Bedfort Inn & Suites

I love the staff grace is very nice lady and and the hotel is fine with nice rooms . But the one lady who works in the games room with the glasses long grayish hair (olly) i believe people call her was very rude to my friends and she seemed very careless as we were playing the machines i over herd her friends that were playing pool that they were going to do some drugs smoke in the bathroom had to of bin her friends because she kept coming to there table and mingling with the two persons . I sincerely think she should get wrote up she seems to act like she owns the place but she don't and talks down about the owners . I thought it rude and very out of character .. Other then that place is great but need to change up some staffing in the bar.

Just spent 3 days on the executive floor, very clean, quiet, and affordable at 75$ a night. Super friendly front desk staff and this is always my regular hotel I stay at when I’m town. Highly recommended!

Still waiting for my deposit to be returned.
I realize that the maid must report any damages, but when there are none the deposit should be returned same day.

Grace was a very friendly. The room however was not very clean and there was a huge stain of some sort on the bed skirt. The hallways smelled of smoke throughout the entire hotel. There were people lingering in the lobby area and when we checked in there were police dealing with some matter. The lobby doors were open all night and the security wasn't very reassuring. The area is a little sketchy as well. I would not stay there again.

Despite confirming my arrival, modify was in the front desk, the phone number given did not answer and the messages were all full. Another number I looked up did not answer. People I saw looked like Street People. There was a plastic half empty chocolate dairy drink on the welcome table next to the artificial flowers. Some oriental men playing a game in the “closed” restaurant off the lobby said they were not connected to the hotel. I was appalled.

The room wasn't so clean as I that I like it to be. Staff was friendly.

Would not recommend staying here. This would be a 1 star review but the lady at the front desk for our check in was very nice and friendly. Everything else has been terrible. I stayed on the top floor in an executive room. The fan in the bathroom didn't work, cold water in the sink wasn't working properly, hotel directory hasnt been updated in 8+ years, bed didn't have a proper sheet on it, and the top sheet used had purple stains on it. Trying to call the front desk from the room was futile, no one ever answered. So I walked down to the front and various floors and no staff were to be found anywhere. Had to call the hotel's mainline and they were of no help either, just told me to wait for housekeeping to come around. Very unhappy and will not be staying here again.

Short staffing, wait someone to show up to check us in more than 30 mins. Cancelled second time stay. Most important is we booked two bed online, when we get there, the staff told us there are out for two beds, ask us to pay 20 dollars extra to get what we want. Not once but twice. And staff attitude was very rude. We will never stay there.

The wifi password didn’t work and no garbage bin in the room. No restaurant available on site. Just a place to sleep literally.

My first experience going into this hotel was the distinctive warm welcome from the receptionist Emma. Moreover, the lobby is spacious, the hallway and room are clean and nice. I really felt comfortable.
Glad that i found this hotel, would definitely recommend to my family, friends and colleagues and God willing will undoubtedly come back on my next trip to Edmonton in the future. Thanks a lot Bedfort Inn & Suites for an extraordinary service.

worst hotel i have ever been. dirty room, disgusting toilet, disgusting elevator with a horrible smell. strong smell in the room too.
I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

When I first drove up, I was skeptical. The surrounding area around was poorly kept. The outside of the place was quite dirty. Windows, doors, floor. I booked on line through Hotels.com, fully expecting someone to be available for check-in. No one around, the phone number provided had a full mailbox. I had to go to the place next door who called a security guard who tried to check me in and couldn’t, who called someone else. Finally, a lovely young lady arrived and was able to get me checked in. The add said breakfast available, however no restaurant on site. Except a phone order option. The saving grace was that I was given an immaculately clean room with two Queens and all the other amenities. I was concerned about vandalism, so was given a room overlooking the parking lot where I could see my vehicle. The place has one Security guard which is somewhat of a deterrent. I was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness of the surrounding areas. The fee could have been a little lower to compensate.

Very clean room, quiet and at a good rate.. Thank you Emma and Grace for another good night! Super friendly and they always remember my name which makes my stay enjoyable even more. See you again soon!

This by far was the worse hotel I have ever seen, and experienced, the customer service shuts at 9pm, the whole floor smells with cigarettes, bunch of people at the front were also smoking and yelling shouting, swearing, wonder why the front desk was all enclosed, I’m guessing for security reasons.
This hotel should not exist

This motel is a nice place to stay, staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are nicely renovated and clean. It is in an area of and older part of west Edmonton, but the owner and staff try very hard to make you feel comfortable. I would stay there again.

Great place to stay for the dollar. Room was clean. I was a little unsure when I first got there because of the area of the city but they lock the doors at night and you can't get up the elevator without a key. Grace was amazing she upgraded us to a quieter floor,but not gonna lie the hallway made me think of The Shinning but that just made the experience that much better. My only complaint would be the restaurant not being open but there an awesome dive bar a block down the street and food was great. Thanks Grace see you the next time I'm in the city

The rooms were recently renovated but still smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The rooms were not overly clean and the hotel seemed to be frequented by questionable people. I did not feel overly safe with the kids there. Grace at the front desk was amazing and almost made up for the bad stuff

Arrived after 10 pm. No sign of any staff present, and the doors to the hotel were literally padlocked. Only way in to the building seemed to be through the bar/casino/VLTs. We opted not to do that with our two kids. Definitely not family-friendly.

Friendly staff, clean comfortable room. I enjoyed my stay at the ol' Howy Johnson.
