Perfectly centrally located. Clean hotel, water in room was so lovely & instantly hot. Huge lovely breakfast, so much choice. Very comfortable. Lovely restaurant (Jospers) downstairs. Staff were so friendly & nice.

From start to finish all members of staff that we encountered we're courteous and very helpful with anything we needed. Will definitely return and have already recommended to family and friends.
Nothing to unlike
The locality of the hotel is brilliant, central to what we had planned.
Our room faced onto a brick wall, the room itself was pretty modern but quite dark.
Very handy to city center and very clean and comfortable rooms
Service staff in residents bar and ordinary bar was very poor

Our room was facing the street there was power washing going g on from the very early morning the noise was deafening couldn't get back to sleep was very disappointing

Location
I booked and paid for this stay for my son and his partner as a gift
When they arrived the receptionist informed them that the hotel had not been paid for which he assured them it had
This was very embarrassing for them as other guests were listening
The receptionist then asked for my son's credit card to make a payment but he again said it had been paid for
Eventually the manager was able to clear the mistake and realised it was actually paid but no apology was given and the whole experience spoilt their stay
