Great location on Tunnel Mountain. Lovely outdoor pool area and sauna.
Room was very dated. No counter space at all in bathroom and condensation was terrible. The main door lock was also “iffy” and hard to lock and unlock. Sofa bed was pretty hard.
Love the pool and hot tub. The rooms are cute. Maybe a little outdated but still cozy
Not really anything that I disliked
La pieza es increíble, camas cómodas, calefacción excelente. Baños arriba y abajo lo que se valora demasiado. Cocina equipada con todo para poder cocinar. La piscina temperada es perfecta y todo alrededor del lobby permite disfrutar de ella.
El paradero de buses queda justo en el Hotel así que moverse es demasiado fácil
Unico punto bajo fue que no se hizo el aseo necesario ni las camas en 2 días.
Hot tub and spacious unit
Many of the guests were making significant noise until 3 or 4am which the staff should have dealt with.
Nice hot tub and pool area with incredible views.
The apartments are pretty old and could use some updates, also it can get really noisy because of the thin walls.
It’s a hidden gem, a little old but cozy, great for families, nice view from the hot tub.
The fireplace had a mark of smoke from the outside.
I couldn’t help to noticed some guests were drinking alcohol in the hot tub next to children although it was prohibited by the property. They hidden the drinks in water bottles and refilled them behind the seats.
Close to wildlife, a good distance from downtown. The apartment was spacious with comfy beds and great views.
Spacious and complimentary shuttle bus into town.
The location and atmosphere was very nice.
Loved the layout of the rooms, bus stop nearby, beautiful views and hot pools were great!
Kitchens a bit small
Amazing location, outside of town but they give you free bus passes at the front desk, staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Units are large, comfortable and well stocked. Hot tubs and sauna are great
Couches are hard, walls are incredibly thin, could hear our neighbours snoring in the night
The family room was super close to the pool and bbq. Parking was excellent. Staff were fabulous with the children, extremely child friendly. Free parking, wood for the fire and bus passes into town were such nice touches.
Maybe a little convenience bar for essentials like milk and bread.
