The staff was absolutely great. The rooms were beautiful.

Cons:

The beds. They're rock hard. I also wasn't a fan of the price I paid to sleep on that mattress.

Cons:

Parking was tight, so much snow. Lots of kids for a tournament, breakfast area was very crowded. I didn't ever make it through to the coffee machine.

Pros:

Overall had an alright stay, parking was extremely unpleasant as majority of the parking lot was full with work trucks and closed off to work equipment. The toilet in my room clogged twice and the second time I was given a plunger to deal with the situation myself. It seemed to be the only hotel available in the area. Would not recommend or stay again.

Great place for a few nights stay.
Pros:

Simple, straightforward. Decent value. Food at breakfast was fresh, the salsa was a nice touch, and the coffee was good. And all the staff was hard-working and polite.

Cons:

There wasn't more options for eggs/meat/vegetables at breakfast.
Toilets in rooms were very low.
