Beach. Food was good

Customer Service Needs Improvement. We loss water for a few hours and the young girl at the front desk was pretty flippant telling me that “it’s normal” for this to happen. No apologies for the inconvenience. Unbelievable!
To get to the building where my room was, I had to climb many steps and walk a short distance to get to the elevators. Very inconvenient.
Common areas were hot. They should consider installing fans. Very uncomfortable.
The bright spot was our friendly bartender Maika. Great customer service, outstanding mixologist.

Des cafards dans la chambre et sur le site. Les chambres de luxes sont très très de base, à peine un 3 étoiles. Beaucoup de famille avec de très jeunes enfants.

Breakfast was great, wide variety. Also dinner - buffet style.

Great housekeeping services.
Meals too expensive, and service of diningroom staff substandard, quite often inattentive or unresponsive to requests.

Lovely reception area. The staff a wonderful and accommodating including the housekeepers. My daughter loved the kids club. Lots of activities and lively staff.

Not your conventional 4 star hotel but staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Would stay here again

Check-in was rocky, room card would not work after 5 trips back and forth to reception. Technician eventually fixed the door after an hour and a half hassle. Overall room, pool, and property were nice.

Great buffet, and friendly staff!!!

A very beautiful property! Warm staff! Didn’t like the broken elevator which didn’t work for the 5 nights we were here. The walk to and from our room with our bags was not fun on the numerous staircases. We managed though. It’s an expansive labyrinth of hotel rooms, and we Likened it to being in IKEA. Hard to find your way! 😀
The air conditioner seemed to be working but because of the placement of the beds, the air didn’t reach us. The air con hit the entry only. So it was quite quite warm at night.

The property had some nice features but parts were run down.

Staff were friendly, room was clean and bright, good air con, no coffee or tea making facilities in the room. Lovely gardens, lots of birds/chickens, good selection of food, but breakfast lacked "hot" food, bacon and sausages regularly cold. Nice freshly cooked omelettes. Lack of english spoken and menu translations, thank goodness for google translate. Rooms were serviced every day and there was an option for fresh towels and sheets if required. The access road is very poor and regularly floods with any rain. The hotel is in a great location if you have a car and want to explore the island. It's a nice place, but it's unlikey we'll return.

The hotel is functional but the rooms in particular are dated by modern standards. It is probably the closest beach hotel to the airport. Nothing to see in nearby area. You will need a taxi into downtown Le Gosier.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I liked the included breakfast, the towel loans for the beach and the parking. The room was clean and nice. The best part was the access to the beach, it was nice if we chose to stay around the area, as well it was nice for a night walk. As well 5 min walk away from the hotel in front of the casino there were 4-5 small family owned restaurants 😃.
The only negative for me was that my flight out was only at 5 pm and I asked for a late check-out at round 1:30-2:00pm and I was advised that it's 50% charge of one night. I understand if the hotel was at capacity but I checked and there were still free rooms possible to book.

For the price I expected way more from this hotel but it was ok . Some of the staff were friendly.

A lovely hotel with terrific amenities and entertainment. I really recommend this venue.
