Pas de chambre prete a 15h.. personnel de mauvaise humeur. Chambre pas propre et aucun utensile cuisine. Mini frigo que ne marche pas bien.Serviette de bain tachée
I have noticed there seems to be a trend in hotels that are close to the airport. They are about a mediocre quality the closer to the airports they are. I would recommend this hotel if you need to be flying out the next morning the rooms are older. Got locked in the bathroom because the giant sliding door was stuck on the hinges. Had to forcefully push to get out. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, made the experience better. Parking was ok. Overall a good place to stay if needing to fly out next day.

Pas de charriot de baggages disponibles à notre arrivée malgré que l'hotel en avait trois selon la personne à la réception. Nous avions beaucoup de baggages que nous ne voulions pas laisser dans le véhicule et il était presque 23h. La personne à la réception n'a pas cherchée du tout à nous aider avec cet enjeu. Aucune empathie, aucune solution recherchée, que des mentions style : vous avez payés , vous ne pouvez annuler, nous ne savons pas où sont nos trois charriots, si je texte ma patronne pour annuler vous devrez quitter et ne peut dire si vous serez remboursé ,etc !!!!. Complètement désengagée au niveau service à la clientèle. Vraiment désagréable comme sentiment pour une chambre à 200$ can la nuit !!!! Première fois que je vivait une telle mauvaise expérience.

Breakfast was so so. Scrambled eggs had run out and were not replenished.
The air conditioning unit in the room was so loud, it was almost impossible to sleep.

It was quiet, and yet very close to the airport and stores. The staff were very friendly.

The bananas were fine if you were making banana bread but not for eating as is.

Not enough lights in the room and no walk in shower. Bathtubs need to be removed. Need to have more dairy free choices for breakfast.
