We had a wonderful stay at the Kinzie Hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, making it very easy to explore Chicago. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, but what really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Location, location, location. Good sized room. Very clean. Comfortable bed. The happy hour was a nice touch.

My wife and I spent a 4 day weekend at the Kinzie in Chicago and had a wonderful stay. The staff were very welcoming and professional. The location is great, easy walk to riverwalk and Michigan ave. Daily room refresh made it nice to come back to made-up room. Free breakfast and happy hour was really convenient and a nice touch. Will stay again next time we are in Chicago.
We had a great stay at the Kinzie Hotel, as always! The location is perfect, the hotel is comfortable, and the entire staff is friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to Khouri, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel genuinely welcome. Great service all around, and looking forward to our next stay.
Quick girls trip to Chicago and the Kenzie did not disappoint! Front desk staff and Jonny at the door took great care of us. Room was exceptionally clean, my only wish was that they would leave a few bottles of water for guests in the room each day. That would have been very nice and thoughtful.
