Preis und Leistung stimmen nicht.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war groß und die Lage des Hotels ist einzigartig. Das Parken ist großzügig geplant und es steht genug Parkraum zur Verfügung. Das Frühstücksrestaurant hat einen einmaligen Ausblick auf die Hilo Bay.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen, unakzeptabel war der mehrfach eingerissene Vorhang vor den Fenstern dazu kam noch der beschädigte Duschvorhang. Das hatten wir nicht erwartet und so etwas gehört sich nicht als Hotelbetreiber.
Das Duschwasser lief kaum ab.

Disappointing stay for the price we paid
Pros:

Hotel was in convenient location and rooms were clean. Water pressure was good in the shower

Cons:

There was limited supply of bath soap and shampoo. Ice and soda machine on our floor were not working. Shower in one room did not drain well so we stood in ankle deep water while showering. Toilet did not flush well in the same room

Pros:

we paid for a big room and it was nice! We had s beautiful room but a bathroom that could use some upgrade. the view was awesome! having the water cooler downstairs was a great convenience and saved us time and $$&.
nice to have the eating facilities in the hotel!

Cons:

we needed handicap parking facilities and the hotel didn’t have enough:(

Pros:

Room is clean and quiet. Location is great, walkable to one of the popular breakfast spot.

Cons:

Hotel is pretty old, only facility seems to be an old pool, but you still have to pay "resort fee". They sent automatic links for pre-checkin that ask for all your information (including credit card), but when we arrived at the reception, they said they didn't receive it.

Our trip was perfect just a little things about our hotel room.
Pros:

We always stay at this hotel when we're in Hilo, it's at a very good location and love the surrounding

Cons:

This trip - 2 things I want to complain about is the Shower curtain. It was not long enough that when we took a shower, water would be all over the floor because it was getting out due to curtain too short that it cannot go all the way down the tub. Floor was totally wet from the bathroom to the the sink area. We told the housekeepers and I guess they changed it but it was the same....
They will need to get longer shower curtain.
Plus, our room was located on a floor where there were a sports girls team and they were very loud and disruptive.

Food wait for a "Club Sandwich" was over 40+ minutes, Unacceptable !

結婚記念日の旅行だったのに、残念な旅行になりました。

ブッキングドットコムにはホテルに無い部屋の写真が掲載されていて、その写真を見て予約しました。現地にチェックインしてみると写真とは違う部屋なので、フロントに伝えると、そんな部屋はないと、ブッキングドットコムが無い部屋の写真を掲載しているので、ブッキングドットコムと交渉してくれと。実際に使った部屋の値段は私が払った値段より約一万円くらい安く掲載されているので、差額を返金して欲しいと言うと、それもブッキングドットコムと交渉してくれと。ホテルとブッキングドットコムで解決して何らかの説明は欲しい。

ホテル前のミニマートでターキーサンドイッチを買ったが、賞味期限切れで、しかも手書きで賞味期限を書き換えてあり、さらに期限切れ。知らずに食べて胃腸炎に。ホテル前のミニマート、食品にはご注意を。
フロントで整腸剤は無いかと聞いたら、無い、ミニマートで薬買えば？と言われた。
ミニマートのサンドイッチで胃腸炎になり、そのミニマートで薬買うことはないね。

Pros:

The lobby area had a lot of Aloha spirit. The front desk was warm and friendly. Our room was a nice size, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed using the 10% off dining coupon for breakfast. Parking was in abundance underground and above. Other hotels suffer in this respect.

Cons:

All good.
