Un faux 5 étoiles (sauf le prix) avec un personnelle 5 étoiles et même bien plus.
Pros:

Situation parfaite mais surtout le personnel qui se plie en quatre pour satisfaire tous vos besoins. L’attitude de ce personnel est réellement surprenante.

Cons:

Ne mérite pas 5 étoiles à cause de la chambre vieillotte et peu confortable. De plus le wifi était d’une lenteur inadmissible. Équipement minimaliste . Une toute petite TV et ancienne. Bref un hôtel moyen 4 étoiles avec un personnel 5 étoiles.

Pros:

Very pretty overall. Interior both in the rooms and common areas. The heated pool was nice and the rooms were cleaned very well and often. The location was also nice.

Cons:

Service did not match the 5-star standard.

While the hotel itself was lovely, the service fell short of what you’d expect at this level. Staff showed little flexibility with simple requests like getting an early breakfast at 6am before our flight (ahead of buffet hours) or having a plaster sent to our room required unnecessary back-and-forth.

At the expect level of service in many places at breakfast you would also expect something small customized / made-to-order, like eggs. That was unfortunately not the case.

Perfect Hotel, Perfect Location. Wonderful People
Pros:

As a global traveler I am known by family and friends to be hard to please especially when it comes to rooms in hotels. This was not case at the Hotel Juana, it was wonderful and I did not need to change rooms as ours was perfect. From the moment we stepped through the doors we found the service great and staff very helpful and polite. It is chic, comfortable with a touch of nostalgia in the whimsical decoration. The location is amazing and everything was within easy walking distance. I am an always concerned about safety of belongings in the rooms but the manager assured me that their staff are very trustworthy. I would recommend this hotel and if the opportunity arises return to this hotel without hesitation.

⚠️ Traveller Warning
I booked the higher “free cancellation” room rate for this hotel. Any reasonable consumer would expect their card to secure the booking — not to be charged months in advance. The hotel immediately took 50% of the full fee. This has never happened to me with any other hotel. Charging more for “flexibility” while taking upfront payment raises serious questions about transparency.

Great location, excellent stuff, very clean, comfortable beds! Definitely coming back!
Pros:

The stuff was great, very polite, helpful, great and fast service! The room is very spacious with a great view. Very clean room, great beds and pillows. Great facial treatment with Valmont!
They take care of all the details such as fresh water every day and candies.
All recommendations for everyone coming.

Cons:

Room service works good, but the food is not tasty and there are not enough options that suits this hotel.
I am very sorry for this :(

Utterly overpriced and disappointing
Pros:

Great breakfast and the staff was well meaning.

Cons:

This property is extremely tired and the decor has not been changed since the early 80s - scuffed furniture the carpets belong into a museum. The TV as well and no channels in any language other than French. Cleaning was sloppy. All this for over EUR 500 a night, a price which cannot be justified by the decent location.

Pros:

Staff were lovely, hotel rooms and bathrooms need modernisation

Cons:

Checked into the hotel on a Sunday evening and decided to order room service at about 7.30pm. Called reception to order only to be told the kitchen was closed, even though all material online and in the hotel advised that room service was available 24/7!
