Lovely comfortable stay, and location ideal for walking to the centre of town and to the cathedral and leaning tower
Pros:

It was a lovely ‘classical’ style hotel, situated in a quiet street. The staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was varied to suit all tastes plenty of choice. Very clean.

A well located hotel at a reasonable price.
Pros:

The location was excellent, central,but quiet.
The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful.
The restaurant was excellent and well priced.
Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.
The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

No lift to the room and 2 floors up.
I was able to,carry my suitcase up,but an offer from the staff would have been nice.
The aircon was not effective enough and quite noisy and I struggled to sleep in the heat
