Overall great hotel , just wasn’t clear about the maintenance of the pool.

The staff were doing their best, but the hotel needs more upgrades and repairs.
Pros:

Location was good, and breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The couch in the room is broken in the middle, the TV remotes did not work properly, the shower had terrible pressure, was not very clean, the carpet smelled terrible and the pool was down for maintenance.

The room was filthy and had somebody's food in the refrigerator. Call the desk and they said they would send someone up and they never showed up. Very disgusting experience!

Disappointing
Cons:

Showers were cold, bed covers were sparse, pillows were FLAT and so uncomfortable. I barely slept at all. Breakfast room was overcrowded and had a line when we were in there and the food was almost all gone. The “great” reviews of this place were so misleading. There was damage on the third floor by the elevators. The baseboards were all torn up. It looked awful. I only stayed here bc the reviews were glowing but I could have stayed somewhere cheaper and had a much better experience. Very disappointing.

Staff were amazing!

Cons:

Room was worn down, mold in the bathroom on walls. Walls in living space, cracked and falling off, seats and lamps were dirty, bed was lumpy and hvac was hot.
