Comfortable hotel, good price and tickets for public transport
Pros:

It is a very nice hotel, very modern and with very comfortable beds, that it is not near the center but you get a ticket at reception with your booking to use all public transport during your stay. You can park your car in the private car park for 19€.

velmi příjemný hotel
Pros:

Snídaně byla kvalitní, i když vejce trochu suché, a bohužel architekt nepochopil, že si člověk potřebuje tác odložit, když si na něj chce něco položit.

Con compañeros trabajando en buena ubicación.
Pros:

Aunque el hotel ofrece habitaciones pequeñas, por lo menos en mi caso, la cama era doble y muy cómoda. El baño reducido pero con lo esencial.
El tranvía a la puerta que te lleva al centro en 10 minutos.
Dejamos las maletas en consigna sin problema. Fueron muy amables.
Además te ofrecen transporte gratis a la ciudad.

Cons:

El desayuno algo justo, habría estado mejor que tuviéramos más variedad. La calidad es mejorable.
Algún producto de cortesía habría estado bien.

Buen hotel
Pros:

La cama es muy cómoda y la habitación es silenciosa y amplia para ser un hotel.
Buena ubicación, a pasos tomas el bus al centro de Berna y estás en muy pocos minutos.
Parking costoso pero es Suiza, todo es costoso. Al menos es subterraneo y privado así que es seguro.

Cons:

Se tapaba la ducha, problemas de desague como en casi todos los hoteles. Baño muy pequeño. Para nosotros estuvo ok pero para gente de gran tamaño puede ser molesto.
No me gustó que el personal de limpieza me despertara a las 8am tocándome la puerta cuando mi checkin era varias horas más tarde. Ese comportamiento me parece pésimo, uno está ahí descansando.

Das Personal war freundlich, das Zimmer war sauber

Cons:

Der Parkplatz ist kostenpflichtig und enorm teuer. Abgesehen davon sind diese eng und die Säulen sind schlecht platziert. Für das knapp 20 CHF zu verlangen ist frech. Nur wegen der Lage ist das nicht gerechtfertigt.

Pros:

Clean, spacious, air conditioned room. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Easy to access close off the motorway. Then easy to get to center of town on a #9 tram right outside the hotel which run about every 10mins. Hotel gives you free Bern transport pass.
