Do not recommend!! Up on arrival a $100 deposit was requested, and guaranteed it would be refunded back into our bank 2/3 working days after departure. 10 days after our departure we still hadn’t received this. so we rang the hotel to find out if a mistake had occurred. We were then asked for our card details again and reassured it would be back in our account within 24 hours. Instead another payment of $37.70 was taken out of our bank account. Leo the receptionist was uninterested, unconcerned and rude. We were we promised a call back from the hotel manager, who never called us. In total this hotel has stolen $137.70 from us. This has really upset us on our last couple of days of our honeymoon.

Great location with multipule entertainment options within walking distance. Attentive staff that made me feel welcome. Great food, great bar. Rooms are very comfortable.

This is my second review for Circa, the other on google and I stayed here about a year ago. I was coming back from a very much delayed flight in Central America and my airline didn't book me a hotel. I showed up at the hotel at 6:30AM the day of my reservation (check in normally 4pm) and the front desk staffer who I wish I could remember her name, had one room no one had showed up for and let me check in then and sleep. I can't say enough good things about this hotel and its staff.

Clean, great location right by the beach, nice bar and restaurant downstairs.

The establishment was impeccably maintained, and the staff provided exceptional service, contributing to a truly relaxing experience. It offered enjoyable activities for all ages, and the food and beverage selections at the restaurant were outstanding.

Stayed for 3 nights after our cruise. Good location, 2 minutes walk from mid-beach ( resort fees incle 2 x loungers, an umbrella and towls for their part of the beach. Nice pool area. Great restaurant on site. Lovely courtyard garden. Friendly helpful staff, room spotless and well laid out. Quite a walk to South Beach pier but lovely on the boardwalk. The free trolley stops 100 yards away for going to North Beach and 2 minutes walk behind the hotel to go to South Beach area. We had a lovely stay

We arrived early and expected to drop out bags - we set off for a wander for a few hours - got caught in rain storm - came back very wet - room still not ready 5 hours later - nowhere to wait - had to loiter very wet as no access to out cases for a further 1 1/2 hours as room not ready until 3-45 !!!!!
Tiny bathroom - bed very high no good if you have joint issues
Only two coffee pods and no topped up during 3 night stay !!! They charge for drinking water in room
Room very very noisy air con and only shutters so cannot make room dark
Room only re- made up one night
Budget hotel with non budget prices
Bathroom floor needs replacing - shower constantly drips
Much better hotels in area -booked as IHG hotel - expected much much more as they are part of that chain

El hotel está a dos cuadras de la playa. Tiene una terraza frontal para tomar desayuno muy rica. Buena comida en general. Las personas que trabajan son muy amables.

While this hotel is cute to look at, I wouldn’t personally stay here again. Parking is a major issue, as the cheapest option is a 12 minute walk away. Unless the weather is just perfect, this is a very unnecessary hassle, in my opinion. It also isn’t directly across from beach as advertised. Yes, you can walk a block to the beach, but it’s not “beach front”. And the bathroom is TINY, like, minuscule. I could see where this could be a good fit for some people, but this just wasn’t our cup of tea.
