Lokatie is mooi

Cons:

Het hotel is vervallen, kamer was slecht en vies, vloerbedekking kleverig, airco werkte niet goed. We checkten 10mn te laat uit en werden direct belast met een extra rekening van USD35.

The locations and most of the staff, actually all the staff except the manager. The fact it had a great restaurant downstairs made it much more convenient and appealing. The balcony rooms were nice for the breeze and pictures of a beautiful view.

Cons:

The manager of this hotel was very rude and should not be working with the public. There was no coffee in the lounge and limited computer access (1 computer)!

Pros:

Right on Hilo bay and Japanese gardens. Could see turtles from dock area nearby and and many different birds. Snorkeling beaches with basking turtles just down the road. Free parking.

Cons:

Didn’t realize the free food vouchers were good one day each. So the one for the day of arrival went to waste.
