Good hotel to explore the city by foot.
Pros:

Great central location and we walked everywhere, helpful staff who successfully sorted out the issues.

Cons:

The lack of view into an inside atrium made the room extremely dark. Very tired bedroom furniture. Drunken other hotel guests due to the football.

Pros:

Great location! Loved the city view (two windows) and the exposed brick walls. The bed was comfy and appreciated the extra pillows. I will say the room is small, there is no closet or luggage rack. Would have used an iron if it was available. Would have appreciated an extra set of towels! And the tv? No guide which made trying to watch challenging.

Awful experience, only for cheap young holidays, avoid with family at all costs.
Pros:

The shower was quite good.

Cons:

The hotel staff were very unresponsive when asked questions, the room had furniture which fell off the walls.
The bar and restaurant manager was extremely rude and aggressive, confrontational and nothing he said to us really made sense, we couldn't enjoy ourselves, left as early as possible.

I was in Room 702, and all went well, but the bathroom door looks old, and a little up-date with the loo (a VCR :) ). I really should't be saying anthing negative because the bed was outstanding

I live the hotel and prox.the price was a bit much for just location.
Pros:

it was really cold im on blood thinners I had swith it to heat no instruction for that. the price was 200.00 more when I got there.
