No breakfast used.
Customer Service is horrible! I have stayed with Sure Stay mesquite once a week for a year. I stay pretty much in the same room. Anytime there is a problem they never correct it with any upgrade or room discount. This is done by thousands of hotels over the world and Dallas. The blowers in the Heart hot tub have not worked in a year, they switched me to a different room after selling my normal room which I was guaranteed and I prepaid. This hotel never corrects their mistakes
by offering another stay or anything. They offered me a coke, HORRIBLE!!!! . The room that gave me had a wooden floor!!! Who or what hotel other than cheap motels has wooden safety hazard floors.
The place was clean. The staff was helpful. The bed was comfortable. The microwave and refrigerator were good to have in the room.
There was an unusual smell when entering the room. Possibly from the carpet being older, I am not certain. The windows were sealed. Therefore, there was no way to get fresh air to air out the room and mitigate the smell. Otherwise, everything was satisfactory.
It was in a good location
No hot water to the shower or bath and there was not a lot of choices for breakfast.
The hotel was fairly clean. However, when I folded the couch bed out a lot of trash fell out of it.
The ac unit temp setting could not be adjusted. It was set at 60 degrees. The breakfast was the worst hotel breakfast I've ever eaten hands down.
I paid for extra sofa , and didn’t receive it in my room. I only had 1 bed.
Very quiet place.
The heart shaped jacuzzi room I paid for was not working when I arrived. I was given a smaller jacuzzi room and 10.00 off. This was very poor customer service. I worked in the hospitality industry for almost 15 years. This should not have been the choice for the customer. The second room should have been comped and an apology given for the inconvenience. I stay in this hotel about 3/4 times a month. The front desk agent is always nice and professional but I do not think he did what was the best method for a good customer.
The jets on the heart jacuzzi will not work properly. I stay there a lot, and this have not been fixed for weeks.
