Un havre de paix dans un écrin d’exception
Pros:

Dès l’ouverture du portail, nous avons été séduits par l’allée joliment arborée menant à l’hôtel. L’accueil de Luigi a été remarquable : merci à lui pour ses efforts en français qui nous ont beaucoup touchés. Tout est pensé avec goût, le cadre est magnifique et le personnel est aux petits soins, digne d’un véritable 5 étoiles.
Le petit déjeuner est frais, varié et très copieux.
Une expérience mémorable que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Cons:

Pour notre part, absolument rien à reprocher à cet établissement, nous envisageons même d’y retourner l’année prochaine.

Für uns war alles perfekt!
Pros:

Ein ganz wunderbares Hotel: Umgeben von einer perfekt gepflegten Parkanlage, ein Frühstücksbüffet, das für uns keine Wünsche offen ließ - es war ein wahrer Genuss! Kein übertriebenes Angebot wie in vielen anderen 5-Sterne-Hotels, sondern ein Büffet mit einer ganz besonderen Ästhetik - fein ausgewählte Produkte dezent präsentiert. Die Poolanlage ist sehr großzügig - wir hatten sie Ende Oktober ganz für uns allein. Das ganze Team war sehr zuvorkommend, sympathisch und super gastfreundlich. Vielen Dank!

Lovely quiet place with nice garden and pool, but a little far from town.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly, the room and bathroom were big, the pool was lovely. It was quiet and peaceful, no noise at night, as there not many people staying (mid October). Parking was easy.

Cons:

There is no place to have dinner close by, so it was a always a drive to Syracuse, 15 minutes, even if we just wanted a small meal. The restaurant only provides fine dining, which is not what you want every day.
The spa with sauna, steam bath and whirl pool costs extra, 45 Euro per person, which was not indicated on the website. This should be inclusive.

O hotel é mesmo lindíssimo e super-confortável! A Equipe é muito eficiente e muito gentil! O café da manhã é espetacular. O quarto é muito bom. O banheiro precisa de uma porta para o chuveiro!

O chuveiro precisa de uma porta! A localização do hotel é muito distante de Siracusa! Se o hóspede tem carro, ok. Isto é contornável. Caso contrário, não: escolha outro hotel!

We experienced outstanding service from all of the staff, the breakfast buffet was lovely, lots of options and all homemade. We had a fantastic dinner in the restaurant one evening, which we booked ahead of our trip.

Good hotel, if a little too far out of town
Pros:

Nice hotel

Cons:

We should have checked how far out of the town this hotel was. Taxi ride each way was 35..40 euros. Not much going on at the hotel. It's in large, well kept gardens and has the feel of a converted large home rather than a modern conventional hotel.

Pros:

Hotel semplicemente meraviglioso, sia negli interni eleganti che nel magnifico giardino con lo spazio piscine: una vera oasi di pace, vicinissima sia alle spiagge che al centro di Siracusa.
Il personale è gentilissimo, disponibile e preparato.
La colazione è un altro punto di forza, con ottimi prodotti locali e, soprattutto, le torte fatte in casa dalla signora Cettina – alcune sono vere prelibatezze!
La Spa è un po’ piccola, ma ben curata e gestita con attenzione. Ottimo il massaggio relax eseguito da Chiara, molto professionale.
