Pros:

Love the view and it is next to public beach access so I could do early sunrise walk on the beach. Their pool and beach access opens at 8 am.

Cons:

I had trouble opening glass door to balcony. I guess since it was January they didn't have chairs on balcony yet. Breakfast was good.

It was close to the beach.

Cons:

The property is very old and outdated. The rooms are only being touched up not cleaned. Dust thick. Ceilings cracking and the odor in the halls are disgusting. Also there is no microwaves in the room. You literally have to go downstairs and use the small microwave. And they don’t have smart televisions either. Needs to be renovated or closed.

disappointing
Pros:

the view was beautiful, breakfast was good. The access to the beach from the pool area was blocked off.

Cons:

The room smelt musty, the couch was stained, carpet felt slimy. We could not see the fireworks from our room as we were told. I've stayed at best western motels and got better rooms than the Hyatt it's kind of a dump.

Very disappointed inbooking.com said I would never use them again due to poor customer service. The overall location was

Friendly staff and clean

Cons:

All amenities was closed due to storms. No beach access. Used booking.com and as for handicap and he was not able to get the wheelchair in bathroom.
Each other Staff was trying to help accommodate, but did not have anything available for our needs at the time.
They said since we use third-party, booking.com we could call them and they would refund it. Just to let them know other amenities were not available and the room that would accommodate our handicap situation was not available. Called booking.com to cancel and try to find something that accommodate our needs and booking.com was gonna charge me more than we paid for the room to cancel.. very disappointed in booking . Com . Not so much there location. The staff called someone to try and help with her accommodations and finally got it worked out, but we had to wait for like three hours or longer..
