Convenient location, bed was comfy
Room rate very high. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Charged 3 dollars for a cup of milk downstairs. Still waiting on a payment back into my account for a transaction that declined on their system but is pending on my account. Staff were kind but said there was nothing we could do but wait.

The location was amazing, at the heart of the city, metro is just in front of the door and you are at the airport just in 3 min!
Room was very comfortable, bed was great
Their restaurant which I believe they work together at the next door, service was very bad and slow, according to hotel, guests have 10% discounts, we asked restaurant during the drinks at the evening, restaurant told us discount would be in the morning so they did not apply , during the breakfast they postponed to launch so their aim was not giving the discount, so do not mention discount please!!
Great location close to the harbour and the Airport and an easy walk to metro stations and main sites
The room had no external window just an atrium view which made it really gloomy and because of people walking past outside had to have the blinds shut all of the time.

Cleanliness of the room and facilities, friendly helpful staff. Quiet rooms with comfortable beds. This is our third time staying at this hotel. We enjoy it a lot!
