Great location and great property
Pros:

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting the Arnold Palmer Invitational golf tournament, because shuttle parking is at Universal, and it was very convenient! All the staff we interacted with were nice and helpful. The property is newly renovated and it shows. Everything looks great, clean and welcoming lobby, clean and spacious rooms. Very quiet in rooms and location. Breakfast is good, great bacon, although it’s not included ($16 extra for buffet or off the menu items available). Would definitely recommend for those looking to visit Universal or surrounding attractions. Free parking is a bonus!

Try to ask for a room facing the back it'll be quieter
Pros:

The location is okay. Hotel provides shuttle bus to Universal, but it stops at other 2 hotels before going to the park.
My room faced the pool and Tiki bar, could hear the noise till very late midnight. Rooms facing the backside parking lot might be quieter.
Staff was not very friendly. Probably because I asked to switch room after checking in to get away from large fan noise. Then I figured I won't bother to ask a second time. This is not the level of service I expect from Hilton hotels.

Very clean and comfortable and close to the parks
