Fantastyczny pobyt, polecimy każdemu ten hotel!
Pros:

Od początku do końca czuliśmy się wyjątkowo. Obsługa hotelu była fantastyczna i pomocna. W pokoju było czysto i świeżo. Jeśli będziemy kiedyś znowu odwiedzać Pizę - zatrzymamy się tu jeszcze raz!

Hotel spełnil nasze oczekiwania ( uwaga tylko do BARDZO brudnego okna )

Śniadanie urozmaicone, obsługa bez zarzutu.

Cons:

Standard pokoju ok ale potwornie brudne okno oraz brak firanki/ żaluzji przepuszczającej światło dzienne, była tylko zasłona zaciemniająca. Po jej odsłonięciu widoczne było to okropnie brudne okno, a mieszkańcy budynku znajdującego się naprzeciwko mieli wgląd do pokoju ( brak firanki ) . To było bardzo słabe.

Pésimo, no lo recomiendo
Pros:

La comida del restaurante estaba buena. El desayuno era okay! Solo tenían tres variedades de fruta. Naranja, pera y manzana. Algunos muffins estaban duros. Las tortitas, o zumo natural se paga extra. El trato de los trabajadores del restaurante fue muy amable y agradable. Mi perro y mi hijo no pagaron extras.

Cons:

Llegamos a las 13:00h. La chica de la recepción me dijo que aún no podía hacer el cheking que primero a las 14:00h Después de un largo viaje con perro y niño de dos años no me pareció razonable tener que esperar hasta la hora. Después nos dieron una habitación en la que al lado del pasillo estaban en obras. Había mucho ruido a la hora de la llegada. Después fui a preguntar para cambiar la habitación y me dijeron muy antipáticas las dos chicas de la recepción una morena y la otra castaña con gafas mayor, que esto no era posible. Que las habitaciones estaban todas ocupadas y que las demás habitaciones eran pequeñas para poner una cuna de niño. Lo cual era mentirá, porque al día siguiente vimos las habitaciones y eran todas del mismo tamaño que la nuestra. Así que no nos cambiaron la habitación. Después el trato de las dos recepcionistas fue pésimo. El parking no está cerrado y está abierto para todo el mundo, el hotel no se hace responsable. Las habitaciones no son de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Literalmente no recomiendo este hotel. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, en nuestra habitación hacia mucho calor a pesar de que abrimos la ventana.

Pros:

Muy cómodas las camas y habitaciones amplias. Todo muy limpio y el café exquisito. Agu de cortesía en la habitación, cafetera con cápsulas y hervidor con infusiones. Todo muy bien aunque el desayuno un poco corto pero de calidad.

Cons:

No hay tostador de pan, es una sandwichera. Poco embutido y platos calientes.

Pros:

L'hôtel est à 3 km à pied de la zone touristique. Parking public non payant autour. Les chambres sont propres et correctes mais l'hôtel dans l'ensemble est plutôt vieillot.
Petit déjeuner correct sans plus, rapport qualité/prix ok.

Cons:

L'air vieillot de l'hôtel.

Buona la colazione, anche se migliorabile la parte salata. Ottimo il ristorante in rapporto alla qualità prezzo, ottime le porzioni e la varietà di scelta nel menù. Era disponibile anche un menù fisso di acqua e terra scontato per gli ospiti dell'albergo. La camera assegnata era molto grande ed riccamente accessoriata (addirittura con una doccia doppia). Molto comodo il parcheggio libero dell'hotel.

Cons:

Se proprio bisogna trovare il pelo nell'uovo, in camera mancava un supporto dove appoggiare la valigia (ho dovuto appoggiarla a terra) e la mia camera non era ben insonorizzata (musica dal piano terra e rumori dalle camere vicine). In ogni caso il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole e tornerò sicuramente
