A small hotel with welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. They offer complimentary beach amenities
Pros:

good location, close to the beach, decent room size, very clean, a nice restaurant at the lobby with delicous food.

Cons:

The hotel has very few power outlets, and they are located in inconvenient places.
What bothered us the most was the constant noise from air conditioning compressor right outside our window, running 24 hours a day. It was especially loud at night and made it difficult to rest.

Un bon hôtel à Miami Beach , un bon rapport qualité/prix et
Pros:

Bon petit déjeuner ..ainsi que bonne carte resto bar à prix tout à fait corrects . Parties communes et restaurant/ bar bien décorés , bien agencés. Ambiance chaleureuse et cool . Piscine très sympa. Un petit patio reposant entre les 2 buildings qui constituent l’hotel . Accès vélo via une app . 1h gratuite et ensuite 10 dollars de l’heure. Personnel au service et sympa !

Cons:

Aucune prise électrique proche du lit : uniquement 2 prises au même endroit et mal situées: j’ai demandé une rallonge. Lumière extérieure patio qui nécessiterait des rideaux aux fenêtres pour avoir un noir total . Bruit de la Clim extérieur, récurrent aux US néanmoins Ménage tardif avec 1 jour sans. Le fitness est très petit , sans Clim : mériterait mieux !

Zajtrka nisem vzel, je predrag. Lokacije je ok. Je 10 minut peš hoje od javnega patkirišča 8 $ na dan, za razliko od zasebnih, ki računajo 50 $ na dan.

Cons:

Na recepciji bi mi lahko povedali, da obstaja tudi javno parkirišče za 8 $ na dan, a so mi najprej predlagali zasebno za 50 $ na dan. Se mi ne zdi pošteno.

Me dieron una habitación diferente a la que solicité
Me dijeron que me iban a cambiar de habitación pero nunca lo hicieron
Abandoné la habitación de inmediato y solicité el reembolso
Había mucho ruido y luz
No tenía cortinas y me dieron la habitación 127 al lado de la piscina
La foto no coincidía con la habitación y sonaba mucho el motor de lapisicinay entraba luz durante la noche
Nunca me ofrecieron una solución ni me han respondido la solicitud de reembolso que hice al momento de salir - pague del 19 al 22 y me fui el 20 y no me han respondido la solicitud de reembolso aún

Que no me brindaron una solución a pesar de yo expresar desde que llegué que esa no era la habitación que yo había reservado

Good stay. Good value.
Pros:

Good stay. Room was comfortable and a decent size.. mini fridge. . Nice pool. Restaurant/ breakfast was generous and staff was very nice. Location is great. 1 block from the b beach. North of the busiest part of town but easy to get to center of town. Small take out market two doors down. Good pizza on the corner. Would stay again.

During a 4 day stay and having requested multiple times my room was never cleaned .

The hotel policy is to make up rooms only on request and even then they do not . Who does not want their room made up?? This is greed on another level .. the owners have forgotten what the word hospitality means .

Clean hotel choice in Miami Beach
Pros:

Fun and cute hotel - a few minutes walk to Miami Beach. We had a pleasant stay. Love the hotel decoration and the private courtyard and pool. We were able to check in early which was really nice!
Pros: clean, staff pleasant, value was good, access to beach chairs for 2 hours (They close at 5 pm!)
Cons: AC is loud (but it's good you don't hear anything), AC for the building is so loud that you can't really relax in the courtyard, they need to have an extra person helping at the front desk in the afternoon/evening. That same person handles check in/bicycle rentals/pool and beach towels, which can be frustrating to wait for. Others guests have complained about the noise at the pool from nearby constructions, that's not sthg the hotel can't prevent however.
