Pros:

Friendly front desk, the hotel was clean , our room was clean and spotless, bed is neatly made , towels was white spotless , I only didn’t figure out how to use the coffee machine but my bad :) The mattress is a bit soft for me , and the pillows are old , but overall we had a good sleep .

Great experience at the Metterra
Pros:

Clean and comfortable room. Great location. Very good complimentary breakfast and nice quality soaps and shampoo in the bathroom

Cons:

The hotel didn't have any vending machines to purchase drinks or snacks, and only one complimentary bottled water was provided for a 2 guest room. Parking was provided but be prepared to walk several blocks

Amazing location, but definitely not worth the price to stay.

Valet Parking was great. Highly Recommend.
Amazing location.

Cons:

Staff was unprofessional. Wearing street clothes, could not differ from a civiliian to staff.
Our room was broken into in the evening with the patio window left open, our belongings moved, dirt all over the bed, lights left on, and items moved around. When we informed the staff of this, they were kind enough to change our room, however they acted unsurprised which was concerning.

The water was also luke warm at best.

Great!
Pros:

Everything was great, pretty good location with buses nearby, many restaurants around. Approx. 15 mins to the downtown. Enjoyed our stay.
