Overall it was a pleasant stay and will definitely return soon.
Pros:

I love the place and coziness of the room and the hotel. All the staff are friendly and accommodating. I love how they clean our room without us telling them and gave us fresh towels and toiletries. Location is perfect for the places that we like to visit.

Cons:

I noticed the room is not quite cold for their airconditioning. The lowest temp is just 18.5 celius and it is still toasty inside the room.

Pros:

I love it. I work in Calgary and travel to Edmonton frequently for business. I've stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn West Edmonton mutiple times annually for over 15 years now and have never yet had a bad experience there.

Good choice for West Edmonton
Pros:

Very Nice hotel in West Edmonton .
Big car Park
Room clean and comfortable.
Nice breakfast
Very kind and attentive staff
Two things to improve :
Sheets are too short on each side of the bed and when you open the Window you have bad smell of kitchen coming from outside (room 335)

Relaxing.
Pros:

The room was clean, the lobby is quite pretty. The complimentary coffee was awesome too. Plus pet friendly with decent amount of grass.

The restaurant was amazing. Thai chicken stirfry + green onion cake.

Cons:

The hot tub jets could be a lot stronger, they were incredibly weak. Couldn’t feel them unfortunately. But it was nice and warm

Typically very good, just don't look at the shower floor ...
Pros:

I've stayed here a number of times over the years; relatively quiet, clean, and close proximity to the Anthony Henday (freeway).
I'll be back, but I won't be booking a suite again after experiencing the tiled floor of the shower in room 221.
Not sure what the deal was; either a bad grout-over-grout job, or more likely just straight up dirt and mold (!?) 😳

Great location, good price, but could use upgrading in the hotel for a comfortable stay.

Great location and staff were very nice.

Cons:

Very uncomfortable beds. They could use an upgrade on the mattresses. Pool and hot tub area could really use an upgrade. It was quite grungy.
