EXCELENTE Y GRATA ESTADÍA

LA ATENCIÓN DEL PERSONAL, LA LIMPIEZA DE LAS HABITACIONES Y ME RECIBIERÓN CON UNA BANDEJA DE DULCES DE LA REGIÓN, NO LO ESPERABA, TAMBIEN UN TRAGO DE BIENVENIDA.

Great experience.
Pros:

Great hotel, clean rooms, and beddings are changed every day!
Very good breakfast, great service and great food. Good location, About 12 min walk to the city center. The only cone is that the window was facing the inner yard with parking and it becomes noisy early morning. Also since we were living on the third floor and the hotel has a rooftop with a nice set up with tables and chairs., today we woke up because someone was moving something on the rooftop... I am not sure what and who it was but it was really disturbing.
The hotel also has complimentary filtered water station and tea station on the second floor. There is no fridge in the room as well. It did not bother us too much but the hotel could have invested in buying them and having a mini bar. Some guests may want to have that option.
Overall great experience!

Convenient to historic centre
Pros:

A convenient business tourist style hotel near the historic centre. Staff are very helpful. Rooms are small with no fridge or aircon. At the time we visited this was no problem as we could leave a windows open. Great views from the terrace on level 4.

Pros:

El personal súper amables, nos regalaron drinks, alfajores y nos hicieron late check out gratis. Todos super atentos

Estaba un poquito alejado del centro y se escuchaba todo del cuarto del costado y el pasillo, pero es normal.
