Very central, staff lovely

Great view over Donegal Square and City Hall. Comfortable. Good to have a smart tv, so we could access our own streaming subscriptions. Room safe and fridge both made the stay more convenient. Staff were happy to book a taxi for us for an early morning airport transfer. The hotel has a lift, which greatly assists those with reduced mobility. The location was fantastic for exploring the city centre on foot and for accessing buses - almost all the buses we used during our stay had a stop on Donegal Square somewhere. Within walking distance of Grand Central train station for onwards travel, and a short taxi ride from City Airport.
A few glitches in the bathroom - the shower had been fitted incorrectly, with an upside-down control plate and no effectively temperature control - either scalding hot or freezing cold.
The mirror was mounted too high on the wall for anyone who is short to use.
Food was awesome, lovely breakfast. Soup really nice. Location was really good too
Room a little on the small size
Lovely big room. Located right in the heart of the city. Great breakfast, table service for hot breakfast. Separate bath & shower.
The cold water in the bathroom sink came out very slow, just above a trickle. The water from the shower leaked out under the door beside the toilet. Couldn't find the front door as the hotel had been rebranded since I made the booking, but eventually found the door to the restaurant & a lovely male member of staff took our cases & took us to reception & i went outside with him & he showed me the hotel door & the rebranded name, i had walked straight past it. Apart from those small issues, everything else was good
Large comfortable room, restaurant and bars onsite. Nice 'traditional ' decor. Lovely breakfast. Staff polite and friendly. Great location.
Room was a bit noisy because of the heating / air con system outside...
Friendly check in, the room was spotless, most comfortable Bed and linens and All the small touches like water in the rooms and the hot cookie on arrival
Very warm and welcoming. Really nicely decorated friendly clean and comfortable
The location and the room was in a small wing so it was very quiet
