Matratzen waren gut.

Cons:

Ausstattung schon etwas in Jahre gekommen, Waschbecken vergilbt, keine funktionierende Klimaanlage, nicht alle Steckdosen funktionierten. Angebotenes Frühstück eher überschaubar, ein hausüblicher Kaffeeautomat stand für alle Gäste zur Verfügung, so lange Wartezeiten für eine Tasse Kaffee.

Pros:

The Location is amazing, and the neighborhood is really great. Very Lovely and helpful staff. The rooms are large and bed were comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately there is no air-conditioning in the room. We went in mid September and room was really warm. There was a fan provided but not enough. Would really recommended in winter as I imagine it would be very cosy. We also had ants in the room, which was unpleasant

Die Lage des Hotels :ruhig,gute Öffis-Erreichbarkeit.
Zimmer sind gross,Matratzen in Ordnung,leider ist das umfangreiche Mobiliar etwas abgewohnt,aber es geht.Der Teppichboden ist o.k.Das Bad ist groß ,aber der Waschbeckenabfluss muss viel besser abfliesen.Die Rezeptionsangestellten waren äusserst freundlich..Die Tiefgarage ist auch für grössere Autos passen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war ausgesprochen schlecht.Wann konnte kommen wann man wollte,es gab keine Semmel .Nur auf Bitte wurden Partybrötchen aufgebacken.Es gab KEIN BROT.Es gab Croissants.Es gab kaltes Rührei,das neben dem Wärmebehälter lag.Es gab keinen Obstsalat.Frischkäse gabs nur auf Nachfrage. Es gab nur 2 abgepackte kleine Marmeladesorten. Es fehlten stets Eierbecher,Teekannen usw.Es fehlte ständig was!!!! Besonders schwierig war die Verständigung,denn das Personal sprach nur ukrainisch und kaum englisch,deutsch garnicht(höchstens über Handyeingabe).....Es ist echt schade ,dass das Hotel solch einFrühstückscaterer angestellt.Ich war früher schon öfters in diesem Hotel.

Das Personal vorallem beim Frühstück war nicht besonders freundlich! Auch die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet war eher enttäuschend. Ein Fenster im Zimmer lies sich nicht schließen, dies wurde trotz Info an das Personal bei der Rezeption nicht repariert.

Für den Preis, nahe der Innenstadt kann man in Wien wohl nichts viel besseres erwarten!
Pros:

Die Lage war gut, es sind nur wenige Gehminuten zur Straßenbahn oder zum Bus.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hat mir überhaupt nicht gefallen. Es gab nur einen Kaffeeautomaten, die Brötchen waren ständig alle, kein Brot, kein Konzept erkennbar…die Liste könnte ewig lang werden!
