Very good quality hotel, very close to everything. Excellent choice.
Pros:

We loved this hotel, very well located in Kamari. We had a nice clean room, with its own small pool outside (shared with next door) and a nice view of the hill climb to Ancient Thira. Decent bathroom and power shower with lots of hot water. The room had the usual coffee/tea making facilities and a mini fridge stocked with (pay for) drinks. The staff I found to be very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice (continental/cooked) with a coffee/tea machine that made great cappuccino. The rear exit of the hotel is right opposite the bus stop where you either can catch the bus to Fira, or take the short cut through to the beach and restaurants. The hotal has a number of other pools, one with a pool bar and a spa. The WiFi works great in the rooms.

Cons:

There wasn't anything that I didn't like. Just wish I could have stayed longer but we only had a 3 day stay before we were off to IOS.

Well presented and clean, location is very central to everything
Pros:

The location was excellent, and the presentation of the hotel was clean in all areas including the Spa. Staff were helpful and attentive at breakfast. The house keeper throughout our stay was excellent. When we did have an issue following a storm and flooding to the balcony reception and maintenance responded very quickly to resolve.

Cons:

Smoking within the hotel meant we couldn’t leave the doors open onto the balcony in our later days of the Holliday, as the guests in the adjoining room were heavy smokers and we found even in doors we were sat in the secondary smoke. It’s a shame the hotel didn’t have an allocated area for this.

Merveilleux sejour, excellent établissement
Pros:

Son emplacement au centre de kamari , très près des commerces et de la plage mais aussi très calme et visu. Une déco soignée et de l’espace pour tout le monde autour des piscines( mais nous étions en fin de saison) , un arrêt de bus juste en face pour aller à fira et d’une maniere générale kamari comme base pour santorin . Le personnel très attentionné avec même un surclassement offert. Pour finir un petit déjeuner à la hauteur de notre attente élevée :-) varié chaque jour et avec des produits de qualité et un espace très agréable

Cons:

Presque rien , sauf peut être le fait qu’à notre séjour en octobre la piscine non chauffée était trop froide mais on s’y attendait

The hotel was beautiful and so clean
All the staff were so helpful
We stayed in the luxury swim-up suite and it was amazing, Aleksandra who handled that side was so kind, polite and extremely helpful
Also the day we needed to check out our flight was not leaving until late that night so they very kindly gave us a room to use until we had to leave at an exceptional rate
It was a room in the main hotel and was also very nice
Overall we had an amazing stay at Kastelli and will highly recommend it

Parfait je recommande
Pros:

Emplacement idéal la mer est à 5 min à pied , pleins de restaurants autour . Fira est à environ 15 min en voiture et Oia 30 min . L’hôtel est magnifique , très propre , le personnel adorable , le petit déjeuner est bon .

Cons:

Le restaurant de l’hôtel est peut-être un peu cher
On aurait aimé que le spa soit gratuit car hors saison la piscine est froide
