Location, and staff where great

Cons:

Balcony door did not open, and because I tried to move it, the smoke alarm would go on. The fix was do not touch the Door. The AC controller did not work, it could Not be fixed, the mechanic could Not fix it or turn it off or Stop the Fan blowing full blast. We look at the staff trying to fix other things going on to other Rooms in the Hotel. We where very happy to move on.
NEVER AGAIN, we will not be back. I have photo's

Beds need to be changed the mattress is very old, an maintenance employee was very loud knocking at doors , when he knocks at my room I was asleep, so I am walking towards the door and he opened the door, I had the latch on, so it didn't open all the way, so I opened and looked at him and he had a lollipop on his mouth and apologized because he had that room on his list as empty to change the light bulbs. I was so upset because I was asleep. My room was near the elevator so it was a lot of noise from other people.

Cheap motel vibe for the price of a fancy hotel

Staff was nice

Cons:

That place is falling apart. I remember when the Hyatt used to be a great place. I guess that’s in the past. Breakfast was very mediocre, everything is the room sounded like it could break any minute, room carpet was wet, gym didn’t have AC (if you can call that a gym).

Lage war sehr gut, Parkplatz inkl, Frühstück inkl.

Cons:

Der Mitarbeiter Troy war überhaupt nicht motiviert zu arbeiten oder uns ein Zimmer zu geben.
Die Zustände im Hotel waren wie in Kalkutta, da das Publikum sehr komisch ist. Die Gäste gehen in normaler Straßenkleidung in den Swimmingpool und niemand vom Personal sagt etwas. Dann laufen sie ohne vorher die Füße zu säubern voll mit Sand in die Lobby und wieder greift keiner ein. Das Frühstücksbuffet war zwar nicht schlecht, aber es war total überlaufen mit genau demselben Publikum
