Pros:

Juste un mot : fabuleux ! Tout le personnel bravo ! Vous faites honneur à la tunisie par votre accueil et votre gentillesse ( merci à hana à l’accueil pour ton sourire et le surclassement et Sabr le bagagist toujours de bon conseils, vous etes au top !)
L’hôtel est tres beau, propre. Le buffet, incroyable avec beaucoup de choix !! La vue sur mer etait indescriptible. Le spa, tres relaxant et le personnel etait au petit soin.

Pros:

On a été surclassé gratuitement ce qui nous a permis de découvrir les suites, la notre était énorme. Hôtel familial et calme malgré le nombre important d'enfants. La partie thalasso est excellente même si ça ne fait pas partie de l'hôtel. Le buffet 10/10!! Personnel au petit soin.

Tout était magnifique. La propreté, l’accueil, le personnel (surtout Mme Zineb) et le buffet

A relaxing getaway
Pros:

Hotel offered the perfect relaxed couples weekend. Price was good for the offseason and the amenities offered. One disappointment was that the one heated pool was far from warm, offering rather bracing refreshment from the heat of the sun. This was commented on by a number of guests. We chose not to pay extra for the piscine aquatonique at the attached spa as we heard a fellow guest complaining to the staff about the cold pool temperature. Service was mixed, but the highlights were the guest relations manager and one of the waitstaff who made sure to have an instant decaf coffee (not provided elsewhere) sachet on him at all breakfasts for my wife. The food selection was very good and was always tasty. Though the dining setting and experience is different in the additional restaurants you’re not missing out food wise very much if you can’t get a reservation. The kitchen clearly specialises in banquet style options and that’s where its strength lies. The in house made chocolates at the cellar bar on a Saturday afternoon were surprisingly outstanding.

My experience was beautiful, and was made by the staff at the Royal Azur, they could not be more helpful. Haykel the receptionist in particular was brilliant.

A luxurious base for a holiday in Hammamet, stay here you won’t regret it!
Pros:

The friendly staff looked after us from the moment we got there, and kindly upgraded us to a beautiful comfortable suite with a stunning pool and sea view, and the most breathtaking view of the sunrise in the morning. The room, hotel and poolside is spotlessly clean and peaceful. The breakfast, dinners and drinks were so varied and delicious, an amazing selection. The pools are gorgeous and the access to the beach was a highlight for me with crystal clear waters. We were only there for 2 nights but heard other guests saying they went on incredible day trips organised by the hotel and although we didn’t use the spa it looked so lovely. This was one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Thank you Royal Azur Thalassa for making our holiday in Tunisia so special! I only wish we stayed longer … next time!
