Everything was very bad

Problemas con el ascensor: De los dos ascensores del hotel, uno estuvo averiado toda la estancia. Para colmo, el único que funcionaba estuvo constantemente retenido por el personal de limpieza (bloqueaban las puertas para que no se moviera de planta mientras hacían las habitaciones). Debido a esto, el primer día tuve que bajar 6 pisos andando y, al día siguiente, subirlos. Tengo una lesión de rodilla y otra de tobillo, por lo que este descontrol con el ascensor me supuso un problema de salud y un dolor totalmente innecesario.
Falta de atención: El último día se estropeó el aire acondicionado de la habitación. Fuimos a reclamar, pero no había absolutamente nadie en recepción para darnos una solución.
Es una pena, porque el hotel tiene potencial y las instalaciones de descanso son de diez, pero la falta de personal en recepción y la mala gestión de los ascensores empañaron por completo la estancia.

Jedna winda nie działającą. Z piątego piętra jak się chciało przywołać windę to nie działały przyciski i winda nie przyjeżdżała. Brak dzialajacej klimatyzacji (w okresie upałów) o czym personel poinformowal nas dopiero przy zameldowaniu.

Das Hotel hatte keine Klimaanlage!!!! Vor längerer Zeit wurde sie entfernt und muss erst neu instaliert werden (die Handwerker waren dabei,wie lange es dauert (??)
Bei den extremen Temperaturen (40 Grad Aussentemperatur für die Zeit meines Aufenthaltes ) waren für uns eine Zumutung .Booking.com hätte uns im Vorfeld über die Bauarbeiten informieren müssen!Von daher glauben wir, dass eine Enschädigung angemessen wäre.

Das Haus ist extrem in die Jahre gekommen, die Klimanalagen sind abmontiert, der Fahrstuhl braucht 5 Minuten bis in die oberste Etage. Überall an den Wänden und Böden sind Flecken, es ist total abgewohnt. Und dafür einfach zu teuer. Von der Hitze und dem Lärm der Umgebung ganz zu schweigen.

La ducha era muy pequeña, estaban cambiando el aire acondicionado en todo el edificio, y precisamente habíamos elegido una habitación con aire acondicionado por el calor...

The hotel is located about 1.2 km from the city center. The building itself is old and worn out.

Before making the reservation, the hotel advertised that paid parking was available. However, after we booked, we received a message saying there were no parking spaces and were advised to park our car about 1.5 km away from the hotel. When we arrived, the hotel’s parking lot was almost empty, yet we were still not allowed to park there.

At check-in, we were informed that the air conditioning in our room was not working. Instead, we were offered only a fan. The outside temperature was around 30°C, while the room felt close to 40°C.

We had driven approximately 1,100 km from Lithuania, so after such a long journey we were looking forward to getting some rest. Unfortunately, because of the unbearable heat in the room, it was impossible to sleep.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
