Amazing!!!!!!
Pros:

This place was fantastic from the minute we walked in the staff where so friendly and helpful a guy called chokri the receptionnist and a waiter called arbi are the best most hard working staff ive ever met! I went with the other half for 5 days and cannot fault the place food was great lots of options I am a fussy eater and didn't have a problem putting something together for every meal. The staff are truly amazing they could not do enough for us. It was my birthday and they spared no effort In making it so special from a big bunch of roses flowers decorating the table with so much attention to detail. Room was beautiful cleaned everyday with bathrobes and slippers. Would have no hesitation In going back.

Excellent hotel and a great experience.
Pros:

The atmosphere is charming and the staff are as helpful as can be. We arrived late because of a flight delay but were offered some food on arrival.
We had a sea view suite room which was excellent, 2 balconies, a sitting room, bedroom, bathroom and dressing room, 2 toilets, bath with shower and a separate shower.
Very good value for the money and we enjoyed out 10 days there, so much so that we are planning on a return visit later this year.
The hotel was very clean, the pool areas' toilets are cleaned thoroughly several times during the day.
The service at meal times is exemplary, fresh cutlery as soon as required, drinks topped up etc. We were "adopted" by breakfast (Lotki) and evening meal waiters. Once they knew when and where we liked to sit, the table would be ready and waiting.
The poolside bar staff brought drinks as required, Wajih and "Darling" made our day times a pleasure! The pool staff were always helpful with towels and sunshades.

Pros:

Excellent location, lovely atmosphere, clean and comfortable rooms, and great value for money. Everything was fabulous, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

A special mention to the Guest Relations Manager, Zainab, who is a massive asset to the hotel. Her multilingual expertise is an added bonus, and she handled everything from the simplest to the most complex issues promptly and professionally. She was genuinely helpful, attentive, and an outstanding member of the team. While the entire front desk staff were supportive and responsive, Zainab truly went above and beyond. Would definitely stay again!

Emplacement idéal, service et personnel aux petits soins.
Nous avons été surclassés profitant d’une suite exceptionnelle
Les buffets tant petit déjeuner que dîner sont très variés, changeants d’un jour à l’autre et constamment achalandés. Les produits sont frais allant des huîtres, crevettes, poissons, beaucoup de sortes de viandes et spécialités locales à des mets plus simples pour les enfants.
Nous y retournerons sans hésiter

Prima volta ad Hammamet
Pros:

La gentilezza del personale, l'area esterna molto curata, cibo a buffet veramente per tutti i gusti, il profumo nella hall molto accogliente.

Cons:

Le macchie sui divani sia esterni che in camera.... capisco che molto si deve alla civiltà dei clienti ma non è bello sedersi, soprattutto in un hotel 5 stelle. Consiglio un pochino di attenzione

Un séjour absolument parfait ! Tout était excellent, de la variété et la qualité du buffet à la réception. L'accueil est extrêmement chaleureux. L'établissement dispose de 3 magnifiques piscines et offre une vue incroyable. Un grand merci tout particulier à Mr Chokri pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme.

Personale gentilissimo.
All'arrivo siamo stati accolti con estrema cortesia, inoltre abbiamo avuto un upgrade dandoci la possibilità di soggiornare in una suite molto bella e vista mare. Il ristorante ottimo con vasta scelta. Tutto molto buono e personale gentile ed attento. Piscine, SPA, servizio spiaggia tutto perfetto!!!
