La stanza era un vero e proprio appartamento con camino incluso. Inoltre al check in ci hanno consegnato dei biglietti gratuiti per utilizzare l'autobus dentro Banff.

Cons:

Da rimodernare un pochino
Basterebbe anche solo la vasca da bagno da sistemare. Per il resto tutto perfetto

Love this place for large groups, not so much for a couple.
Pros:

The property is great I been here 4 times now. This time the facility was cleaner than I ever seen it. The people are nice, the pool,hot tub, and sauna are also a very nice bonus. The views here are amazing.

Cons:

The room constantly smelt like smoke from the wood fire available in the room, though it’s cozy - it causes dry throat and burning when sleeping. There was a mechanical winding noise potentially from the furnace that would happen every 30 mins to 1 hour keeping me up at night. Also if you’re just a couple you’re most likely going to be put in the bottom suite and the noise from the people above is outrageous. I’m quite the heavy sleeper and the bachelorette party above me kept me up for hours stomping or maybe moving furniture. Would not come back here for this reason. Great place to stay for the bachelorette party though.

It was a great stay and a beautiful resort. We will be back.
Pros:

The hottub and sauna were the best!
The option for a fire is nice.
A bit outdated but clean which is very important.

Cons:

The coffee filter/pod situation is terrible. Can you just offer proper filters for the coffeepot so we can brew our own?
