Pros:

Cordialità e disponibilità del personal.

Cons:

Il primo giorno sono stato ospitato in una camera a dir poco pessima (porte marce, l'acqua della doccia che inonda tutto il bagno, bagno privo degli elementi essenziali ( non c'è nemmeno il portarotolo !)

Alla mia richiesta, il giorno successivo mi è stata data un'altra camera, un po meglio, ma in generale le camere sono molto lontane dal valere 140€ a notte.

Not worth more than 50€ per night
Pros:

- Very good reception service
- Comfy bed and pillows

Cons:

- taxi to airport 35€+
- Window curtain was falling , not closing properly
- bathroom door had a hole in it from a punch
- no fridge in the room
-housekeeper banging(knocking hard) the door(at 10 am) if you forget to hang the “do not disturb” paper on the knob even if the check out is at 12pm

Pros:

La habitacion enorme con mucha luz. Ubicado a las afueras es muy comodo para los desplazamientos, el personal amabilisimo.

Cons:

La bañera tenia una mampara extraña e incomoda. La sala del desayuno es muy pequeña y a pesar de que el desayuno estuvo genial genial, te tropezabas con todo el mundo

Ok for a one night stay, but little food options around the hotel.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and the staff were plesant. Although the hotel was basic, it gave us what we needed for one nights stay.

Cons:

There was very little around the hotel and nowhere to eat on a Sunday. We have to drive to the centre of Pisa to get a meal, which was not great after a long journey.

O caldo ho freddo glaciale.
Pros:

La colazione anche se tutte le volte va pagata a parte perché non compresa nel prezzo.

Cons:

Al mio arrivo in stanza mi sono accorto che in bagno c’era la vasca e ho chiesto il cambio di camera con doccia e la soluzione è stata, prendere una camera di categoria superiore con doccia, e ho dovuto pagare una differenza di €. 40,50 in più. Tutte le camere erano prenotate e la rimanenza tutte con vasca da bagno.

Con la camera che mi hanno dato ho avuto problemi con il climatizzatore in camera perché anche se lo abbassavo lui non funzionava correttamente. Ho chiamato e la soluzione è stato spegnarlo da loro, non vi dico il caldo in camera.

Pros:

Hotel je skvěle dostupný při cestě z/na trajekt v Livornu. Personál je ochotný, pomůže a poradí. Pokoje jsou čisté a bohatě dostačují k ubytování na jednu až dvě noci.

Would stay again in a heartbeat
Pros:

Clean room and bathroom with a very comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning.
All the staff were fantastically helpful and friendly, it was easy to find in my hire car from the airport and onward travel was a breeze. I would highly recommend the hotel and the breakfast.

Cons:

Noisy corridor in the morning from hard floors and cleaners with vacuum cleaners
