Arrival was great the room okay until shower time, the room view was great and the location
Pros:

The beach was Excellent, the location was great, pool was very nice, getting into and out of the property was great . shopping areas and sightseeing and food locations were great.

Cons:

I didn't like the shower water pressure, the cold brunch, waiting on the breakfast and the coffee, we didn't like the barking dogs all night. For Andrew to have been the representative to reach out to us ,I didn't like his tone and demeanor that he used when he spoke with my wife.

Location was good but would not stay here again due to the issues we experienced.
Pros:

Location was good. Additional parking in the back helped with the overflow.

Cons:

Maintenance worker using a master key entered our room with no notice while we were inside. They did not attempt to knock or announce themself as a hotel staff member until we approached them.

Second staffing issue: We confirmed a late 1:00 check out with the front desk. We went to the beach and returned at 11:30 to find housekeeping already inside our room getting it ready for a future guest. We found our remaining items moved to the hallway outside our room. Housekeeping asked us why the front desk didn't tell them??
