Die Lage ist super und auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich! Die Zimmer sind sauber, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bett war gut.

Cons:

Unfortunately there were a number of issues despite paying extra to stay on the quieter side of the hotel:

- very poor sound proofing from road.
- window frame provided very poor insulation.
- banging noises from the restaurant underneath throughout the night.
- inconsiderate noisy guests in the adjacent room.
- faulty bedside lights which gave me an electric shock.
- uncomfortable bed including very soft pillow's which gave me no support, poor sleeping posture and a stiff neck.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, Einrichtung müßte erneuert werden, aber ansonsten von der Größe ein ausreichendes großes Zimmer, leider im Hotel kein Angebot ( trotz Räumlichkeiten) von Speisen und Getränke am Abend. Frühstück okay, Nachteil nur ein Kaffeeautomat, das heißt anstehen für den Kaffee. Es würde manchmal schneller gehen, aber hier hat das Personal vorrang bei der Kaffeezubereitung. Ich weiß in der heutigen Zeit ist es schwer gutes Personal zu bekommen, aber Angestellte die nur rumstehen und Kaffee trinken oder mit Ohrhörer im Ohr sich die Zeit vertreiben muss wohl nicht sen.
Die Lage ist ruhig und zu Zentrum ca. 1,5 km .

wir waren über die Größe des Zimmers sehr überrascht . Ausstattung optimal ( genug Steckdosen , Wasserkocher zzgl. Kaffee und Tee ) vorhanden . Großer Schrank zzgl. separate Ablagemöglichkeit vorhanden . Im Haus gibt es 2 Aufzüge . Frühstück war mehr als ok und ausreichend . Die Lage des Hotels : ca. 300 Meter zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln , Strassenbahn direkt zum Ring , Buslinie direkt zur U-Bahn . Lage des Hotels sehr ruhig. Unser Highlight : Dachterrasse oberste Etage . Ein herrlicher Ausblick über Wien .
