Pros:

ein schönes Hotel etwas am Rand der Altstadt gelegen, diese ist aber zu Fuß in etwa 15–20 Minuten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Bahnhof liegt im unteren Bereich der Stadt und ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war nett eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und absolut sauber. Auch das Frühstücksangebot hat überzeugt. Wir werden Siena noch einmal besuchen und wenn möglich werden wir uns wieder in diesem Hotel einquartieren.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, gute Auswahl. Abends hat die kleine Bar geöffnet.
Nettes Personal, wir waren 2 Tage in Siena während einer Rundreise durch die Toskana. Die zentrale aber ruhige Lage sind hervoragend. Parkplatz vorher reservieren pro Nacht 10 euro. Es gibt aber an der Rückseite des Hotels auf der anderen Strasse kostenlose Parkplätze.

Pros:

They upgraded us for free to a much better room with exceptional views. The room was of decent size and there was enough space to store luggage. The elevators are of decent size.

Cons:

The shower corner was very small and the light was very dim. Otherwise, everything was pretty fine.

Fantastic hotel in a great location near station and old town
Pros:

Fantastic hotel located close to train station and medieval town. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, very comfortable and a good size. Good breakfast with pancakes, sausages, eggs, cold meats, breads, cakes and cereals. Train station close by via the escalators and walking distance to old town

Charming, Affordable, and Welcoming Hotel in Siena
Pros:

The hotel is charming and welcoming. The breakfast is well served, with a good variety and a homemade touch. There is a sitting area near the reception where guests can relax or wait, as well as terraces offering beautiful views of the historic surroundings. (: Nothing but praise for the staff, very kind and courteous, always attentive and ready to help whenever needed. The location is also convenient, close to the train station. However, we encountered an issue with the stairs, as the escalators were under maintenance or not working. Had we known, we would have taken a taxi, which costs around €10–15.

Cons:

The triple room is not very spacious, but it is sufficient for a short stay.
