Pros:

Best thing is location followed by the property grounds (landscape, pool, grills, and gym). Unfortunately, our one bed unit had a small bedroom with even smaller on suite bath. I think it was remodeled (converting one bath into two). The condo was a good size with ocean and mountain views from lani. Our unit could really use some new living room furniture. The couch was very uncomfortable. They said we could check in early but should have utilized the time to better prepare unit for next guests. Generally clean but there was sand and mold build up in showers. Nice, quiet, and on the beach.

The unit was updated and clean. The best part for me was the stunning views of the ocean and you can walk to the ocean just over the grass. Would definitely stay there again.

The location was good. The beach was very small to non existent, but many other beaches near by. Was nice they provided beach chairs, umbrella and snorkel gear for 2. Room was a little small for a family of five, but doable. Wish they had more organized events like live music, fire dancers, etc.

Pros:

It was a great stay. It was really convenient to have the washer and dryer inside the room. We did have a problem with the washer as it broke down after a week but we were able to use another one from another room and the broken machine was changed a few days before our checkout. I'm highly recommending this place.

Pros:

Condo was small, couch was dirty, mattress on couch was horrible. Bugs on the comforter in the main bathroom. There was a cockroach in the room. Pool was nice, yard work was happening while we were there and was very loud and disruptive when wanted to enjoy the patio. Air conditioning would only run for 4hr so room was always hot as it would shut off as it would start to cool down.

The condo was more spacious and better equipped than we expected, with great amenities and a convenient beachfront location. Front office was very respectful and courteous. However, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired—surfaces were dusty, bedding was not clean, cockroach droppings on surfaces, and some areas looked like they hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while. We did contact the front office and they showed up to deal with the pest issues right away. With a bit more attention to cleaning, this place would be perfect.

The property doesnt come with build in AC and the one they have are so old and cant get it under 72°bcz they might break. It ls pretty far from all kind of places

Pros:

Convenient location. Kitchen was very nice. Our unit had all the furnishings we needed. Having two full bathrooms was very convenient. Swimming pool was very nice. Balcony had a great view of the courtyard and ocean.
