bel hôtel qui mériterait quelques rénovations
Pros:

l'hôtel est très grand doté d'un magnifique jardin, et qui donne directement sur une superbe plage de sable fin très étendue, donc on ne se sent jamais "envahi" et il y a toujours des transats dispo ou des coins où on peut se poser tranquillement, le personnel faisait beaucoup d'effort pour que les clients soient à l'aise et soient bien servis, mention spéciale pour l'équipe d'animation qui assure nuit et jour y compris des activités pour occuper les enfants, les chambres sont spacieuses et plutôt bien équipées (coffre, mini bar, séchoir, canapé, bouilloire, peignoir), il y a au minimum un snack et un bar accessible quelque part dans l'hôtel 24h/24, la piscine couverte/chauffée et la salle de sport sont ouvertes tous les jours jusqu'à 18h, en plus de la piscine extérieure et du bassin pour les enfants

Cons:

comme c'était la période de l'Aïd, on sentait que l'hôtel était sous-staffé et que le personnel était quand même débordé, la variété des plats proposés n'était pas forcément du goût de tout le monde, et il manquait quelques éléments de base comme de vrais fromages, des frites ou des choses basiques à proposer aux enfants, ce qui fait qu'on se rabattait souvent sur le stand de pâtes. Quelques éléments nécessitent une bonne rénovation, comme le mobilier en bois dans les chambres qui commence à dater, la piscine couverte qui semble un peu délaissée, ou carrément la réception complètement abandonnée de l'ancien hôtel qui donne sur la plage. Petite remarque sur les femmes de chambres qui viennent récupérer les serviettes entre 8h30 et 9h du matin en toquant à la porte une fois et en entrant directement si vous n'affichez pas "do not disturb" sur la porte, ce qui était un peu gênant

L'accueil était chaleureux et professionnel. Les espaces verts bien entretenus, le restaurant donnant sur la plage est vraiment agréable. Nous avons apprécié le calme, le service la plage entretenue et propre, l'eau turquoise. Malgré un petit côté désuet qui nécessite un petit rafraîchissement les chambres sont plutôt spacieuses et bien équipées. L'expérience dans son ensemble était vraiment agréable

not bad overall, but will never come back and will never recommend.
Pros:

we like the Hotel, they have good resort, lots of trees and overall was a good experience accept few issues.

Cons:

Staff are so loud in the corridors, engineering and housekeeping talking so loudly, no respect for families with kids.
One day we tried to make the baby sleep at 13:00 and suddenly loud noise started (Drilling) i went out and i found that one guy was drilling in the bathroom next to our room, i think they should check with the reception before starting any work, the Hotel was almost empty so please don't tell me it was an emergency work.
Also we tried to visit the five-star Hotel (Les orangers) the security was so rude, he made us feel uncomfortable, he followed us to the reception, he was so rude and didn't know how to talk to people, we are a family and we told him that we are guest of the orangers hotel, we showed him the bracelets but still he decided to show us his angry face, those type of people are dangerous for the tourism, he should be in a construction site not a Hotel.

L'acceuil déjà on est entrés dans un poste de police pas dans un hôtel moi et mon compagnon d'aprés eux il faut avoir le mm nom sur la carte d'identité et trimbaler avc nous l'acte de mariage.
