Very pleasant stay and conveniently close to family member.
Pros:

Slightly secluded location. Well run. The staff were very polite. There was a lift.

Cons:

The bedroom was too hot even after turning the temperature down, made it difficult to sleep well. An extra pillow or two in the bedroom might have helped. I asked for these at reception.

Es hat die Erwartungen erfüllt.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Es liegt nicht direkt im Zentrum und ist daher ruhiger, ist aber nahe an einer Strassenbahnstation. Zusätzlich gibt es viele kleine Restaurants in der Nähe des Hotels.

Quiet location but still somewhat central…

Cons:

The reception is doing what they have to but not one friendliness, smile or helpfulness more - hospitality looks and feels different 👎

The breakfast restaurant staff however was very nice and friendly 👍
