Convenient
Pros:

Hotel and staff fine. Good breakfast

Cons:

One reason we chose this hotel was to swim in the pool. It looked great but was closed for sign off. No swim.

I'll never stay here again
Pros:

I can't think of anything i really liked

Cons:

The TVS were bad. They needed a credit card and no one told me anything about that until I got there and their answer was, don't stay here then. The place was generally just ran down.

Convenient Waco location, clean, basic hotel room worked for us for just a one night stay

Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean
Breakfast was excellent-the woman working the dining area kept everything well stocked and DID NOT rush us out towards closing time as some hotels do

Cons:

My main reason for choosing Fairfield north Waco was the indoor pool for my grandkids. (Their parents had their own booking). When we checked in and asked about pool hours the clerk said “oh, our pool is closed, has been for awhile”. I was quite angry about that
If I ever booked there again, I’d ask for a room on backside of building. Road noise from highway was loud
Also the tv in my room had a poor screen quality; lots of little white dots floated around on screen but we were only awake in room an hour or so.

Pros:

AC and television worked well. Breakfast was nice and staff were also.

Cons:

Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Requested clean towels but never received them. My room was never cleaned during my stay.

Pros:

We left an item behind by accident and the staff was very kind about letting us get back in to find it 6 hours later.

Cons:

Beds were pretty hard. Other than that this place was great.

Decent stay but disappointment
Pros:

Breakfast was good. No swimming pool was a HUGE disappointment to my granddaughter. The alternative swimming pool offered was outdoors, very crowded, and required driving there.

Cons:

No swimming pool. Limited snacks available. No fans available. Required 3 requests to get an extra pillow and fresh towels. Rooms not serviced unless requested.
