Comfortable friendly place with healthy diverse breakfast

A good location not far from Arlanda airdport.

No phone in the rooms.
Shower rooms do not have divider on the floor, water over flows in the toilet area.

The family room was so small and AC was barely working

I en bar så skall man kunna beställa något så enkelt som en irish coffe eller någon annan typ av kaffe drink, men att få svaret då att det varit så mycket folk att man inte serverar det - de va det sämsta en restaurangmänniska som jag fått till svar någonsin!

Airport shuttle & easy access to city

Very nice

The front desk young lady said she knew nothing about vip upgrading from orbitz. I had to pay for early check in. At first I was told it wasn’t available. The moment I said I would pay for early check in because I was tired, the room became ready. Clean property but would I stay again? No!!

I called and told the reception that we needed to have breakfast bags since their web side said that the breakfast starts at six o’clock and we had to go earlier. They confirmed that it was so and promised me breakfast bags. When we checked in they once more said that six o’clock the breakfast was opened and promised the bags. When we came down 4:45 to get the breakfast bags and check out the reception staff said ”no the breakfast is from 4 and we have not made any bags.” Very bad communication between the staff and disapoiting since I know that the breakfast is marvelous at your hotel. So you need to update your home page and inform your staff!

It was a very clean room and bathroom. I felt totally safe and it was quiet. The bed was like a dream, so comfortable.

Stockholm is a very beautiful city, the hotel is very nice, compact room was a small one, breakfast was rich, hotel was 10 minutes drive from airport, shuttle bus was free, the hotel was about 35km from Stockholm, we were going to Marsta station by bus from the stop infront of hotel then we take train to Stockholm, our problem was there was no late buses from Marsta station to hotel.
We took 72 hours trandportation ticket for 2 people we paid 770 SEK and was tgd best.
Also we took 1 month Sim card with 10GB sctive in all Europe for 100 SEK and was tye best.

La struttura è molto grande e di recente costruzione. Hall gigante.Colazione varia per i gusti svedesi ma senza dolce. La camera standard con letti singoli risulta appena sufficiente come spazio e anche il bagno è piccolo.Quello che proprio è inaccettabile è che in tre giorni di soggiorno non abbiano mai fatto la stanza,neppure vuotato i cestini. Gli asciugamani mai cambiati. Il servizio alle camere va decisamente migliorato

Shuttle, breakfast

Don't worry about it a bit away from airport (5km) free of charge shuttle bus running every 30 min or so. Near hotel (3min walking distance)gas station with fast food ,soda ,light beer and snacks.
Breakfast is great.

Great breakfast - easy access to the airport. (shuttle service). Locked storage area for our bags - comfortable room.
Would and will stay here again.

I paid about 60 EUR per night, and had much value for the money. The hotel is recently refurbished, so the room was clean and fresh. The room had the essentials, but as in so many hotels, it was not soundproof (bring earplugs to be on the safe side). Breakfast buffet was above expectations

Excellent stay of two nights. Clean and spacious room, wonderful breakfast that starts at 4am, easy airport shuttle and friendly staff. No complains.
