This is a good, clean, roomy, no-frills hotel in an excellent location at a good price.
Pros:

Location is great. Lots of restaurants and the River Walk within two blocks. Breakfast and happy hour was convenient. If you need a fancy lobby, restaurant, or rooftop experience there are plenty of more expensive hotels close by.

Cons:

I wouldn’t say “didn’t like”. I would just note that this isn’t a place if you need a fancy lobby, bar, rooftop, or restaurant experience with your hotel. The breakfast/happy hour room was pretty basic - nothing special.

La ubicacion y estaba limpio

Cons:

Las camas dobles para 3o4 personas son muy chicas. No tiene pava eléctrica para calentar agua. Éramos 3 y no estaba preparado para 3 personas, toallas, café, etc. Los ascensores muy lentos. Tenías todos los amenities y baños comunes en diferentes entes pisos muy desparramados. El salón de cortesía para tomar un trago a la tarde muy cerrado y nada de vista a ningún lado. Y es el mismo lugar para desayunar, donde el desayuno muy pobre en variedad de cosas.

- Am schlimmsten war das Frühstücksbüffet.
- Keine Bademäntel, laut Beschreibung sollten welche da sein, als wir danach gefragt haben, uns wurde ein Haufen aufs Bett gelegt, die schon wahrscheinlich von jemandem getragen wurden (so sahen die aus)
- die Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer funktionierte nicht.
- Wir sollten unsere Kreditkarte hinterlegen (obwohl schon alles bezahlt wurde), für die Sicherheit (so wurde uns gesagt). Nach der Abreise haben wir festgestellt, dass unsere Kreditkarte mit 77 $ belastet wurde. Wir mussten uns an Booking wenden, um das Geld zurück zu bekommen

Location was perfect. Access to great restaurants locally, close to the South Shore and the "L". Great walkability.

Cons:

Not much of a lobby, but that didn't really matter to me. Would have been nice to get a couple bottles of water upon check in as well.

Great value for your money and very friendly hotel
Pros:

Great hotel, comfy, all staff were very professional and helpful, and very good proce for what you get.
Rooms are clean, big, everything you need, and you also get complimentary breakfast and happy hour drinks daily. Just can't ask for more.
Location was also excellent, walking distance (15 - 30 min max) to all main tourist attractions, and great restaurants and bars nearby.
Also, Johnny, James, José and all the rest of the employees were very kind and professional.
Will definitely recommend!

I had the pleasure of meeting Jonny he is a very hard working and knowledgeable employee. He knows the best spots and is very helpful I will recommend him to all of my friends back in the Bahamas who is looking for a nice hotel

Amazing and Friendly!
Pros:

Been to Chicago many times and never had an experience quite like my last one. From the moment I arrived, EVERYONE was extremely friendly and welcoming especially the bellman, Jonny. Jonny was very polite and accommodating. He gave great suggestions on what to do and eat in the city. He was very knowledgeable and thanks to him, I had one of the most memorable dining experiences in downtown Chicago. Rooms were very clean and the location was great. Will definitely book again!

First time chicago
Pros:

My first time in Chicago was absolutely amazing. Lani at the front desk was very helpful & Jonny is the man. He pointed us out to the best attractions and the best rooftop bars in the river north area. I would recommend anyone coming to Chicago to stay at this hotel.
