Gorgeous facility but get better greeters for your visitors
Pros:

Great property and stunning views

Cons:

The check in Staff (one guy) was not very friendly and that was upsetting. I smiled through it but he rubbed me and my friend the wrong way.

Beautiful scenery and hot tub, but the room needs some TLC.
Pros:

The beautiful outdoor scenery and the hot tub.

Cons:

The room was very dusty, and cob webs on the light fixtures. The heat in the room didn’t kick in until we were checking out. Frozen ice cubes tipped upside down in the freezer and stuck to the bottom of the freezer. The instructions on the fireplace for the damper were opposite to reality, so open was actually closed and in trying to light the fire, all the smoke billowed back into the room. The wood they gave us and had available wouldn’t lite. Just a head’s up to our experience.

Cons:

Naz was checked in not at 4 but at 4:30 and because of this my plans are ruined we didn't go to tubing because we were late because of the long check-in this is the second time

Beautiful spot to enjoy and relax in the mountains
Pros:

Beautiful views of the mountains from the beautifully landscaped hot tub and warm pool. Having a fire in the room afterwards was perfect!

No restaurant on site.
