Das Personal war sehr nett, der Pool ist klasse, das Frühstück war gut-es wurde schnell aufgefüllt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit großem und kleinen Bad.

Cons:

Die Betten waren für uns sehr hart auf den Ausziehbett konnte man leider gar nicht schlafen, die Kissen sehr dünn, die Wände sehr dünn man hat den Nachbar schnarchen und/oder Fernseher sehr laut gehört. Die Gebäude sind alle mit einem Keller-Tunnel verbunden, Vorteil wenn wie wir im Nebengebäude waren aber man musste echt suchen wo was sich befindet

Günstige Lage zum Kurzentrum von Karlsbad, über die kaum befahrene Straße, Stufen oder den Lift des Hotels Bristol gut erreichbar; der Hotelkomplex besteht aus mehreren Häusern, die durch Gänge (vorteilhaft in der kalten Jahreszeit) miteinander verbunden sind; das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, auch das Platzangebot beim Frühstück; Parkplatzreservierung (unbedingt notwendig!) hat gut funktioniert.

Cons:

Zimmerservice ist nur eingeschränkt, Betten werden nicht gemacht.

В этом отеле нам не понравилось абсолютно все! Грязь в номере. Рваные тюли и в дырках халаты для сауны. Но!!!! 50 евро за сутки за собаку. Этот ценник побил в е рекорды!!! Сколько мы путешествуем, но такого даже в Париже, Берлине, Барселоне и Вене небыло! На вопрос, что за эту сумму Вы предлагаете, был ответ ничего!!!! Отель ужасный!!

Im Groß und ganzen waren wir zufrieden.

Wir hatten nur ÜF.
Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig. Große Auswahl.
Der Kaffee war sehr gut.
Der Frühstücksraum sehr hell und die Tische schön eingedeckt.
Alles sehr sauber.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr weitläufig.
Fast ein Labyrinth.
Leider wurden an zwei Tagen keine Betten gemacht.
Erst als wir nachgefragt hatten, fragte das junge Zimmermädchen ob sie auch die Betten machen soll.
Das fand ich eigenartig für ein vier Sterne Hotel.

Добротні, естетично оформлені приміщення. Наявність SPA, басейну, що включено в ціну за проживання. Доброзичливий персонал, який розуміє вас незалежно від мови спілкування.

Cons:

Інтернет просто "нульовий" навіть для спілкування.
Сніданки дуже одноманітні.
