Bardzo przyjemny, spokojny hotel. Blisko centrum. Bardzo miła obsługa. Dobre śniadania.

Cons:

Niestety tylko kilka miejsc parkingowych w cenie 10 euro za dobę, a znalezienie wolnego miejsca w okolicy jest problemem. Parkung płatny w strzeżonym garażu to koszt 35 e.

Good value for money.
Pros:

Location was great. Very friendly and helpful staff. 10 minute walk from station and to the gates of the old city. A great breakfast.

Cons:

Initially difficult from the station as you need to go into the shopping complex opposite station and take a series of esculators and travelators to the top. Once out a couple minutes to the hotel. Took awile to work that out.

Excelente ubicación y muy limpio.
Pros:

Se puede ir caminando desde la estación del tren, el personal es demasiado amable y hablaban en español, la habitación estaba muy limpia, grande y muy cómoda, el desayuno delicioso.

Cons:

Todo perfecto.

Convenient location
Pros:

Very good location, only 10 mins walk from the old city. Room was specious as well as the bathroom. Bed was a bit on the hard side but okay for few nights. Staff was friendly and informed us well about the street parking and cleaning of the streets.

Cons:

Shower was licking a bit and parking at the hotel is quite small so when we arrived there were no more available spots. However, there are parking options on the streets around - just be careful which side you park at as streets have cleaning schedule.

Well-appointed hotel, easy access to the train station and a short walk to the edge of Siena proper.
Pros:

Hotel Italia is a great property, comfortable and well-located to Siena train station (only 150m from the escalator). Room had all expected amenities. Breakfast was good, convenient. Having its own bar to unwind at the end of a busy day is a bonus. Staff were excellent, super professional and greatly helpful.

Cons:

Note to travelers: while there is an elevator, there are a lot of intermediate stairs up and down depending on where your room is located. A quirk of the building, not a fault of the hotel.
