Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect – 10/10!

A special thank you to the reception staff and the room service team. They went above and beyond by helping us with milk for our young children whenever we needed it, which made our stay so much easier.

I also accidentally left our passports in the room after checking out. The staff contacted me immediately, and thanks to their quick response, recovering them was smooth and stress-free.

Outstanding service, warm hospitality, and genuine care for their guests. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel!

Séjour incroyable !!!
Je n'ai vraiment pas regretté d'avoir pris cet hôtel qui est tres bien placée en plein centre ville

Si je mets 10 étoiles c'est grâce au personnels qui étaient très serviable, souriant,réactif et chaleureux
Chambre très propre bien aérée et confortable

Literie et équipements modernes
Buffet très varié et délicieux

Pour finir je tiens a remercier MR Ferjani avec son équipe Aymen et Ezzedine sans oublier bien évidemment Amir qui était vraiment aux petits soins et toujours a l'écoute .

Un séjour exceptionnel en famille !

Nous tenons à remercier chaleureusement toute l'équipe pour l'accueil remarquable que nous avons reçu tout au long de notre séjour. Dès notre arrivée, nous nous sommes sentis attendus et parfaitement pris en charge.

Un immense merci pour le surclassement dans la Suite Prestige, qui a largement contribué à rendre nos vacances encore plus agréables. Cette attention a été particulièrement appréciée et nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour dans un cadre exceptionnel.

Ce voyage était le tout premier de notre bébé de 7 mois, et nous sommes ravis de pouvoir dire qu'il s'est déroulé à merveille. Notre fille a passé de très belles vacances et nous aussi ! Toute l'équipe a fait preuve d'une grande gentillesse et de beaucoup de bienveillance envers elle comme envers nous, ce qui a rendu cette expérience encore plus mémorable.

Nous souhaitons adresser une mention toute particulière à Hana, Elyas et Chokri pour leur professionnalisme, leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse, ainsi que pour le surclassement qui nous a beaucoup touchés.

Merci également à l'ensemble du personnel pour leur sourire, leur attention et leur excellent service. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et espérons avoir l'occasion de revenir très prochainement.

Хороший отель в Хаммамете
Pros:

Отличный персонал, красивый вид. Холл отеля и номера выглядят хорошо. Шикарная территория с большим количеством зелени и цветов. Уборка хорошая (вне зависимости от чаевых). Отличные бассейны и нормальный пляж (есть водоросли)
Нам повысили уровень номера, у нас был просторный номер с ванной. Номер чистый и новый. Хорошие фрукты. Внутри отеля есть банкомат и обмен валют. Оплата всех услуг возможна картой. Вокруг отеля есть кафе, магазинчики и парковка такси. В целом хороший отеля за свои деньги

Cons:

Разнообразие еды (я впервые такое пишу, обычно меня очень все устраивает), будет сложно найти еду более сбалансированную - много сладкого и жирного.
И немного странной нам показалась система, что сначала из номеров забирают полотенца и только после приходит уборка (у нас была ситуация, что мы пришли с моря, полотенец нет, а номер убрать не успели)

Ein insgesamt ansprechendes Haus mit tollem Personal!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber! Das gesamte Personal sehr kundenorientiert! Besonderen Dank unserer Putzfee, als auch den Damen Zaineb und Hanna an der Rezeption :). Wir konnten unser Abendessen gegen das Mittagessen tauschen, was für uns wirklich toll war. Das macht nicht jedes Hotel. Vielen Dank dafür!

Cons:

Der Weg von der Anlage zum Strand ist nicht wirklich ansprechend! Auch die Ausstattung des Hauptrestaurant war nicht schön. Es gab viel Essen, was jedoch die Auswahl und vor allem die Qualität negativ beeinflußt hat. Auch das Problem mit dem Warmhalten der Speisen gab es.
