un pò di attenzione, oltre alla fascino.
Pros:

Per raggiungere la spiaggia, ottima posizione; per raggiungere il centro di Miami Beach non proprio centrale... ma per chi desidera camminare, va bene. La possibilità di poter usufruire della spiaggia e dei teloni è un ottimo servizio.

Cons:

Per due giorni di seguito la stanza non è stata pulita; anzi, la seconda volta, a seguito di un disguido con la prenotazione, dopo aver rifatto, anzi fatta una nuova prenotazione avremmo avuto diritto ad una nuova camera (con biancheria pulita) ci siamo ritrovati, a fine giornata, con i letti non fatti, il bagno non pulito e gli asciugamani non cambiati. Non siamo riusciti a capire il perchè e - ripeto - nonostante abbiamo fatto una nuova prenotazione quella stessa mattina. Sì, ci è stato detto che il personale andava via alle 17.00, ma non ci è stato spiegato il perchè - e per la seconda volta - la stata non fosse stata pulita. Ci è stata promessa un'attenzione sul prezzo della camera - che sarebbe passata tramite Booking!

Buen ubicación, habitación y piscina amplia y excelente atención
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación. Habitación amplia. Una piscina hermosa y amplia. Te dan toallas tanto para la piscina como para la playa. En la playa te dan 2 sillas y una sombrilla sin cargo. Lo mejor fue el personal, muy muy atentos y amables todos: Ingrid, Javier, Jorge y todos los que nos atendieron.

Cons:

La habitación tiene algunos detallecitos de mantenimiento, pero como la mayoría de los hoteles de Miami.

Pros:

piscine, amabilite personnel, situation tranquille sur miami beach , restaurant ok mais cher comme partout a miami, petit dejeuner trop cher, plein d'etablissement a coté

La ubicación es muy buena

Cons:

Habitación demasiado pequeña para dos personas, el servicio de limpieza solicitamos a las 7 am regresamos a medio día y no estaba limpio. Después la persona de limpieza se portó muy grosera y empezó q decir groserías en inglés xq pensó q no entendíamos ella quería limpiar cuando estabamos cambiándonos para ir a la playa. También perdieron un paquete de Amazon, no quisieron buscar y nadie se hizo responsable. No son personas confiables. Ahora ha pasado 6 días hábiles y no han devuelto la garantía.

All in all a place I would recommend to a friend
Pros:

The location close to the beach and the staff were exceptional, breakfast was really good as well.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our room has not been cleaned during our stay, so the waste bins were full and the floor kept being sandy after we’d spend the whole day on the beach.

Prima hotel, weinig housekeeping.
Pros:

De locatie is top, het hotel netjes en de inbegrepen bedjes en parasol op het strand zijn echt ideaal.

Cons:

In 3 dagen tijd is er helaas geen housekeeping langs geweest. Met wat strandzand in de kamer is dat geen overbodige luxe. Ook is het parkeren in de buurt erg duur, maar op tien minuten lopen zit een openbare parkeergarage (G6 parking) voor $8 per 24 uur.
