Renovating

The rooms were very comfortable

Cons:

Unfortunately they are remodelling the gym and pool. They did tell us before we arrived that this was the case so we weren't surprised. They also gave us a voucher to use for food to compensate. It was very noisy between 10am and 6pm while work was being carried out and one lift was being used by the construction guys.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was so friendly. A 10 for the staff.
Breakfast was fantastic. They cooked to order and it was the best food. The staff at breakfast was so friendly and attentive.
Great place and I will stay there again.

Used to be good but now needing renovations
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Staff were friendly.

The hotel is getting old and tired looking. Battered walls in our room, carpets old and stained. Our bathroom had a water leak at some stage - evident from the damaged skirting board and doorframe.
