A convenient location with lots of options for shopping and eating out😊
Pros:

It unfortunately snowed all day during our stay but the location was perfect for happy hour and close by restaurants to choose from. The hotel staff were wonderful. Rooms were large and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. We highly recommend this hotel and will return again when the weather is more pleasing and we can enjoy exploring the shops and area more.

Ideal place to stay for us - will definitely return!
Pros:

The location was great for exploring the vibrant neighbourhood. Excellent Buffet breakfast (included in price). Staff very helpful & lovely decor with original artwork in decor.

Cons:

We had a room at the back of hotel, so just a little noise from Whyte Ave. Otherwise, loved the place! Will definitely stay here for our yearly family visit to Edmonton.

Nowhere to pull in to use valet parking, shower fixtures were difficult to use, no AC so rooms were stuffy.

Good for the price
Pros:

Location is amazing, lots of bars and places to go nearby. It was clean and the room had a balcony.

Cons:

Breakfast hours are not convenient. Breakfast starts quite late in the weekend, if you have to leave early for meeting or even to explore you’ll miss breakfast.

Cons:

Très petits lits, pas d’espace propre mais pas très propre mais aussi très désuet, draps tachés, pas de draps contours, un drap plat à la place qui se déplace quand on bouge tapis sale, murs tachés. Pour le prix c’est TRÈS décevant, Nous avons TRÈS mal dormi. C’était notre première et dernière nuit! Nous irons dans un endroit beaucoup plus propre et plus spacieux pour le même prix la prochaine fois!

I checked out early bc the smell gave me a headache and couldn't breathe.

The fragrance in the lobby, hotel hallways and room. I am not a perfume person and it made me cough and unable to breathe.

Pros:

Walking distance to shops, resturants.
Loved the breakfast. Served on plates with real silverware. Staff cleaning tables. An excellent value. All staff friendly.
Helped with impart fee as I had given wrong license plate number

Cons:

Parking was short distance away.
Weather nice now but in winter would have been bit of walk

The pictures looked nice

Cons:

We ended up canceling because there was no parking, and the place where we could pay for parking had a guy trying to break into a car, and another on urinating in the parking lot. It was not a safe place to leave my car or walk the streets with my children. Price was way too expensive anyways.

Cons:

Dance club beating too loudly and too deep in the night
I hated the cheaply small bed sheets, could not cover the whole mattress. So I woke up a couple of times with my skin on the mattress.
