I have great photos of the hotel and my stay after I get some feedback. I would like to stay there

Great room. Loved the Night Staff! They were very professional and welcoming.

Cons:

I had asked Tony when checking in for a late check out? He graciously granted and said he would notate the room. That morning the housekeeper and am desk clerk must of called the room , my cell and knocked on the door several times!!! It was before the requested check out of 1p.m! That really was unnecessary and so rude. When I left the room at 12:58pm and looked down the hall the house keeper staff still had the whole floor to clean? I have no idea why they kept harassing me when I had approval? I had just buried my Aunt, barely slept all night and had 2 meetings on my phone. that I kept getting calls on top of the room phone ringing? And the staff wasn't even ready for my room to clean?

Perfekte Lage. Komfortabel erreichbar vom Flughafen.
Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt. Wir sind mit dem Flugzeug angereist. Am Flughafen in die U-Bahn eingestiegen und am Hotel ausgestiegen (Blue Line, 2 Stationen, Ausstieg Aquarium). Und dann 20 m (!) zur Tür des Hotels. Das Hotel liegt zentral in Downtown Boston. Von dort aus sind alle wesentlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten im Winter zu Fuß oder mit der U-Bahn komfortabel zu erreichen.

Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten und komfortabel. Alles notwendige ist vorhanden.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und bemüht. Namentlich erwähnt: Dani und Diana haben uns sehr geholfen. Wir mussten aufgrund des Schneesturms in Boston Ende Februar eine Nacht verlängern. Das hat problemlos funktioniert.

Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: eine Reihe Zimmer sind fensterlos oder gehen mit einem kleinen Mini-Fenster zum sogenannten „Atrium“. Das hat uns nach drei Tagen doch so sehr gestört, dass wir nach einem Zimmer mit mehr Tageslicht gefragt haben. Wir konnten dann den letzten Tag und Nacht in einem sehr schönen Zimmer mit großen Altbaufenstern verbringen.

Wir können das Hotel empfehlen. Wenn wir wieder mal in Boston sind, würden wir wieder dieses Hotel auswählen.

Wonderful
Pros:

Everything was wonderful. Great location. Great price. I had plenty of space in our room.
I’ve stayed twice. Once with just my husband. Once with my husband and two young kids.

Cons:

Only complaint I had was the pillows. They were thin and uncomfortable.
