Pros:

Die Lage war gut, Restaurants und Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cons:

Insgesamt wirkte alles etwas abgewohnt. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück könnte etwas umfangreicher sein. Wurst und Käse fehlten komplett, das Rührei kann als solches nicht bezeichnet werden.

Pros:

Staff was great. If you like a soft bed they have you covered sofa in room was very uncomfortable, rooms showing age

Cons:

Room showed better in pictures. Balcony/patio rooms is a farce that booking.com is perpetuating. There is only one room that has a usable patio and it was not the room I booked. Front desk staff waived the valet fee when I brought it up and offered to ensure we got the usable patio roo. Should we return in the future at a reduced rate.

Good Location for Our Stay
Pros:

The hotel overall was clean and nice. The breakfast were wonderful. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

However all ice machines on the floors are out of order. You can get ice from the restaurant though. The hotel should invest in corner protectors for the beds. Because the base of the bed sticks out to far and for seniors this is a problem. i feel over the side of the bed walking flat on my face. I was a little sore the next day. I asked the hotel to put blankets at the corners and they did, which solved the problem.

Great location very attractive decor. Looks elegant. Beds and linens super comfy.

Gran lugar en Whyte Avenue!
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, cerca de restaurantes, supermercados y hasta un winners. El hotel es limpio y las habitaciones son bien amplias y cómodas. El desayuno es bueno y la mayoria del personal es muy atento.
Volvería a alojarme aquí!

Cons:

La iluminación en la habitación podría mejorar un poco, por suerte fui en verano y tenía mucha luz de afuera (un ventanal con vista preciosa!) pero no sé cómo será en invierno.

Had an amazing time!
Pros:

Staff was amazing! Smooth check-in, valet (Trevor??) was super attentive and kind, little details made the stay great. Can’t beat the location with lots of theatre and restaurants close by.

Cons:

We like that breakfast is included, it’s pretty basic so don’t expect anything super fancy here. But does the trick!
