Nice location, aesthetically beautiful on the outside.

Cons:

Room didn’t have A/C and was 26.7°C/80°F. upon arrival, as curtains wide open, with sun beaming in. Were told when called to inquire how to turn on that only the most expensive rooms that had a private hot tub have A/C. 2 small rotating fans available in a closet. Temperature was 70° during vacation and beautiful, thankfully night time was cooler, so room wasn’t like an oven trying to sleep.

Wonderful Stay!
Pros:

A great stay I feel the negative reviews are unwarranted. The front desk staff were lovely check in was a breeze loved that they offered bowls beds and toys for my dog what a great touch! My unit was very clean. The property I would consider rustic but that is in keeping with the natural environment. Loved that they had wood for the fireplace and warm pools were wonderful. There was a little noise transfer but if that bothers you pick an upstairs room. Wonderful stay and will be back!

Fantastic stay in a special place with very helpful staff, especialy Alex.
Pros:

Rustic cabin type properties surrounded by woodland and fantastic mountain views and wildlife. Great location, fabulous hot tub/pool and sauna. Complimentary reliable bus service.

Cons:

Cabins smell Smokey due to the real wood burning fireplaces so could be aired out better before guest arrival.

Purtroppo è stato totalmente deludente. Partendo dalle piscine , fatiscenti, molto rovinate e abbandonate a loro stesse, solo una funzionava e non era nemmeno calda.Non vi era pulizia negli spogliatoi adibiti alle piscine e c’era un cattivo odore e non la possibilità vera e propria di cambiarsi. Per quanto riguarda la camera una vera cineteca horror, sarà magari solo un problema della 114 , lo spero, ma era come essere in una cantina sottoterra senza la possibilità di far circolare l’aria , polvere ovunque e nemmeno la possibilità di accendere troppo il riscaldamento poiché faceva volare ovunque la polvere. Porte rotte, prese staccate, segni evidenti di umidità. Bagno al limite della sopportazione per potersi far una doccia. In rapporto a quanto vissuto abbiamo pagato tantissimo, 300€ per una notte in 2 . Esperienza bruttissima, sconsiglio vivamente
