Die Lage und die Freundlichkeit des Empfangspersonals

Cons:

Klimaanlage defekt, Fenster konnte nur gekippt werden. Kühlschrank im Zimmer funktionierte nicht. Beim Frühstück gab es nur altbackenes Gebäck alle vier Tage lang.

Het hotel ligt in de omgeving van een leuke wijk met verschillende gelegenheden waar je kunt ontbijten, vrij dichtbij het centrum.

Cons:

Het ontbijt á 18 euro bood behoorlijk wat keus, maar was kwalitatief onder de maat. De broodjes waren niet vers, jam van de goedkoopste kwaliteit etc. Dat hebben we dus maar een keer gedaan. Daarna in de buurt ontbeten.

Wir werden bei künftigen Wien-Aufenthalten dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

Frühstück: Buffet sehr OK, nur die Qualität von Kaffee und Schwarztee (Earl Grey) ließen aus unserer Sicht zu wünschen übrig.
Günstige Lage.

Cons:

Bei einem früheren Aufenthalt haben wir uns wohlgefühlt. Diesmal war das Zimmer heiß und stickig. Man konnte das Fenster nur für einen winzigen Spalt öffnen. Die Klimaanlage war im ganzen Haus ausgefallen. Später ist mir aufgefallen, dass neben der Rezeption ein Schild angebracht war, wo sich die Hotelleitung für den Ausfall der Klimaanlage entschuldigt, es schien dort ziemlich permanent zu stehen - also scheinbar kein kurzfristiges Problem. Die junge Dame an der Rezeption scheint mit dem Problem von der Leitung alleingelassen worden zu sein. Nach mehrerem Urgieren kam sie ins Zimmer, sie hatte einen Trick, das Fenster doch richtig zu öffnen. Es war die ganze Nacht weit offen, mit zwei Ventilatoren - es war ja alles so aufgeheizt, dass es nur langsam abkühlte. Gut geschlafen haben wir nicht.
