Pros:

Everything was great. We were a group of six girls.We had a two-story room with a fireplace, three double beds, and a fold-out sofa. There was also a balcony with a mountain view—basically, all balconies there have mountain or forest views. We also had two bathrooms.The hotel also had a hot and warm pool, a sauna, and a grill area. The hotel is in a wonderful location in the mountains, and they give out passes so you can leave your car and get into town for a walk. I definitely recommend this place; for the price we paid, the hotel provided excellent conditions.

We booked a suite with a private hot tub with a great view. Unfortunately the room was very dirty would not book again

Nice quiet location away from town. Close enough to hop on a bus, 5 mins away.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Regular free bus service into town.

Cons:

About ready for a refurb. Carpets and curtains a bit gruby! Would've been nice to have a lobby bar serving drinks and snacks.

Great stay! Kid friendly, rooms are clean.
Pros:

We’ve stayed here a couple times now! We love how friendly everyone is, the location and the pools are great! We love the bus passes and the bus comes right there so getting around is super convenient! Love having access to the fire place and complimentary wood to enjoy!

Cons:

Rooms are a little outdated but they aren’t that bad. Still a great stay! Would like the lotions to be changed more regularly they were a little watery and smelly from being old.

The pools were amazing. And I love that the rooms came equipped with everything you need. We just had to show up with food

I would stay again and do recommend to others. The location is a little far from Banff ave but we liked that about it.
Pros:

The rooms were great. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The pools were a great way to unwind after a day of boarding. Every day we had fresh towels.

Cons:

Housekeeping must wear their shoes in the room so rocks would be on the floors. Parking is FCFS so other people would park in front of our unit and we would be left having to use the under ground parking after unloading/loading our vehicle from the road

Because of the poor condition of the place I don’t know if we will come back

The location, the fireplace, the sauna was great!

Cons:

The carpet, couch very dirty and stained. The bathroom was old and grungy, the toilet had trouble flushing. The pool needs renovation as there is chunks missing and tile looks like it will fall off.

Pros:

THe location was great. Beautiful views and quieter than downtown as it is up the hill a mile or so. Staff was so great! Nice to have a real fireplace! And the hot tub and sauna were amazing.

At first, I booked a room in a booking apps for two. A week before the check in date, I called the resort to upgrade a big room that can accomodate a family of 7 including on child and they offered me a bigger one thst can accomodate 8 person. However, when we arrived at the hotel for checked they wanted to charge me 25 bucks each additional person since in the original booking, only two person is on the list. I disagreed cause they dod not mentioned that when I called thst for a room updrage, besides, it doesn’t make sense to upgrade a room to accomodate my family if I still need to pay extra if not even exceeded the limit of person that can occupy of the room upgrade. I ended up paying 2 person cause we have no choice it was weekend and I beleive most of the hotels are fully booked and I din’t want to ruin my wife birthday just to find another hotel.
