Ramada by Wyndham Airport Prague

I booked this airport hotel via Agoda for its cleanliness and proximity. However, the advertised "free shuttle" was not free; I paid 150 CZK. A provided water bottle was also charged (130 CZK), unlike the standard complimentary service elsewhere.

The room lacked international power outlets, only having European Schuko sockets. The installed USB wall ports were non-functional.

While suitable for a clean, basic overnight stay, be prepared for extra charges on advertised services and limited charging options. Verify all included amenities directly with the hotel before arrival.

Not sure what’s wrong with the air conditioning. The cooking smell and smoke will leak out to the room even the air conditioner is off. Something went wrong and has no room to change. Has reflected to the staff but there’s nothing he can do. Therefore, had to suffer for a night.

The property appears like it has recently been updated as it was clean and comfortable. Its shortcomings relate to customer service. The lady that checked us incas friendly enough, but we had to sit in the foyer for over two hour as the hotel doesn't allow check in until 2PM.
The room was comfortable, but the TV didn't work, and we did realize that it was unplugged as all the wiring was tucked up behind the TV. The bathroom sink was also plugged and very slow to drain.
Luckily for us we only need the room for a few hours as we had an early morning flight.
The airport shuttle was good, and the driver very accommodating.

Was very helpful having a shuttle from the airport. Note - it's not free but it's convenient. Location was perfect for a quick overnight stay between flights - the restaurant was great and served our needs. We didn't venture out but there's an outlet mall very close to the hotel.

The bar was OK and early shuttle available at 4:30am

The hotel was nice and a bargain. The breakfast was an extra charge and was disappointing.

The hotel is convenient to the airport and very closest to terminal 3. Our room is clean and spacious. They will provide a shuttle van for pick up or drop off to the terminals for small charge.

Probably one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Receptionist very rude/abrupt, could not find the booking to start with, charged for parking when website says it was free for guests. Room was horrendous, no amenities, sink blocked, and the smell in the room (which I can only describe as old deep fat fryer chip fat) kept us awake all night and our clothes smelt the next day, I can only assume our room was above the kitchen. Bed was uncomfortable, only one pillow. Based on the attitude of the receptionist to us and other guests we dare not complain! Ramada you need to get your act together with this hotel as it’s losing you business. Would advise anyone looking to stay here to look elsewhere!

The convenience and shuttle to the main terminals. The facility was newly remodeled and the room was comfortable and clean. Shower was amazing.

2 btl beer in the Minibar where filled with water, it is noticed in the FO - Log book. I got 2 beers for free. FOM was aware of the problem since HK is informed frequently about the problem of guest using minibar and refill BTL with Water. old Trick in the Business:-) as long as the situation is dealt with in professionell manner for the guest I have no issue with it since it is a more or less internal issue with HK.

AC didn’t really work. Refrigerator didn’t work. Room was dirty. Shower was broken.

It’s a clean, well staffed, airport hotel. Great, If you have an early morning flight. Pretty expensive for what they provide. I will definitely stay somewhere in the new town, rather than airport next time, even with a 06:00 flight out.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. The TV remote was missing. When the manager brought a new one to our room, it would not work. The room was too warm, and the heat could not be adjusted. The room was on the dark side because one of the light bulbs was burned out. Finally, the restaurant and bar were supposed to be open, but were closed. (We were informed that the refrigerator was broken.)

We booked a "junior suite" with a king bed. When we got there, they told us the only rooms available were single beds. They refused to give us a refund. Don't trust the photos they show you online!

Very basic property. I am happy that it is at the airport. There was also food from another guest on the carpet.
The room was super basic and no amenities. The room upon arrival smelled like fried food.
The front desk clerk moved me to a room that smelled like onions so they have a ventilation issue. I would not stay here again as the front desk woman was rude as well.
