Great location, excellent stuff, very clean, comfortable beds! Definitely coming back!
Pros:

The stuff was great, very polite, helpful, great and fast service! The room is very spacious with a great view. Very clean room, great beds and pillows. Great facial treatment with Valmont!
They take care of all the details such as fresh water every day and candies.
All recommendations for everyone coming.

Cons:

Room service works good, but the food is not tasty and there are not enough options that suits this hotel.
I am very sorry for this :(

Utterly overpriced and disappointing
Pros:

Great breakfast and the staff was well meaning.

Cons:

This property is extremely tired and the decor has not been changed since the early 80s - scuffed furniture the carpets belong into a museum. The TV as well and no channels in any language other than French. Cleaning was sloppy. All this for over EUR 500 a night, a price which cannot be justified by the decent location.

Pros:

Staff were lovely, hotel rooms and bathrooms need modernisation

Cons:

Checked into the hotel on a Sunday evening and decided to order room service at about 7.30pm. Called reception to order only to be told the kitchen was closed, even though all material online and in the hotel advised that room service was available 24/7!

Pros:

We went for brunch with a large group.
The hotel is beautiful and setting very pretty.

While the food was very good and everyone enjoyed it, however they clearly make their money on adding on drinks and bottled water and coffee - all of which we paid extra for. So do beware. It adds up.
Also, having pushed us in to taking a 240 euro magnum of champagne (!) that the girl said "we put on ice especially for your big table" - we were 14 and they poured in a way that only 13 glasses were filled! Crazy not to give everyone a tiny bit less to make up 14. Quite unprofessional I thought.

Pros:

The staff was so warm and welcoming. Everyone we encountered was amazing - from the front desk to the concierge. We just stoped over for a night and glad we chose this location over the pretentious and overpriced sister hotel Belles Rives.

Pros:

The hotel its self was great. Parking was easy with valet service. Rooms were spacious and bed comfy However the woman at the front desk was very rude. We asked for towels to go the pool and beach and was charged for them. I have travelled all over world and have never been charged for pool/beach towels. When I ask why she couldn’t give me a reason and very rude. I was also disappointed when we checked out We were a group of 10, everyone else in our party had water and a nice goodbye note in their cars but we didn’t. I really like the hotel but felt the service poor because of the woman at the front desk.

Great service and great location. Beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful restaurant staff.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. Great level of service and attention from the staff - nice ambiance. Great location.

Cons:

There was no walk in shower, only tub with shower. Would have liked to have seen a picture before booking.

Highly recommend
Pros:

The hotel room was very spacious for a European hotel. The location was so central, with a 5 minute walk to the beach and 2 minute walk to the main street with so many restaurants and cafes. The hotel itself was so cute and the staff so helpful and polite, can't say enough about this hotel. Walk across to the Old Town area, which took only 30 minutes and also very easy to get to.

La décoration et l'emplacement. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable.

Cons:

La robinetterie devrait être changée et pour la douche dans la baignoire, il faudrait rajouter une vitre pour ne pas mettre de l'eau partout 😉
