The staff make this place. Unreal team who can’t do enough to help you. Oscar was the MVP!
Pros:

The property is absolutely stunning. The grounds that’s it’s on a really nice to look at and the rooms had a real beach feel to them. The staff are what make this place. Special shout out to Oscar; amazing dude and really made mine and my girlfriends stay that bit extra. He needs a promotion!

An oasis of calm outside Syracuse - perfect location
Pros:

An oasis of calm about 15 minutes drive from Syracuse. A beautiful hotel in its own grounds and botanical garden. There are two pools - the larger one is 25m and perfect for swimming - it has no shallow end, but the other is suitable for children. The staff were delightful and charming. The breakfast was superb.

Wonderful place, wonderful service and wonderful breakfast
Pros:

As soon as we arrived at the parking area, two staff members came out to welcome us. The service was wonderful, and even after we had left, they kindly helped me take several photos of the hotel entrance and sent them to me so thoughtfully. It felt incredibly warm and genuine. I would love to come back again !!!

More than a 5 star hotel
Pros:

Excellent service and attention to detail. Oscar, Monica and Christina were welcoming, friendly and always helpful. Food was amazing and very good value. An absolute gem. Deserves more than 5 stars. Can't wait to go back

Cons:

The spa is in a quiet residential area. You need a car if you want to get around. But there is nothing to complain about if you don't have one. They have everything you could need on site.

Wer in der Nähe von Syrakus eine gemütliche Basis mit viel Charme und Stil sucht, wird hier fündig. Toller, freundlicher und immer hilfsbereiter Service. Selbstfahrer können die Sehenswürdigkeiten der weiteren Umgebung wie Noto, Ragusa, Modica, Catania einfach erkunden. Das Molo-Parking vor Ortigia war mit der EasyPark-App einfach zu nutzen. Für die Erholung können im Spa empfehlenswerte Massagen gebucht werden. Insgesamt eine der besten gebuchten Unterkünfte in Sizilien mit stimmigem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
