Second time but could be better
Pros:

A lot of places to eat around

Cons:

A lot to be fix in the room. Flush toilet running all day long even during nights. Faucet of the bathtub broken. Water stopper on bathtub also didn't work. Room temperature couldn't go up to 70s.

Pros:

Very nice place great location and friendly staff.

Cons:

Only complaint.. the elevator was a bit creepy slow and made lots of noises.

Comfy just no working fireplace / dirtyish
Pros:

Jetted tub and nice suite is always amazing.

Cons:

They advertise a working fireplace but it’s no longer functioning. Stains on the trim, pictured. Jet tub needed to be cycled through to clean the crap out before using it. Pretty disappointing.

Clean comfortable bed. Needs work on the general facilities up keep. Not the same as my last trip

Nice breakfast

Cons:

Bathroom door was broken not able to shut it all the way. Unable to access the closet. Spoke to staff three times and it did not get fixed while we were there.

The building looked a mess
Pros:

It had a tv and you could watch Netflix

Cons:

The wall paper was coming off the walls in our room, the shampoo container was empty, the remote was fidgety. The outside of the building looked like the renovations just never got finished but it’s been a while

Would never stay there!!…. Ever. I’d rather sleep in the street
Pros:

Nothing

The front desk clerk couldn’t have been more unprofessional and rude. Was a horror show. Because his system was down he would check us in at 1 am, and told us to walk to hotel 10 minutes down the street even though we had 2 confirmation numbers. Was the most bizarre situation of my life.

We had a great stay! Very clean, comfortable and a nice breakfast included! It was great to be able to take our dog!
