The location is wonderful, right on Whyte Avenue near many restaurants and theatres. The front desk staff were super nice and helpful. Breakfast was included, delicious, and offered plenty of variety. The room was clean and comfortable, and they also offer valet parking.
No blow dryer in the room.
When I arrived, I asked where to park and was told to use the paid lot behind the building. However, I realized that parking there is restricted from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, meaning you have to move your car before 6:00 AM. It is much easier and more convenient to just use the valet parking service instead.
Great value, beautiful view. Delicious breakfast and I really appreciated the decaf nespresso in the rooms.
The bed frames... the corners of them stick out a ton. Me and my guest injured ourselves on them 3 times during our one night stay.

Great shower
So noisy! Do not stay at this hotel a friday, saturday or sunday night. The street becomes a Formula 1 track for motorcycles and tuned cars at night, you can hear nightclubs bass music and people screaming in the street. It gets very hard to sleep.
Also there is a parking but 5min walk away and it looks quite unsafe, i guess this is why they propose a valet service for 1$.
Pillows are very bad.
Bed was super soft. Bathroom not a nice as the pictures show and well I’m too short the shower head position was more of a drowning experience when trying to get under the flow. Couldn’t get into the Valet parking space, too busy. Then front desk person said it’s okay to park outside the gate but the Valet service gentleman said to please park in the gate to avoid break in. Next am Feces in the staircase going to get the vehicle out.
Very well situated, kind and accommodating staff, spacious clean room. I found a very good for a nice rest after busy day.
Linens in bathroom could use a refresh.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was amazingly clean and comfortable, and every member of staff we met was so friendly and welcoming. The location was great and we felt very well looked after throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
Honestly, there wasn’t anything we didn’t like. We were very happy with our stay from start to finish.

Vom Stadtteil wo Hotel gelegen ist mehr erwartet. Jedoch für die Verhältnisse in Edmonton gesehen, dann doch wieder "gut" gelegen.
Just the bed size.
The cleanliness. There was blood stain on the bathroom door. Also the water pressure was so low in the shower and made it really hard to take a shower.
