Pros:

The beach was great.

Cons:

Only one working elevator for the hotel at capacity and they said we could not use the stairs. No chairs or anything on the balconies. The person checking us in said our room number out loud with a lobby full of people. Trying to get out luggage down at checkout was a huge hassle because of only one elevator. The line of people and luggage during checkout time was 30 groups deep on our floor. It took 2 hours to get from our floor to the lobby. The staff was rude

Weather was beautiful.
Pros:

The beach and the pool.

Cons:

The lack of customer service. Hardly ever was there someone at the front desk. Requested towels 3 times one day and never got them. Housekeeping would take the used towels and leave nothing. Beds were made but the sheet underneath was never pulled up with the bedding.

Pros:

Location was perfect for us. The staff for the most part were phenomenal.

Cons:

The room was not clean very dirty, The sink was clogged there also was no pressure for the shower and the place has changed since we visited two years ago. The bar is sporadically open maybe yes maybe no. Most of the staff were really great and they did put us in a new room that was very clean and very put together.

Beautiful view and quiet nights
Pros:

The location was fantastic. We came for the Daytona 200 and every place we have stayed we heard motorcycles all night but I didn’t hear a peep at Hyatt Place.

Cons:

I booked through Booking.com and it was non-refundable and that made me a little nervous but that’s not your concern.

Leaking toilet
Pros:

Balcony sea view and room

Cons:

The base of the toilet was leaking in room 403 and we complained to the front desk. They couldn't change our room and the maintenance person had already left for the day.
