Waco stay for national dance
Pros:

The location, clean room.

Cons:

Pros:

We needed hairdryer for the room,as my. Wife has very long hair. I went to the man on duty. Spanish named Ramarousy. He couldn't get one
I asked him just to get one from an unretentd room close by. He said that couldn't do that. So I just dropped it. I felt like he should tried harder both times he was outside smoking and on Cellphone. He was very nice 👍 though. But. He should hv taken care of customer. We were on the bottom floor. Nathan jones.

Pros:

Staff was very nice at check-in very helpful.

Cons:

Shower was dirty . No conditioner or body wash both bottles empty in shower. Pool was closed which if I had known that I would have stayed elsewhere

One night stay w breakfast for a small town wedding was perfect.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Nice bathrooms. Breakfast was clean and tasty and well set up!

Cons:

King rooms smelled like smoke. Bed too hard, Indoor pool closed and Patio not available on first floor in April.

Pros:

Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Exterior of building is a big red flag.
Landscaping is ignored. Half the lights on the building don't work. Old truck parked in portico when we got there, still there when we left.
Ice machines broken down.
Staff leaves cleaning carts in elevators then walk away.
Pool down "for maintenance". I think they just didn't want to clean it.
Juice dispenser at breakfast didn't work.
Only one lady that worked there genuinely seemed happy.
Typical foreign owned, undercapitalized hotel.

The staff were doing their best, but the hotel needs more upgrades and repairs.
Pros:

Location was good, and breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The couch in the room is broken in the middle, the TV remotes did not work properly, the shower had terrible pressure, was not very clean, the carpet smelled terrible and the pool was down for maintenance.

The room was filthy and had somebody's food in the refrigerator. Call the desk and they said they would send someone up and they never showed up. Very disgusting experience!

Disappointing
Cons:

Showers were cold, bed covers were sparse, pillows were FLAT and so uncomfortable. I barely slept at all. Breakfast room was overcrowded and had a line when we were in there and the food was almost all gone. The “great” reviews of this place were so misleading. There was damage on the third floor by the elevators. The baseboards were all torn up. It looked awful. I only stayed here bc the reviews were glowing but I could have stayed somewhere cheaper and had a much better experience. Very disappointing.
