La gentillesse du personnel. Nous avons été agréablement bien accueilli à l’accueil de l’hôtel, les serveurs étaient attentifs, la nourriture était variée et excellente, les femme d’entretien toujours polies et souriantes. Le côté paisible au bord de la piscine où l’on peut entendre les oiseaux et la suite avec la vue sur la mer étaient incroyables.
L’accès à certain équipements qui n’était pas réellement accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite dû aux escaliers.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout était au rendez-vous : l’accueil chaleureux, le confort des chambres et la qualité des services. L’établissement est très bien entretenu, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable.
Une mention toute particulière pour le service de ménage, et surtout pour Anissa, qui s’est occupée des chambres 2504 et 2503. Son travail est remarquable : propreté impeccable, attention aux détails et toujours avec le sourire. C’est un vrai plus pour l’hôtel.
Nous recommandons sans hésiter et reviendrons avec plaisir !

We had a wonderful stay at Royal Azur. We were upgraded to a spacious suite with the most fantastic view, which was a lovely bonus. The service was excellent. A special thanks to Hanaa for her kindness and attentiveness. Good food, beautiful ocean views, and a nice indoor heated pool. Also an easy, pleasant walk to the medina. Would definitely recommend.

We had a four-day sibling break and booked this hotel. From the start, the service was wonderful. We had a gentleman called Mohammed who looked after us. He was a very friendly chap and always made sure we were happy. The room was clean and our cleaner was a lovely lady. Towels and bedding were changed every day, and tea/coffee was replenished. I do wish they had more variation of English tea bags, though, as I am a big tea drinker, perhaps PG or some Yorkshire! The view of sea from our bedroom was amazing. The restaurant we dined in the most was the Eden. The choice of foods was good, and the fact that it was halal gave us so many options. The pool areas were very clean, and the beach was a few steps away within the complex, which was amazing. Saturday night entertainment was very good with dances from around the world. The main languages were French, Arabic, and German, but most of the staff spoke English well. Safety was very good in the hotel as you could not enter without showing a wristband. There was a souvenir shop and hairdressers opposite the hotel so we did not have to go far. The taxi stand was also outside, which was very convenient. The hotel did offer excursion days and created packages, which was great! Will definatly be visting again soon. A big thank you to Mohammed and Haytel (sorry if name wrong) for looking after us.

It was beautiful! The food selection at dinner.
Air conditioning was listed but not available. The hotel staff said that it was off because the season didn’t call for it. We booked the hotel because it is a must for us. To be denied that was disappointing.
We had a comfortable stay in the hotel. The organisiation was a 10/10. Zeinab the receptionist, who is also managing the comfort of the guests makes a lot of effort for the stay.

Lovely hotel, amazing food - very aesthetically pleasing and lots of choice. The staff - amazing, so polite and really go out of your way. Chokri took care of us and greeted us and is great help! Tip the staff early on and your experience will be even better! Only thing that is a bit of a let down is the night entertainment could be better - they need to invest in an animation team and proper theatrical space for great evening entertainment.. is usually just a dancer or singer for small amount of time.

L’hôtel est tres beau, propre. Le buffet, incroyable avec beaucoup de choix !! La vue sur mer etait indescriptible. Le spa, tres relaxant et le personnel etait au petit soin.
There are a lot of good points but a lot of not so good ones.
Generally we had a nice relaxing time but things could have been better.
We were upgraded which was amazing as the new room was very big with 2 toilets, 2 TV’s, lovely walk-in shower, definitely will not complain about that aspect.
Having travelled quite a bit and must say I am quite fussy, this hotel did tick some of my boxes but not all.
What wasn’t so great: the food. Unfortunately for me I struggled a lot of the time to find something to my liking. In the mornings, there are no nuts or granola & not much in the way of fruit. The porridge wasn’t nice, it was rice in milk and wasn’t hot. The toaster wasn’t always working & the butter was greasy. The cereals were all sugar based and not for me. The pancakes with Nutella were lovely but I didn’t want them everyday. Lunch was slightly better, the salads were nice & the desserts were VERY nice! Evenings I struggled, not many vegetables but I didn’t go hungry so I am not complaining. A lot of the dishes were luke warm. One thing we noticed is there is no ice cream in this hotel. We did ask at reception as we thought it maybe because we are out of season, but no………..no ice cream here surprisingly.
The dressing gowns in the room did have an odour so I couldn’t use these and some of the towels had seen better days.
We found most of the staff ok but unfortunately some were a little curt & rude.
We generally didn’t stay for the entertainment, but what we did see wasn’t great. It could be because it is out of season. We wasn’t sure where the entertainment would be held in the heights of summer as there didn’t appear to be anywhere else other than reception to hold it.
The wine & G&T’s were nice but unfortunately the cocktails lacked any decent flavour and a lot were full of pulp from the fruits used.
The nice bits: has to be the staff, Chokri & Hana on reception, these 2 members of staff deserve a mention, nothing is too much trouble and they will go over and above to make your stay better. Zainab on guest relations was also lovely and very pleasant. In the restaurant, Lotfi & Fathi were the 2 that stood out for us, very attentive & outstanding in their attention to detail, no empty glasses when they were around.
I have had a relaxing week but don’t think I would return here.
