Wonderful week at Kastelli resort, woudl highly recommend
Pros:

Excellent location - 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants.
Staff superb, very friendly and helpful
Beautifully clean swimming pool and amazingly comfortable sunbeds - the best I have ever experienced.
Breakfast varied, delicious and gluten free options
Cleanliness and upkeep of property to be commended
Property contacted us beforehand to ask if we would like an airport transfer

Cons:

There were only 2 chairs on the veranda, but there were 4 of us in the room. We asked for additional chairs, but the hotel were not able to provide any. We like sitting on the vernada of an evening to play board games.

Loved Kastelli Resort so much we changed travel plans to stay an extra day here!
Pros:

We loved Kastelli Resort so much we extended our stay! The resort was so beautiful and clean- great attention to detail! The friendly professional staff was icing on the cake! Extremely accommodating- would definitely come back and stay at Kastelli Resort!

Everything! We were greeted by the friendly staff and we immediately noticed the attention to detail everywhere and the entire property was so clean!

Exceptional place to stay , beautiful room , spotlessly clean and very close to the beach and restaurants. The staff were amazing and looked after us from the moment we arrived to the minute we left. We have already booked to come back next year !

Overall it's beautiful. Adonis, the manager and the entire staff are kind, friendly. Beautiful property, close to town with many restaurants to choose from. Bus stop across the street

Pros:

Nothing to complain about. The breakfast was great with a wide variety of options. The resort is situated 3 minutes from the beach, and there you can find many Greek restaurants and bars. There is also a bus stop next to the hotel. The staff were super friendly.

Pros:

From the moment we arrived, staff were amazing. Only topped by what was the fantastic facilities in the resort. The room was stunning, the many pools were well serviced and breakfast was delicious.

On our second morning, my husband was unwell, staff arranged for local doctor, they extended our check out by 4 hours, complimentary, no fuss, & they made him as comfortable as possible. Like family, rather than staff. Such amazing service, very appreciated.

I'd also like to say that the location was beautiful, the bus stop to Fira was right outside & the local town had some amazing restuarants, bars and beautiful shops.
