie, że hotel najlepsze lata ma już trochę za sobą. Nie jest źle, ale nie daje to już wrażenia świeżości i lekkości.

Śniadanie samo w sobie oceniam pozytywnie. Croissanty, świeży sok z owoców i wybór produktów były zdecydowanie na plus. Sama sala śniadaniowa wypada jednak dość ponuro. Zasłonięte okna, mało światła i brak muzyki sprawiają, że odbiór tego miejsca jest trochę ciężki. Jesteśmy we Włoszech, więc naturalnie oczekuje się trochę więcej tej włoskiej atmosfery i lekkości. Gdzie Wasze dolce Vita?

Cet hôtel est vraiment très agréable. Le personnel est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est excellent! Les espaces communs sont très jolis et propres tout comme la chambre !
La localisation est sympa car dans le centre mais au calme++

Decent stay
Pros:

Great location, on route from Train Station to Pisa Square, staff are very friendly and speak excellent English
Room as a whole was good with decent bathroom.
Noisy from the street, lack of daylight due to shutters, very noisy AC, we turned it off, being April this was OK temperature wise. Decent Breakfast, they have coffee stand where they will make your choice of coffee, was good.

An okay option for families
Pros:

A solid stay in Pisa. While technically a four-star, it felt a bit more basic compared to other boutique experiences, though it has some great perks. The highlight was the room size - it was bigger than expected, with the children's beds in a completely separate area from the main room, which was perfect for privacy. The bathroom was also very spacious.
Breakfast was okay, but not quite as impressive as others we’ve had during this trip. However, the location is convenient and the €20 fixed-rate taxi to the airport offered by the hotel was a huge stress-releaser. A reliable choice for families.

Cons:

The beds were a bit squeaky, and the floor could've been more clean.
