Building was under construction. This was not mentioned before our stay. It was disappointing. Breakfast was super limited.
Stains on floor looked gross
Stains on mattress cover
Bathroom had water damage walls
Poor selection for Breakfast
The facility is being remodeled. When we first pulled up, I thought it was closed. The room was clean and was spacious. The breakfast was unimpressive. Waffles and mini muffins.
i stay at this property a lot when traveling to utah.
No visable signage made it very difficult and frustrating to find this facility. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
They had two or three items for breakfast only
Swimming pool out of order
Rooms stink
Carpet filthy
Drapery and shades broken Non-operable
Loading and unloading area plugged up with debris
Climate was wonderful and so was the food
Arguing
I was traveling alone and immediately didn't like the area. When given my room there was no latch on the upper door, it was torn off. I asked for a different room and it was the same way. When given a third room the key didn't work. I had a bad feeling and ended up getting a refund. That part was easy and the staff was really nice.
The breakfast was OK. It wasn’t really spectacular. There was only waffles and a couple of other things. The muffins were prepackaged and they were very sticky.. The room overall was really good but the refrigerator was freezing things and it froze my medication.
Staff was good although I did witness somebody waiting abnormally long time for someone at the front desk. Air-conditioning was very good 10 out of 10 for the air-conditioning.
As soon as we arrived we have gotten there a bit earlier than check in time like around 1ish and we were so tired from our flight we just wanted to sit and chill while they are ready for us to check in but the lady at front desk immediately said we cannot stay at the lobby at all and we had to leave and come back at 3. Next, we finally got into our room when there was a slight weird smell and It was for sure coming from the carpet since we noticed some stains but we didn’t care much since we were tired and plus they had the AC on which brought our moods up since it was hot out. It was time to wash up and we noticed the sink was disgusting, honestly could tell they didn’t care to even wipe it down, same as the bathtub shower head it was just horrible. We wanted to turn on the Tv and we came across a dollar bill that was wrapped around a substance it was a grains of white sparkly powder which freaked us out we flushed it immediately, we didn’t even want to let someone know because of the attitude of the front desk lady we just felt like no one would care and wouldn’t do anything about it. I did take a picture of it. One more thing that ruined it for us was the breakfast. When we first booked with the hotel we were like wow great affordable and breakfast included but we were so disappointed to see how dirty it was in the juice area there was literal mold and flies everywhere so we just left and from then we got breakfast out every morning. Hotel needs to focus on sanitation!
For the price is more than enough.
Shopping and restaurants are cliseby
The pool was never open. The breakfast was a combination of cereal, waffles, toast, coffee, juice, and muffin. The room, 318, smelled like a room of homeless guys. The carpet was sticky, stained, dirty, the hall was dirty, carpet sticky and stained. The bath tub did not have a stopper for taking a bath. The caulking around the tub showed mildew. The bathroom had not been cleaned, and there was clearly urine stains in front of the toilet, on the floor. The staff was friendly. I won't stay at the Valley Inn again.
The room did not have a microwave or fridge and the remote to the TV was broken. The toiletries were already half used and there was makeup on some of the towels. You could hear everything in the rooms above, below, and on each side so trying to sleep was absolutely terrible.
The room and hallways were filthy. The room itself was run down, holes in walls, we could smell moisture/mold as soon as we walked in. We originally had planned to stay 4 nights, but checked out the next morning after not getting in until 4 am. The only nice things were the pillows, and the lady who checked us out and refunded us without question.
We had a very nice stay here, it was quiet, comfortable, the staff was friendly and it was extremely afforable compared to so many other places we looked at. It was close to a bunch of restaurants, the Maverik Center and some shopping. I would definitely recommend this hotel, the area around it is a bit sketchy looking but we didn't have any issues or see anything weird going on.
Reasonably clean
Not alot of options for breakfast.
Everything worked fine and the staff were friendly
