An enjoyable stay with great staff
Pros:

Staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast staff were great. They went above and beyond.

Cons:

Although it was easy to get a bus, the distance from Pisa Centrale to the hotel is quite considerable and also a lack of choice of restaurants near the hotel.
