Pros:

Iso resortti, hyvin tilaa allasalueella ja rannalla. Meillä oli puolihoito. Aamiainen ihan ok, kahvin laatuun voisi panostaa. Buffet-illallinen todella hyvä, valikoimaa löytyy varmasti kaikille, myös kasvissyöjille. Ruokien merkinnät puutteellisia allergikkoja ja erityisruokavalioita ajatellen.

Cons:

Kylpyhuone todella pieni. Huoneessa ei selkeästi oltu tehty perusteellista siivousta hetkeen. Kaakelit ja saumaukset likaisia. Muutenkin tuntui, että siivous oli puutteellista. Useampana päivänä huone oli siivottu, mutta pyyhkeet unohdettiin tuoda tai tuotiin tunteja siivouksen jälkeen. Respassa ei tunnuttu olevan kovin kiinnostuneita asiakaspalvelun laadusta ja osa ei puhu kunnolla englantia. Saimme kuitenkin asiat hoidettua.

Pros:

The location was very good

Cons:

Whilst some of the staff were very friendly and helpful, managers were not so helpful, with some having attitude and quite unhelpful. The room was very clean however the appearance of ant powder everywhere and very tired rooms especially the bathroom with a shower curtain over the bath was not very welcoming. towels were very thin and the toilet quite stained.

Pros:

La spiaggia e le piscine, gli snack inclusi, il narghilè bar.

Cons:

Lo staff sembra essere poco competente o poco attento, tutto sembra sempre essere lasciato al caso, chiedere informazioni è sempre complesso.

I bungalow sono datati, specialmente il bagno.

Non ci ritornerei almeno nei bungalow che sono casette a piano terra in cemento ma sporche!
Pros:

Il personale è stato gentilissimo

Cons:

La pulizia scadente, pubblicità non corretta i bungalows non corrispondono alle foto del sito. Trovati due scarafaggi in 4 giorni! Ragnatele visibili negli angoli, vasca da bagno con rubinetti vetusti!

Ottima struttura. Buona sia la colazione sia la cena. Staff gentile. Camere ampie. Piscina bella. Spiaggia bella e mare pulito.

Posizione: albergo sul mare con spiaggia attrezzata, cibo: la cena e la colazione a buffet varia e cibo molto buono

Cons:

Il servizio in spiaggia un po’ carente: per ordinare da bere era difficile che passasse qualcuno e nel caso si doveva pagare solo in contanti, senza poter mettere il conto sulla camera; albergo si trova nella zona turistica dove sono tutti i resort a 20 min dalla Médina

Pros:

Mi è piaciuto molto che lo staff mi ha aiutato molto di risolvere un mio errore: al posto di prenotare su booking dal 12.10 al 15.10, io ho prenotato dal 12.11 al 15.11. Lo staff ha aiutato in tutti i modi: a modificare la mia prenotazione e sono rimasta nel vostro albergo dal 12.10 al 14.10.
È piaciuto tanto il cibo al ristorante "Gourmet" che era meglio anche che nell'albergo di 5***...
È piaciuto che parlavano l'italiano alla reception. E che il signore dello staff ha portato il mio bagaglio fino il taxi.
È piaciuta la musica e l'animazione nel territorio dell'albergo.
Bravissimi! Complimenti!

Cons:

Non è piaciuto che sulla reception non c'era il termometro e il paracetamolo (perché un giorno avevo la febbre)...

Punto mare molto bello
Pros:

Una bella struttura, non certo nuova, ma con diverse piscine molto belle ed un punto mare ottimo, con una lunga spiaggia attrezzata. Molto bella anche la piscina coperta con idromassaggio e la possibilità di utilizzare la piscina Thalasso e la SPA (in questo caso a pagamento)
Ottima e molto varia la cena e non da meno la colazione, camere pulite.
