Everything was just so seamless and perfect. Staff were always happy to help with any inquiries we had. Perfect hotel

Absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is beautiful and we loved our room, it felt like a private little villa. The pool area was stunning and the breakfast was perfect.

The added bonus of the hotel was the staff, so friendly, welcoming and helpful, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, they were amazing.

Would highly recommend to anyone coming to Mykonos and would love to come back!

Well located, about 10-15 minutes walk from the town. Our room was great. Awesome sea view from the balcony, with a hot tub we sat in every night to watch the sunset. Very nice breakfast included every morning. Just a quiet, chilled place to spend your holiday.

The staff are fantastic - they are so attentive and friendly. They also managed to sort out quad bikes for us for a day and provided us with a map with good points to go and explore. The view from our room was incredible - we watched the sunset every night.

The BEST hotel in Mykonos

I cannot stress enough how wonderful this place is, 10/10. This trip was my second time with my friends to Ostraco Suites and it was perfect.

The staff are the MOST professional, friendly and warm I have ever met at a hotel. Special mention to Sofia for remembering us following our last trip, making us feel at home, no request too much to ask, genuinely kind and helpful. Tina on reception for her warmth in welcoming us back. Maria in the restaurant. Alfonso who did all our pick up and drop offs, waited at airports/ferries on time and with a smile - happy to help us with our luggage and was an utter professional in all respects. Management of Ostraco you should be beyond proud of the team you have.

The room is spacious, clean, comfortable. Hot tub on the private outdoor space. The pool side is relaxing with wonderful bar and restaurant services. We spent our last day, after checking out relaxing and enjoying our last lunch. The shower facilities with products and fresh towels meant we could be fresh for our return fligh to the UK.

The hotel is 10 mins walk into the town and is in a perfect location for that reason. Buses from the town taking you to all local beaches.

Sofia, Tina, Maria, Alfonso and team - We will be back again to our Mykonos home. Thank you for making our trip wonderful

Amazing hotel & staff

We stayed at the Ostraco Suites for a family trip to Mykonos & it was perfect in every way. The rooms were lovely, comfortable & spacious and the kids loved the hot tub on the terrace area. Even though we travelled in peak season - there was always plenty of space around the pool so no fighting for sunbeds here, no matter what time of day. Breakfast served by the pool was a good selection of fresh local produce.
The hotel is very chilled out whilst only a 15min walk from the old town. One of the best things about this property is the staff and the service! Every member of the team we came across were super friendly and helpful - they made our stay a 5* experience. We were sad to leave but will definitely return!

Our stay was fantastic! Staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. Property was so cute. They have a chapel up top and the pool area is great. our suite was decorated so nice, clean and spacious.

Not in town, but walking distance to the busier area. i would stay there again

Property was certainly adequate for our stay, but the vibe was definitely different than what I expected from the photography and it was very overpriced. I can't get over the fact that they charged more for a drink than I paid at Scorpios - just wildly bizarre pricing. Our initial room (superior sea view) was a huge disappointment. It was small and laid out weird, with the bathroom sinks in the main room next to our bed, the tv against a wall that you couldn't actually view from the bed, and a loud, busy road right outside the door. Luckily, when we complained, we were upgraded to a very nice deluxe room with a jacuzzi and a much better view. I'd be very careful in the room type you book. i had to ask to have my VIP Access discount removed from my bill and the math was incorrect. Even after I pointed this out and it was adjusted, I was still overcharged by quite a bit - I just didn't care enough to keep arguing about it. The best thing about the hotel is the staff - they are wonderful and really care about their jobs and the guests - they made the stay for us.
