Our stay at Dimora Caiammari was simply amazing, but what made it truly special was the exceptional level of service and attention from the entire team.
We arrived around 10 a.m., several hours before the official check-in time. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. They invited us to relax in a beautiful lounge, brought us food and water, and repeatedly offered us different options to enjoy the hotel while we waited, including using the swimming pools.
To our surprise, our room was ready around noon instead of 3 p.m., and they had even upgraded us to a Premium room. This first impression perfectly reflected the level of care and service we experienced throughout our entire stay.
Every member of the team was wonderful, from reception to the restaurant, room service and the pool bar. Unfortunately, I don’t remember everyone’s names, but Ares deserves a special mention. He was exceptional. He helped us with everything we needed during our stay and even managed to book lidos for us when they were completely full. His help, kindness and professionalism made a real difference to our experience.
The room itself was spacious, spotless and extremely comfortable, with housekeeping twice a day. The pools are fantastic, large and beautiful, with plenty of comfortable sunbeds and a very relaxing atmosphere.
And then there is the hotel itself. It is simply beautiful. The gardens are gorgeous and perfectly maintained, the property feels peaceful and secluded, and everything is cared for with great attention to detail. From the moment you enter the parking area, you feel as though you have entered another world.
What impressed us most was that the extraordinary welcome we received on our first morning was not just a first impression. That same level of attention, kindness and service continued every single day until the moment we left.

From the moment we arrived, everything was simply amazing. What makes this hotel truly special is its people every single person, from reception to the pool and breakfast teams, was incredibly warm, attentive and genuinely charming. The level of care and attention to detail is outstanding.
The hotel itself is stunning: beautifully designed, impeccably maintained and effortlessly elegant. Every detail feels considered, and the entire experience is five-star in every sense.
A heartfelt thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special. Three unforgettable nights we honestly couldn’t have wished for more.

Ho alloggiato in questa struttura per due notti ma tornassi indietro ne farei di più. Struttura bellissima, curata in ogni dettaglio e con un’atmosfera davvero suggestiva. Un luogo ideale per staccare la mente.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful and well maintained garden with big swimming pool and nice wellness infrastructure. Quiet surroundings. Soundproof rooms and good beds. Our best breakfast in Sicily. 15' from Ortigia. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The design of our bathroom resulted in a water paradise after each shower, but the staff was very helpful to clean it on request, and provided us with additional towels, appreciated.
