Pros:

Все было прекрасно. Номер большой, чистый. Халаты и тапочки для Спа есть. Персонал вежливый и очень компетентный. Спа комплекс тоже отличный.

Cons:

Ключ два раза размагничивался, приходилось ходить в соседний корпус на ресепшен. Территориально высоко подниматься в отель с центра. Если проблемы со здоровьем, то будет сложно.

Pros:

Skvělá snídaně, pohodlný pokoj, příjemný personál. Umístění hotelu v centru, líbilo se mi propojení budov s jednoduchým vstupem na kartu, úžasné wellness.

Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt.
Die Einrichtung passt gut zur Architektur des Gebäudekomplexes.
Das Zimmer war sehr groß und es gab einen Kühlschrank.
Parkplatz ( pro Nacht 20€) ist direkt am Hotel

Das Personal war sehr reserviert .
Wir baten bei unsere Ankunft am späten Nachmittag, um zwei weitere Kopfkissen.
Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass kein Personal vom Housekeeping vor Ort sein.Wir wurden auf den folgenden Tag vertröstet.
Leider klappte dies auch nicht und wir mussten nochmals um die Kissen bitten.
Im Badezimmer gab es nur eine Badewanne, diese war sehr hoch, sodass es mir( 1.58 groß 😉) schwer fiel, zum Duschen ein und auszusteigen.
Es gibt keine Klimaanlage.Wir wurden gebeten, wegen der Fledermäuse, in der Nacht das Fenster geschlossen zu halten, dementsprechend war es nachts sehr warm.
Das Frühstück war sehr eintönig.Kaum Auswahl bei den Kaffeeangeboten
Die Qualität war nicht gut.
Die unterirdischen Verbindungen sind sehr verwirrend.

Really nice accommodation, great value for money, breakfast is nice and there are many "extras", like the pool (included), massages, etc.

Cons:

Speaking only English was a bit of a barrier. Not a massive issue though.

Kdysi krásný hotel s podprůměrnou snídaní
Pros:

Hotel je dobře umístěný v relativně pohodlně dochozí vzdálenosti od hlavní karlovarské promenády. To je jeho největší předností. Pokoj byl poměrně příjemně veliký, nebyl stísněný. Na vybavení je znát, že kdysi bylo poměrně luxusní. Rekonstrukci pokojů i společných prostor odhaduji s ohledem na styl, design a použité materiály na 90. léta. Vše je stále funkční, zachovalé, dobře udržované, čisté, ale to nejlepší už má dlouho za sebou. Za cenu, kterou jsme zaplatili, to je plus mínus odpovídající.

Cons:

Snídaně byla velmi slabá, už dlouho jsem se na cestách s horší nesetkal. Pečivo hrozné, to nejlevnější z velkovýroby, vše opravdu bylo je v základu – po jedné noci v hotelu se to dá zvládnout, ale nedokážu si představit, že bych tam snídal v rámci třeba týdenního pobytu. Toto není snídaně odpovídající 4hvězdičkovému hotelu.
Cena za parkování 500 na noc mi připadá excesivní.
